I liked the balcony and the view over the roofs and trees of the property and of the neighborhood. The bird that would occasionally visit was welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I particularly liked the energy shots made of ginger, carrots; it was a nice way to start the day. I did enjoy the meal which I had ordered from the Room Service. My only experience of the pool is of the side of the Harmony Pool, where I would lounge and rest under the banana leaves. The property is beautiful and makes a lovely walk at anytime of the day. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. I hope to see you soon again. A few suggestions if I may. Among the bathroom amenities, cotton balls for make-up removal etc... would be really welcome. The presentation of the room service meal could be better if the dishes were not covered with plastic. A dome cover to keep the food warm would be more attractive. The bartender of the pool bar could develop his talents beyond a whiskey sour. The margarita I had was bland and uninteresting.

- Antti (7/5): - One of the most beautiful resorts I have ever seen and really good pool. Also pickleball court and artgallery was something many places doesnt have. The room smell like mold and we tried change the room first day. They gave us one room that smelled worse so we didnt change first night. Sevound day we changed but the room was smaller and also had little bit of mold smell but not as much as first night. Also they charge the same amount even the room was smaller than what we booked. Shame that this place could have been 10/10 but moldy smell room is not one of the worst things u want and the smell doesnt doesnt come off that easily from clothes and bagbacks.q
- Sebastian (10/5): A beautiful resort with truly wonderful hospitality and excellent value! - Overall we loved all parts of our stay, and can't laud the property and staff enough! The rooms and property overall are well designed in terms of comfort, aesthetically pleasing, and maintained well in terms of thorough room cleanliness and staff attention to common areas to pickup towels, refresh the detox water available at each pool (a personal favorite throughout the stay!), etc. For all the plant people out there, the vegetation at the property is also very well maintained and it was fun to see the gardeners each morning tend to the plants and grounds all around. This was a major reason I booked the resort, and it was a joy to walk each morning through the property sidewalks and just enjoy! Also make sure to attend a morning walk tour and harvest your own rose apples 🙂 Lastly each and every staff member was beyond pleasant, helpful and accommodating, and really enhanced our experience at the resort. A special hello and thanks to both Lan and Hien for making each day special and relaxing! Can't wait to visit again!

- Leonie Kit Sim (10/5): Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff - What made our stay was the support we had from the Grand Signature Team. My partner got sick this leg of our trip and they were able to arrange medical assistance and medication. Having ongoing support throughout our stay made such a difference. The property itself, STUNNING! Everything was newly renovated and clean. Stones throw away from town. On-site coffee shop and restaurants were delicious!

One of the few hotels close to the old town where it feels like a resort. About 2km (20mins walk) which really isnt that far. Its just that the walking experience isnt that great. There are sidewalks but its full of motorcycles and stalls.

The resort itself was beautiful, well kept and because it was a little further away from Old Town, it was quiet and you could actually get a decent night’s sleep. Breakfast was great and had enough Vietnamese and Western options. There’s a small but well equipped gym, a spa, a coffee shop and even an art gallery. Cold water by the pools were such a nice touch as well, especially during hot days. Totally worth the money, and we will be back! Very minor, but the resort didn’t offer a shuttle service to and from Old Town, which would’ve been perfect. It’s a little further away and still cheap enough by Grab, but a shuttle service would’ve made the whole experience a bit better.

The staff was amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made everything feel really relaxed from the moment we arrived. The whole experience just felt smooth and well taken care of the entire time. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into the surroundings too, everything looked incredibly beautiful and well thought out. The Harmony pool was definitely our favorite spot, such a big and gorgeous pool to just relax at. The pickleball court was also a really fun bonus, totally worth trying, even if you’ve never played before! Overall, it was a really enjoyable and memorable experience, and we’d happily come back again. Honestly, I can’t really think of anything to add here. Everything just worked the way it should, no complaints at all.

- Defne (8/5): Okay - Staff was kind and and rooms were good. Breakfast was nice Gym is extremely small there is almost only 3 or 4 equipment and even though 2 were out of order. Air conditioning in the gym is not working and even 5 minutes exercising is not possible. The door in the gym is made of wooden and has spaces so even if the air conditioning worked it would not be effective.

