Virginia (9/5): - Convince, and space. The place was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all of us to relax, and enjoy. The drive was our difficult part, with 3 or more spin outs on hwy 50,, the extra 5hrs for the last 25 miles was hard on everyone.

Cindy (8/5): Very nice visit to Tahoe to ski - Wonderful location walking distance to Heavenly Valley Base Camp for skiing. Good access to town and Heavenly Village. Townhome was large and easily fit our group. Good communication with staff. Townhome is dated but we knew that when renting it.

Jessica (4/5): - We stayed at this property for two nights in July 2024. Tahoe had been experiencing a heat wave, so I wanted to cancel a week before arriving. Karen (the owner) made it clear that wasn't allowed. This property doesn't have air conditioning and is very old and dated. In our particular townhouse the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, upstairs floor is very noisy when walked on, rooms did get very warm and uncomfortable despite the 70 degree weather. The street noise was annoying as big trucks would pass by (we think from construction up the road). Floors, towels and bed sheets were clean. The bedrooms had outlets that didn't work and very few wall decorations (one room had none and the closet door had been removed). The pool was okay. Open both days we were there. Hot tub was closed one day. The gym is by appointment only and had few equipment. I was not impressed by management or this property. They are not accommodating and are firm on no cancellations or refunds.

The bathroom old and uglies . At night a Very , very noisy house by the machine of the ski centre , the crunshes of the trees , and neighbours. In the week ends traffic jam Very early and noisy traffic on the week ends . The Photos in Booking are misleading., nothing to do with reality . Everything old .

The place itself was good, nice and cozy and great location for a lot of beaches and food around. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for some nice and quiet areas with plenty to view. None that I can think of.

We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and accommodating making the check in process flawless. Prefect location for skiers, 5min walk (literally) from the lifts. Convenient parking for 2 cars

Linens are clean and beds are comfortable However, The property has an old cabin smell. Carpet has dirty stain especially on the first floor. This place needs updating. The location is very good even if you don’t ski or snowboard. It’s a 7 minute drive to the casinos and Heavenly gondola.

Its about a 4 minute drive to downtown and very quiet at night. Its more of a home feeling versus the busy casino loud crowded scene. Will definently be back again!!
