Gentillesse de Ogi suite à l’accident à scooter de l’un d’entre nous. Belle piscine. Hôtel vieillissant. La Clim ne refroidissait pas la journée. Nous avons eu un problème avec la serrure qui a pu être réparée. Petit déjeuner très léger.

Auch als zum Arzt musste, wurde ich kostenlos hingefahren und abgeholt. Der Schnorchelausflug ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein spezielles Dankeschön geht an Ogi. Das Frühstück könnte man mit besseren Brötchen verbesserb

• Renata 🇧🇷🇯🇵 (9/5): - The village is beautiful, the pools are great, the room is clean and the decor is gorgeous. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, it's delicious. What I liked most was being by the pool and showering in the open bathroom in my room. On the first day we were tired from the trip so the receptionist let us check in an hour earlier, which was great because we just relaxed by the pool, eating and drinking, enjoying happy hour. The staff on check-in day were excellent, helpful and smiling. We had several drinks and ate delicious things by the pool. Thank you so much to everyone who was working on check-in day 🙏 😄. On the second day of our stay, the villa was somewhat neglected; there was no one at reception, and every time we wanted to order something from the bar, we had to go to the restaurant across from the villa. In the morning, the receptionist managed to arrange a wonderful tour to Nusa Penida, which was last minute, so we were very grateful; it was marvelous. However, when we arrived in the afternoon, we couldn't enjoy it because there was no one to take our orders. A staff member finally appeared, we ordered several dishes and drinks, including a roasted pork rib. He took the order and brought the drinks. During happy hour, you buy one drink and get another free, but the drinks have to be the same. The menu has several options, but you have few choices; not all of them are available—two are allowed, this one isn't, this one yes, this one no. There should be a separate menu just for happy hour. After waiting 40 minutes for the rib, I went to reception, and there was no one there. I went to the spa, and the receptionist called, and someone came. I explained about the meal order, so they went to check, and guess what! The rib can only be ordered after 7 pm, and it was only 5 pm. Why didn't they explain this when we ordered? We were hungry waiting all that time; we could have gone to any restaurant, and that's what we did. The restaurant across the street is great and has live music, so I recommend it. Aside from that, the only comment about the villa is that the outdoor bathrooms need more attention. There are no amenities like toothbrushes. And I should warn you that there are TVs but no signal; we weren't bothered, but it's good to know if you're a big TV watcher. Overall it was good, but there are many options on the island for the same price. 👍

• Nancy (10/5): Amazing! - This was my second time staying at Palm Grove Villas and it certainly did not disappoint…amazing staff, amazing accomodations, fabulous grounds and 2 beautiful pools…excellent food, great happy hour…seriously it was fantastic! The staff were out of this world and di anything and everything for all of us…and we were a group of 8…from booking tours, drivers, transportation and more. As well, the spa fit the bill for totally relaxing massages when ever we needed them….Palm Grove Villas did NOT Dissappoint!!!!! Nothing

• Nina (7/5): Ferienanlage mit Wohlfühlfaktor im balinesischen Stil - Am meisten überzeugt hat mich die tolle Poollandschaft! Auch die kleinen balinesischen Wohnungen waren sehr schön integriert in das Gesamtbild und hat somit einen sehr großen Wohlfühlfaktor erzeugt. Die kleinen Bungalows haben Charme und sind sehr hübsch. Die Anlage ist nicht so groß und das persönliche Flair war ein weiterer Bonus. Das Personal im Bereich der Wohnanlage war immer sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung war toll, daher würde ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen wenn ich wieder zur Insel zurückkehren würde Teilweise war der Bungalow stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Frühstücksauswahl war ganz okay, wobei die Speisen liebevoller hätten hergerichtet werden können. Ich habe da zweimal abends gegessen, das war eher enttäuschend. Außerdem hatte ich einen Fahrer für zwei relativ kurze Strecken gebucht, das war deutlich überteuert und daher etwas ärgerlich

• Hilsley (9/5): Relaxing, beautiful gardens and a big shout out to the girls in their Spa, magic hands and beautiful girls - We have stayed at Palm Grove prior to this stay so we know we always have a wonderful stay here. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is ok. It’s only 50m from the beach, surrounded by good warungs/restaurants and cafes and most island restaurants offer free pick up/drop off anyway. Great family friendly resort! My only criticism would be a very basic breakfast on offer included, but only a personal and minor issue, love a good buffet Brekky and variety, but still loved our stay there!