It is the beautiful, serene property, with beautiful gardens spreading the entire resort. The rooms are incredibly clean and feel brand new! Our room had the bath tub and outdoor shower, which was amazing to have. The resort also had an amazing coffee shop onsite (EveryHalf coffee). The three pools were all beautiful and hard to choose which to use! The staff at the resort were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Hien at breakfast was such a friendly and smiley face to see every morning and she really made our stay enjoyable! The location of the hotel is perfect. It is away from the busy old town but only a short grab drive away (about 5 mins costs $1.70AUD). We couldn’t recommend this resort enough! It truly feels like paradise and is a choice you will not regret!!
- Nataliia (3/5): - The location itself is beautiful. The gardens are stunning—everything blooming, full of color and life. I loved walking through the art scattered around the property, and the old silk village houses add so much character. It’s all very beautiful and well taken care of outside. Unfortunately, the rooms don't look exactly like they do in the pictures. The furniture feels cheap, which was disappointing given how beautiful the rest of the property is. The biggest issue for me was the bugs. I don't know if housekeeping was leaving the doors open while cleaning, but every day when I came back to the room, there were more bugs than the day before. On my last morning, I woke up with my eye swollen and red. I thought it was an infection, but it turned out to be an insect bite. Luckily I'm okay now, but it really could have been dangerous. Another problem was the noise. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every little sound from outside, plus every single step from the upstairs neighbors. This was supposed to be a rest and wellness trip for me, but I couldn't even sleep because of all the noise from all around. Finally, the food. It's just not good. The breakfast buffet is so-so. I tried the warm food section a few times, and even at 8am (early in the morning), the meat was completely cold. I also ordered in-room dining — a steak — and it was so so. I honestly don't know who is giving this place five stars. To me, it feels like a total scam. I would give it three stars maximum. I'm disappointed and will never go back.

It is quiet at night and beds are very comfortable. The shower power is also excellent 👍🏻 Breakfast offers a really ample choice, while some of the food was lovely it was not the case for everything that wa son offer. But all in all we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to all.

- Megan (9/5): A relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and friendly staff. - This is a lovely property located just outside the Old Town. It’s about a 20-minute walk into town or a short Grab ride, and the hotel also offers bicycles for guests. We stayedrecently and were informed they had only been open for two months, so there were a few teething problems (such as a comedy of errors in our check-in experience and the bar only opening on our second-to-last day). However, the staff were kind enough to provide ice to our room in the evenings whenever we requested it. A great and substantial breakfast is offered, and the pools are fabulous. The room was spacious, and both the bath and the outdoor shower were highly enjoyable.

- Raffaela (10/5): Immer gerne! - Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Personal war toll (vor allem Tuyen F&B Managerin) und es gab immer 24/7 Rezeption und Whatsapp Support. Alle sprachen sehr gut Englisch. Zimmer geräumig, Pools wunderschön, nicht überfüllt. Der Aufbau der Anlage ist ansprechend. Es gab einen Pickle Ball Court! Die Lage war gut – Nahe an der Old Town. Das Spa war so toll und die Behandlungen waren ausgezeichnet. Es gab Fahrräder (auch mit Kindersitz) kostenlos zum Ausleihen. Ich würde sofort wieder diese Ruhe-Oase buchen. Die Pools brauchen nachts eine Abdeckung/Sicherung, um Tiere oder Kinder vor dem Hineinfallen zu schützen. Größere Gläser oder Tassen wären toll, da man sich beim Frühstücken ja selbst Eis-Kaffee etc machen kann und da braucht man mehr Platz fürs Eis. Größere Handtücher im Gym wären toll gewesen. Einige Dinge waren noch nicht fertiggestellt (1 Pool, Teehaus, Bar, Restaurant), aber es war gar nicht wichtig, weil alles andere super war und es genug zu tun gab. Das ist eine extra detaillierte Review, weil wir von einer Managerin explizit um Verbesserungsvorschläge gebeten wurden.

- Natalia (10/5): Absolutely beautiful stay! - Hotel territory is absolutely beautiful, green with lots of plants and flowers. Lovely swimming pool and play area for kids and adults. And next to reception it is a lovely coffee shop with winner coffees! I wish we would stay longer! The only 1 thing I can say could be better is room service to order food, because restaurant is only open for breakfast. So we had to order food delivery from Grab.

I was offered a complimentary late check-out. The pools and overall ambience is nice. - Unfriendly greeting at the gate - Long-check in (10min+) - For a resort of that price and size the gym is...tiny. Think "home gym". - No food or water available after breakfast...even if you want to pay for it. crazy. You need to order your own food and water by Grab if you want to stay by the pool or have dinner at the "resort". - mattresses are hard - Many lights in the room (with a weird remote control) - but no simple & nice reading lamp. Ended up moving a standing lamp next to the bed. - Breakfast selection was ok but...no (fresh) croissants, nice bread, salmon or chicken - some things one would expect for that price. - the sauna was built with a metal door handle to ensure that you cannot touch it without getting burned when you want to get out to the (non-existing) relaxing area. Overall overpriced for what it was.

- Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful Tranquil Setting - Some Re-Opening Teething Issues - Newly renovated, stunning setting and beautiful aesthetics. They have recently reopened (Feb’26) following major renovations which have been really thought through. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. The girls at reception really made our stay great. Breakfast was really good and plentiful options. Highly recommend the live pho station. The rooms were brand new and great size. Nice setting away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists and old town, but close enough to access everything you need and all the attractions. Highly recommend renting the bikes to explore the local rice paddies, villages and beaches. Although beware of traffic! Because it had just reopened, not everything was open and there was still construction daily from 7am - 8pm. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, the spa was shut, one of the pools was shut, and half the facilities were being constructed. This was disappointing as we were not told in advance of our stay. They have completed 90% of the accommodation so have opened to start generating revenue to pay for the ongoing works. There were a few teething issues with our rooms as they were brand new and I don’t think had been tested thoroughly before opening. Shower water temperature issues, tv channels not working and tv wouldn’t turn off unless we unplugged from the wall, coffee cabinet light wouldn’t turn off as the sensor hadn’t been properly fitted, handles falling off doors. We chose a garden villa and were very happy to be on the top floor as the walls are very thin and you can hear passers by, there are lights in the corridors outside the room front door which don’t turn off and glare into your room at night. We put a towel down next to the door gap to block this out. I do think if you were to stay on the ground floor you would struggle with privacy as you can see into the rooms quite easily. You would also struggle with the omnipresent mosquitos! Overall, a few teething issues which they do need to iron out to truly operate at a 5-star level.

