Die Unterkunft liegt in einer hübschen Gegend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig sind nur wenige Geschäfte/Restaurant erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und auch die Betten waren für zwei Personen sehr eng. Die Matratze des Bettes war sehr hart, man hat bereits die Federn der Matratze gespürt. Im Zimmer ist kein Safe vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut.

• Michael (8/5): Nothing fancy but a perfectly good property. More than met our needs and exceeded our expectations. - Very polite and courteous receptionist ... give the man a raise. Room was clean and nicely renovated, hot water was hot with good pressure, bed was comfortable. We were in the quiet wing of the motel, farthest from Sepulveda Blvd. A solid choice for a night's stay. Price was way too much for this type of property.

• Peter (10/5): - Da ich ein kleineres Zimmer gebucht habe, habe ich auf nachfrage mit wenig Aufpreis ein grösseres zimmer bekommen. Panda express genau gegenüber und eine Super Bäckerei die Strasse Runter, zum Mahattenbeach sind es 5 min mit dem Auto Nichts
• Noemi (1/5): Do not stay there - I liked that it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The room was dirty. There was red stains on the bed sheets. Room had very bad mold and the bathroom as well. Smelled really bad.

• Sabrina (7/5): Für eine Nacht super - Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz, den wir auch kostenlos nutzen konnten, obwohl er eigentlich als kostenpflichtig beschrieben wurde. Der check in verlief reibungslos. Für eine Nacht sind die Zimmer wirklich in Ordung. Die Lage ist genial, man braucht nur ca 30min. vom LAX. Nacht war es grundsätzlich auch ruhig auf der Straße. Das Bad (Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken) waren sehr sauber. Der Boden war extrem dreckig. Durch die holzoptik Fliesen konnte man das nicht wirklich erkennen, aber wenn man nur kurz durchs Zimmer gegangen ist und sich dann seine Füße danach angeschaut hat, waren die Fußsohlen schwarz. Die Wände, Fußbodenleisten und auch der Badspiegel war dreckig. Was uns vor allem gestört hat war der penetrante Geruch nach Zitrus Putzmittel beim ersten Öffnen der Zimmertüre. Der Gruch war komischerweise nur an der Eingangstüre und nicht im Bad wie erwartet. Sämtliche Geräte die in diesem Zimmer standen leuchten nachts. Inkl. des Bildschrims eines sehr hellen Weckers. Wir hätten die Geräte aber natürlich auch ausstecken können. Der Kühlschrank und vor allem die Klimaanlage/Lüftung brummen nachts in regelmäßigen abständen und sind sehr laut nachts. Die Wände sind ebenfalls sehr dünn, weshalb man ALLES, wirklich alles hört was im Nachbarzimmer passiert... Für uns als deutsche auch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in den USA ja normal: die Bettdecke ist nicht in einem Bezug, sondern zwischen zwei losen Sheets.

• Kamil (8/5): Hotel do polecania niedaleko Manhattan Beach - Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Pokój czysty, nieco mały - taki jak wskazano na zdjęciach. Duży parking, spokojna okolica. Niedaleko od plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Dobrze skomunikowany z lotniskiem. Dostępny ekspres do kawy, mikrofalówka, koc na plaże, TV z wieloma kanałami i wygodne łóżko Lokalizacja pokoju, dostaliśmy pokoik nieco na uboczu, w bocznym budynku.

Pull out couch was dirty and definitely needs a good cleaning but other than that everything else was very clean. Toiletries were nice.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and it was across the street from a tasty Panda Express which we happened to be in the mood for. Would stay there again.

The cleaning people left a huge pile of HAIR in the shower drain:( 🤮 I left it ON the back of the toilet so they could see it.

It looked cute from the outside and the inside was alright The location was good if you're wanting to go to the manhattan beach. Most importantly, I didn't see any bugs. It was unbearably stuffy and hot. There was no ventilations whatsoever. The air was heavy, stifling, and hard to breathe. I had the room with two queen beds. The room was set up in a way that the air conditioner only blasted cold air on the first bed bed, but wouldn't reach the second bed. Turning up the air conditioner only made the first bed icy cold, but wouldn't cool the second bed at all. The room was very very small, so it makes no sense as to why the air conditioner wouldn't cool the whole room. Also, the second bed was too far from the TV for my children to watch with us. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were empty, so I had to put my clothes back on to run and get some from the front desk. The laminate flooring was dirty and got our feet black immediately. There were left over things in the refrigerator and on the nightstand from previous guests. The room was far too expensive for what we got.

We stay here every year to attend the Pro volleyball at MB, and the Hi View team is great about everything - storing bags prior to check in, taking them to your room once it's ready, and anything else they can do to make your stay the best. A beautiful walk down 2nd to the beach makes it a convenient place to stay.

The clerk refus - I loved everything about about the small quaint, well located Inn. We’re locals, I just wanted a fun spontaneous staycation night with my husband. I had to call him to let him in on the surprise. I had to advise he didn’t needs anything but his wallet!!
• Kevin (10/5): - From the outside looks like a 1970s era hotel but my room was like a luxury apartment - living room, kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Must have been newly renovated. Surrounding area ok but 15-20 min walk through high dollar neighborhoods and you are on the beach. Great place to escape $500/night hotels on the weekends esp. for those that like to walk or bike.

• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Easy friendly check-in, free parking We were in room 107 and the pillows were like bricks, also the smell of very strong cleaner (Fabuloso?) that definitely should be diluted, yes my partner and I may be more sensitive than others to chemical smells, so it really was terrible for us. Very small dark room so getting a cross breeze to ventilate through wasn’t possible!
