Yann (9/5): Excellent value for money, lovely people - Lovely "homestay" style of guesthouse, lovely family at reception, always helpful. Accom was very simple, clean, can only recommend for the price. A bit of walking to Mui Ne or some restaurants. Would recommend hiring a scooter or taking taxi. Will come back! Thank you

Jane (1/5): Very disappointed. - The staff or young girl that has been at the property since our last visit, the two resident dogs. We arrived and they had no record of our booking and made me show our confirmation. Said oh its ok we have a room. When i questioned them about our booking she said it had been so long since they had had a booking.com booking. The Room was not as per booking the room was not serviced, no bedding, no towels no toilet paper, we were given the first two items but just the hand wipes off a food table for toilet paper till later in the evening. The room was very dirty and the bathroom filthy. We had stayed at this property previously and it was wonderful thats why we returned. It seems to have been split now into two properties and the rooms we stayed in previous were now called something different. But the rooms are still showing the same as before, we got nothing like them. Sadly i can't recommend a stay here, well certainly not if you got the room we did.