В один из дней, когда мой муж плохо себя чувствовал и не смог прийти на завтрак, сотрудники принесли ему еду в номер (йогурт, фрукты, специальную кашу). Это было очень приятно и заботливо. В целом сотрудники оставили очень хорошее впечатление — дружелюбные, отзывчивые, всегда на связи. Номер оказался крайне неудачным: маленький, расположен в проходной зоне, окна выходят прямо на дорожку (расстояние меньше метра). Люди и сотрудники постоянно проходили рядом, из-за чего не было никакой приватности. Приходилось всё время держать шторы закрытыми, и по факту мы жили в тёмной комнате. Также в номере не было ни террасы, ни места, где можно посидеть. Горячая вода работала нестабильно — постоянно переключалась на холодную. На территории практически нет мест для отдыха: отсутствуют скамейки и зоны, где можно просто посидеть. Даже ожидая такси, приходилось стоять. При этом территория большая и красивая, но не оборудована для комфортного пребывания. Работал только один бассейн, который находился далеко от номера. Ближайший бассейн был закрыт. Ситуация с велосипедами непонятная: на фото отеля показано, что ими можно пользоваться внутри территории, но по факту это запрещено. Велосипеды выдают только для выезда в город, при этом сотрудники сами передвигаются на них по отелю. Чтобы получить велосипед, нужно идти через всю территорию или писать персоналу, что создаёт неудобства. Дважды просила принести гладильную доску — так и не принесли. Утром около 8:30–9:00 нас разбудили стуком уборки. Прачечная испортила новую белую футболку (появились тёмные пятна), что недопустимо для отеля такого уровня. Также заявлен зал «Gym & Yoga», но в нём нет даже йога-ковриков, хотя на фотографиях они присутствуют. Это вводит в заблуждение. В целом создаётся ощущение, что при хорошем персонале отсутствует нормальная организация. Вместо отдыха приходилось постоянно что-то уточнять, писать и контролировать. Для пятизвёздочного отеля это не соответствует ожиданиям.
- Zak (1/5): Not great. - Nice pool and gardens Building work everywhere and chemical smells in our room. We asked the hotel plenty of times if this would affect our stay, they never replied. When we got there they tried showing us different rooms but they were either not that we booked or noisy or chemically. We left.
- Elisa (9/5): Oasi di pace - Il posto è splendido, un oasi di pace alle porte del centro di Hoi An; facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bici o grab. Personale molto gentile e sempre a disposizione! Lato negativo, siccome appena riaperto, non è stato possibile di usufruire dei servizi generali, come, per esempio: ristorante (solo colazione), servizio in camera o spa. Quest ultima ha richiuso il giorno dopo del nostro arrivo, sarebbe stato gradita una comunione anticipata.

There is a small amount of construction disturbance, but this is considerate.The management are doing a great job training the staff. We especially loved the wonderful breakfast and the gentle, polite breakfast staff.

- Johannes (8/5): Ein schön angelegtes Resort etwas außerhalb - Das Resort ist schön und weitläufig angelegt und schön bepflanzt. Es liegt etwas ruhiger abseits der sehr quirligen und vollen Innenstadt bzw dem old Town. Hier kann man gut entspannen. Es gibt auch einen schönen Pool.Die Zimmer in den Villen sind besonders schön. Bei Bedarf kann gegen geringes Entgelt ein Shuttle in den Old Town organisiert werden oder man nimmt ein Grab. Beides kostet nicht viel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab Asiatisches und einiges mehr. Eier wurden auf Wunsch in vielen Varianten frisch zubereitet. Im Service beim Frühstück war Tuyet ganz besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hatte kein Restaurant geöffnet außer zum Frühstück. Dadurch fehlte eine Möglichkeit, abends einfach mal nett in der Unterkunft bleiben zu können und vielleicht auch nur etwas zu trinken.

The room was newly decorated and all the furniture was brand new. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The included breakfast was out of this world. Lots of variety of food. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to their customers. My wife and I are from the hotel industry, and we know how hard it is to keep these standard. I would not hesitate to stay there again. When we confronted noise from external site, they solved by upgraded us to a secluded Vila, free of added charge Desk promised service ( pickup trolley from room) but waiting time at lobby was too long (20 min). If desk is busy - it better notify client of foreseen delays, set accurate expectations
