- Nicola (10/5): A Little Gem - This hotel is a little gem. It is spotlessly clean, towels in the room changed daily. Efficient same day laundry service. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They arranged scooter hire for us. It has a great little pool area with 2 small dipping pools. Towels are provided and there are a few sun loungers. We had booked 8 nights but ended up staying 13. It is a few minutes walk along the river to the old quarter. There are many nearby restaurants. All serving great Vietnamese food, with a few western options available. An Bang beach is a 12 minute scooter or Grab ride away. We would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. A great find! Nothing.
- Jenacy (9/5): A gem in Hoi An! - Wonderful staff, beautiful and huge room with huge balcony, delicious breakfast with coffee, lots of options, fresh fruits and made to order eggs. Location means its quiet at night, but also a bit of a walk into the old town centre. Lovely stroll if you walk the river path. They also have bicycles available which meant a quick trip to the beach (tip! Visit Coconut Beach!!! Quiet, clean, great breeze!). Highly recommend this beautiful spot. Nothing, except that noise travels if you have an adjoining door, or your room door is facing the stairwell. Again , can't say it enough...the room was great, pool was great, lounge area was great. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and professional. They let us store our bags after check out as we had a late flight, and loaned us bikes again for the day.

- Malloch (5/5): We wouldn’t come back here - The staff are definitely the best thing about this place. They were happy to do anything they could to help. The breakfast was also pretty good. We had 2 rooms, 1 had a digital TV and the other had an old TV with only analog reception which meant the picture quality was poor and the sound didn’t work. The sheets had bugs in them (not bed bugs thanks goodness) which were a horrible to need to check for each night. The rooms themselves are in need of repair- large cracks in the tiles in the shower, patches of water damage on the walls, door frames that were split open and doors that were swollen from water damage and didn’t close properly. The hot water was not constant and one second it was lovely and warm and the next it was scalding hot, only to go back a few seconds later. The most concerning thing was that the cleaning staff left the ground floor balcony door unlocked every time they cleaned despite being asked to lock it via reception. With no in room safe this was a concerning security risk. The pools are very small and it gets crowded quickly. The pool chairs are moldy and could use a good clean.

La ubicación, cerca del río pero no en la zona bulliciosa de Hoi An, sino en una con algunos restaurantes locales interesantes. Las bicis cortesía del Hotel, visitar la ciudad en bici es algo que hay que hacer, es ideal para ver la ciudad o incluso los arrozales que hay cerca del hotel. El desayuno con cocina asiática buenísima. El techo de nuestra habitación era abohardillado y se nos antojaba un poco bajo en uno de los lados de la cama. El café del desayuno era muy malo.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Our 3rd enjoyable visit to Banana Garden - The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent something for everyone. My personal favourite was the banana pancakes. The hotel and pool area were spotless at all times. A short walk from the old town and a good choice ofreastaurants close by. Bikes available if required. Nothing to dislike.

Room was charming overlooking the pool with balcony and the bed was very comfortable! Free bikes to use; cycled through rice fields to An Bang beach. Free sunbeds on beach if you buy food or drinks from the cafes. Air con unit a little noisy but wear earplugs so not a big problem, and we unplugged the fridge as that was too noisy and we didn’t need it.

Der er ikke specielt gode muligheder for at sole sig. Vi havde heldigvis værelser, der havde sol om formiddagen på balkonen - men der var kun begrænset sol ved poolen.

- Karen (10/5): Wonderful - This hotel is lovely. So clean and fresh. The bedroom was huge with a nice big bathroom. Great hot shower. The beds were very comfortable. After 3 months of travelling I found this was the most comfortable bed and pillow!!! I was tempted to pack it in my backpack if I had room!!! Haha Staff were lovey. Breakfast was good. A wide selection. Great location. Peaceful and only a 15 minute walk to the centre Nothing
- Tiffany (10/5): Wonderful stay, great price - The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated being able to check in early as we had been travelling for a long time. We all enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast. Our children loved the banana pancakes. The location was handy. We were able to walk along the river into the Old Town. The rooms were clean and spacious. We wish we had stayed there longer.

