- Juan Fernando (5/5): Mejor no ir en familia - La ubicación. Definitivamente cerca de todo para ir y venir a pie. Mala organización. Las fotos superan por mucho lo que es en realidad. El jabón de manos diluido completamente en agua. Las toallas una lija, el agua de la piscina turbia… el desayuno no adaptado para todos en familia… mejor no sigo.

- Julien (2/5): Décevant, à éviter ! - La chambre et la salle de bain n’étaient pas propres (urine laissée dans les toilettes), rien à voir avec les photos. La télévision annoncée n’était pas présente. Supplément de 7 % pour paiement par carte bancaire non indiqué. Erreur de facturation de 100 $. Après la nuit, apparition de boutons probablement liés à la literie.
- marianna skorin tomicic (2/5): Lo peor que me ha tocado en Ecuador - Ubicacion El hotel por fuera se ve muy bien, por dentro es otra cosa. Estaba en reparaciones y nos avisaron. Martillazos y ruido todo el día, sin internet en el día. Por la noche tipo 7 volvimos, nos acostamos y empezaron a taladrar arriba. Escribí al número de teléfono pero no respondían. La pieza retumbaba entera. Me levanté en pijama y subí con cara de loca al 4 piso donde maestros trabajaban . Ellos no sabían habían huéspedes. Pararon pero el hotel aun no respondía. Luego lo hicieron y se fueron (los maestros pues tenían órdenes de trabajar hasta las 10 de la noche). Al día siguiente el desayuno en una mesa entre otras montadas, pan del día anterior y sin calentar, una pieza microscópica de queso, en realidad nada bueno. Las instalaciones de la habitación terribles, todo se desarmaba, paredes descascaradas, sin mosquitero la ventana, decoración terriblemente ordinaria y muebles antiguos. El hotel no debiera valer más de 25 dólares. Pésima experiencia, sin duda la peor que he tenido en Ecuador en 9 años que estoy aquí.
- Cristóbal (6/5): Gran problema - Atención de la recepcionista gran hospitalidad un gran carisma y ganas de atender. Pésimo trato de personal en parqueado se nos nego el guardar el vehículo en reiteradas intentos y luego de una cierta insistencia accedieron a abrirnos con la condición de quitar el auto en la mañana temprano. Se comprende que están en remuneración y es probable que no sea algo permanente el parqueado deficiente y personal incompetente pero se recomienda mayor cuidado hacia los huéspedes en el aspecto de parqueo y trato de los empleados.

I loved hanging out by the hammocks upstairs. The cats also brought the love. Nothing to complain about. I only stayed one night unfortunately.
