- Konoma (8/5): 楽しく過ごせた！！ - スタッフさんが皆、親切でした。そしてカラオケが19時まで無料で使える事、卓球も無料で出来る事、漫画コーナーも種類こそ少なかったけれど無料で読める事、お料理が美味しい、などそういう点ではホテルをとても満喫できました！ やはり施設が全体的に古いところは否めません。それとロビーだけでなく客室でも無料Wi-Fiがあったら良かったです。

- yokoi (8/5): - 施設の設備や温泉など価格帯以上に楽しめました お部屋も清潔で冷蔵冷凍庫も完備されてるので、お部屋でも自分たちのペースで楽しむ事が出来ました 市街から離れているので心配でしたが娯楽等も充実していてホテル滞在中は時間を持て余す事は無かったです 温泉などの眺望も良かったです スタッフの皆様もとても優しく感謝しております ネットの環境がもっと充実していたら助かったなと思いましたWi-Fiがロビーにしか無かったので 喫煙者ですが毎回遠い喫煙室まで歩くのは少し手間でした すべてのニーズにお応えするのは難しいと思いますが、電子タバコの喫煙者に対しての寛容な接遇があれば助かります 上記の事は敢えて言うならと言う程度で微々たる事です 良い休日を過ごす事が出来大変ありがとうございます

- CHUIYIMONIE (3/5): - 發生不愉快事件，入住當晚到露天溫泉女湯，有5個外國人着泳衣酒店拖鞋，帶酒電話到浸浴，還在拍照， 到前台強烈要求到溫泉調查該電話有否拍攝到我們，他們只說沒有女職員跟進，最後報警調查，說電話中沒有任何溫泉照，這是絕對不可能的，我是目到她們拍照才趕緊上水走的，折騰了3 小時多到零晨1點多，好像我們才是犯人。露天溫泉簡陋，淋浴間只有兩個位，沒有枱椅風筒， 更加沒有管理， 安全成疑！！！改作收錢私人風呂吧，起碼有鎖匙先入得。

J'ai trouvé dommage de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les portes fenêtres des chambres. Mais pour des raisons de sécurité je trouve cela logique. Je dirai qu'il faudrait un peu plus de prises électriques.
- Guest (3/5): もう泊まらない - ブッフェの品揃えはよかった 部屋にWi-Fiがないそんなところがあるなんてびっくり廊下がとてもタバコ臭かった。ほとんど改装されておらず以前のホテルのまま使ってる所が多いいためとにかく古い 古すぎて、今利用しても感動できる所は全くなくもう少しお金を払ってもっと良い所に泊まれば良かったと後悔してしまう所ばかり、お風呂も温泉でなくてがっかり。疲れを癒しに行ったのにまるで癒されずに帰ってきた

- Edwin (9/5): Prima hotel met ruime kamers, mooi uitzicht en lekker diner en ontbijt - We hadden een mooie ruime kamer. Een diner buffet was inbegrepen en vonden we erg lekker. Ook was er een mooie onsen. Er is een ander hotel in Atami met bijna dezelfde naam. Erg onhandig. In Google maps kostte het ons veel moeite het juiste hotel te vinden

- Chie (4/5): - 大幅なリノベをするようだが、施設が古く、廊下や部屋がしみ込んだ古い臭いがした。温泉も露天1つと内風呂が別で、男女時間で入れ替え制。内風呂のサウナは1つしかなく、水風呂も無し。内風呂は洗い場と湯船の動線悪く、写真は綺麗だったが、実物はイマイチで残念。ビュッフェも目玉的なものが無く、熱海だけど海鮮も種類少なくイマイチでした。 wifiも無し。

- Verified traveler (6/5): スタッフの差が凄過ぎて・・・ホテルはホスピタリティ頑張って！ - 客室、露天風呂、景色、食事は最高でしたが駐車場のおじさんの態度が物凄く悪くビックリしました！（命令系で言いっ放し御礼も無くホテル！？ホスピタリティー！？の言葉とは縁遠い物凄く気分が悪いままの入館になってしまいました。）12：30頃の施設はどんよりしていてスタッフも暗く活気を維持するには連泊するにはランチ等があったり日帰り入湯出来るシステムがあればと思いました。外観とは違い室内がとても綺麗だったのとレストランが良いのにこのお値段はとても良かったのでまた来たいと思いましたが11月で一度休館との事残念に思います。色々改善して頑張って頂きたいです！

Breakfast and Dinner buffet has variety however, the food was so-so. Which isn't great for Japan where everything is so good. No/Little Wifi.

- Kristian (9/5): Great hotel with traditional rooms, huge onsen & amazing food - The buffet was amazing, there were so many options from different cuisines & almost everything was very delicious. The hotel premises and rooms were super clean and well maintained, almost like it was brand new. I stayed in the traditional tatami room, it was huge & very stylish. The ocean view was breathtaking. The onsen area was huge & very modern, there was also an outer area with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly. There is a free shuttle bus between Atami station & the hotel. No Wi-Fi in the room.

- Randolf (8/5): Overall we had a very good time and enjoyed our stay ! - Although breakfast and dinner are buffet style, the food quality was surprisingly good. Usually buffet style food is Luke warm at best, the food we had for 2 dinner days was always warm to hot. The choices were plentiful, from Sashimi, Sushi to Pizza, really something for everybody. The outside bath (rotenburo) is at an excellent location, very romantic, especially to watch the sunrise over the sea. Restaurant uses plastic spoon and folks. This feels cheap and reduces the overall experience. For that price, regular cutlery should be expected. The beer price is far too high. 900¥ for a glass of beer in a buffet style setting is too high. Room No. 129 has a plastic odor, probably freshly renovated, but it is disturbing to smell upon entering.