- Heidi (10/5): Excellent - Everything was great and the reception were so helpful. Nothing was too much Location was a little far from main area but easy to walk or take a bicycle. It was no issue for us but we had to go up 2 flights of stairs to our room

- Kama-Jade (10/5): Hit pause and relax in Hoi An! - Everything was wonderful. Spacious rooms, great service and yummy breakfast (we recommend the bacon and banana pancakes). Location was very relaxing - close enough to the old town for a wander in and far enough away for some peace (and the much needed post meal steps). Excellent value for money. Lovely recommendations and shops nearby - we tried Lin Lin spa and Asoka yoga. So sad to leave!

The hotel is very close to town, bycicles are available when you want to ride into town, the hotel staff is amazing, they serve a great breakfast, rooms are very clean and spacious! The receptionists Linh and Tinh are truly wonderful and made us feel welcome from the first minute of our two week stay! Thank you so much for hosting us🙏! Nothing

- Manuel (10/5): Super Hotel mit liebem Personal in Hoi An. - Einfach alles. Nachdem wir spät abends spontan hier hin gewechselt haben (Hotel davor hatte Bettwanzen) wurden wir noch um 23.30 freundlich empfangen. Das erste Zimmer war etwas dreckig, haben aber dann direkt ein neues bekommen. Personal ist super lieb und extrem hilfreich. Als Weihnachtsgeschenk haben wir für unseren ganzen Aufenthalt (8 Nächte) das Frühstück geschenkt bekommen. Wir durften unsere kaputten Koffer dort lassen, welche sie für uns entsorgt haben. Leihfahrräder vorhanden und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Scooter. Standort ist 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Altstadt entfernt, daher ruhig und weg vom Trubel. Würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten. Nichts

- Laubrayoon (7/5): it's pleasant stay. - The staff are friendly and helpful. room size is reasonably spacious. good location within walking distance to main attractions and easy to find. Breakfast can be improved; most of the foods are cold. the coffee is warm, and the pre-cook noodle needs very hot soup. Should change to a self-brew coffee machine. The staff should learn how to keep the food hot/warm.

- Hui-Hsien (10/5): - The Hotel Villa is definitely a hidden gym. Just on the fringe of the main old town area (20mins easy walk), is quiet and relaxing. The staff is very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. Great pools to relax and chill in after a long day on tour or walking around the shops. Definitely will return in the future.

It’s in a perfect location just outside Old Town, so you can easily cycle there in 10 mins on the free bikes, but far enough away from the crazy crowd. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy. The pool was really nice and the staff are fabulous and friendly. We loved it and would return. All good.

- Natalie (9/5): - Het personeel was behulpzaam en deskundig, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie kamers. Erg goede locatie, met de leenfietsen fietsten we zo de stad in of naar het strand. Hele aardige conciërge die ons iedere keer weer heel goed hielp met de fietsen.

- Marty (10/5): A very relaxing and comfortable small hotel for seeing beautiful Hoi An! - The staff were exceptional. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Breakfast was also outstanding with a wide variety of food to choose from. Omelettes, scrambled eggs, and great banana pancakes were offered every morning. Perhaps a little further from ancient town but care share and cabs are readily available except in the late afternoon early evening when grab and taxi’s routinely cancelled rides. That was easily solved by getting the WhatsApp for our first grab driver and planning pickups in advance!

- Nathan (3/5): Avoid rooms 103 and 104! - Pool area is large and they offer free bikes. Mostly quiet area unless a lot of kids at the pool. The two rooms I was given to try were terrible. The first room the bed was hard as a rock. Didn’t feel like a mattress at all. They moved me next door where the ac barely worked and it was very musty. I woke up congested likely from mold. I believe the rooms were 103 and 104. They also have a weird widow above the door that allows the light from the hallway to shine in. I booked two nights but cancelled the second because my stay was terrible. I assume these two rooms are their worst as other doors do not have that window above. I paid 1.7M but was refunded only around 600k for cancelling the second night. Staff was nice about apologizing but after the first room was terrible, they should’ve offered me a better room, not their second worst room right next to it. First time I’ve written a bad review.

THERE is nothing like buffet U get only eggs and noodles and bread nothing else.......even cakes and donuts were looking 5-6 days old couldn't dare to eat them A BIG NO FOR THIS PROPERTY.......