• Melanie (10/5): Although we were only here for 3 days, a great place to stay, relax, and explore the island. - The pool was outside our three rooms and as it was quiet, felt like our own private one. There are two pools to choose from. Breakfast was good, ordered from menu each morning. Room was clean, romantic with mossie nets. Definitely a use for them! 5 minutes walk to beach was fab and bike hire easy too. Though it didn't make a difference to our stay, the place was needing repairs to tiles, balastrades and boardwalk. Towels are old and signs on soap and shampoo dispenser in our room, were needed.

• Bruce (8/5): Great accommodation at a bargain price. - We stayed in a lovely bungalow for three nights. The villas are clean, gardens attractive and there are two pools with plenty of sun beds. Staff were good although sometimes inattentive. Breakfast good and close to Mushroom Bay. We enjoyed our stay. All was good.

Hired two scooters for a few days to tour island at very competitive rates. Arranged morning snorkelling trip through Palm Grove & should have been advised that would be on small fishing boat & only suitable for advanced swimmers (in very large seas). Not a good trip, would have definitely cancelled!

El staff ae portó estupendamente con nosotros y nos ayudaron mucho a contratar servicios y actividades, además, nos hicieron el favor de adelantarnos la hora del desayuno ya que teníamos una excursión a primera hora de la mañana. Las hamacas de la piscina muy cómodas y piscina limpia. También cuentan con un spa interno a muy buen precio, no pudimos resistirnos a repetir. No tenemos ninguna queja de nuestra estancia aquí

The place is just a few meters walk to the sand beach, great for swimming in the sea. But best of all was the kind, friendly and respectful staff. Thank you guys!

Restaurants, mushroombay, ... alles bequem zu fuss erreichbar. Roller kann unkompliziert gemietet werden. Sehr freundliches Personal und guter Service, wie übrall in bali. Wir haben die zeit mehr als genossen, gerne wieder.

• Leanne (10/5): Fabulous stay at Palm Grove Villas - We loved everything. The gorgeous feel of the villas and grounds, the wonderful pool, the fabulous staff and terrific breakfast plus the location at Mushroom Beach. It was all very relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing really.
• Carey (9/5): Wonderful stay - Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable firm bed. Quiet area. They were able to move us to #3 cabin this does not have a step down when entering the bathroom. Outdoor shower was very enjoyable. We rented a scooter from the hotel and it was very easy to get around the island. It would be nice to have seating in the room, although there isn't much space for it. We solved this by moving the outdoor chairs inside when we needed seating. The bathroom tiles can be very slippery. Walk carefully.

The pool was wonderful and the breakfast was great. I would rate the omelette as the best one I have ever had! The tour organised and run by a staff member was really good and great value. We will be back! I don't think I would have changed a thing. Thank you.

Short walk to the beach if you don't want to use one of the multiple pools. Food is cheap and delicious. They will deliver to your room if you want. Personal villas at a steal of a price! Overall fantastic place to spend your holiday! Mozzies got into the room but a beautiful mozzie bet to surround the bed when you sleep fixes that problem straight away!

• Amogh (9/5): - A lovely resort in Nusa Lembongan with beautiful villas featuring pool-facing views and an onsite bar and restaurant. The staff are absolutely amazing—very warm and helpful throughout our stay. The open-air bathroom is a unique and refreshing experience. The location is very convenient if you’re arriving by ferry from Sanur to Mushroom Bay, as the resort is just a 5-minute walk from the port. There are several good sea-facing restaurants around Mushroom Bay, though the resort is a bit far from Jungut Batu, the island’s main area. It takes about 20–25 minutes by scooter to reach there. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful experience.

There was another one on the other side of the resort but I didnt use it as I liked the closer one. Breakfast was included. The location was great, with the beach restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. I would have preferred to walk to the resort rather than wait for the pick up. The resort was close to the beach ferry drop off.
