The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious - Great location, beautiful grounds, very clean, extremely friendly staff! The property is on a main road so you can slightly hear the cars at night but not enough for it to be an actual issue

• Nadya (9/5): Total schön eingerichtet, gemütliche Wohnung, mit herzlichen Empfang - Jennifer war eine total herzliche und einladende Person, sodass wir uns direkt in ihrer Unterkunft wohl gefühlt haben. Der Aufenthalt war sehr heimelig und man hat sie wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer und Frühstück war ebenfalls toll, also absolute Empfehlung Frühstück könnte etwas mehr

• Jennifer (10/5): - I/we liked the historic building and unique architectural quirks. Beds were very comfortable. Updated bathroom was very nice. Decor was inviting. Location convenient for participating in the YarmouthPort Christmas Stroll. Disappointed not to be able to have the advertised full breakfast but innkeeper did a nice job of providing tasty room service choices as alternative because of preparations for Christmas Stroll participation. Ambivalent about the stairways and potential safety hazard for myself, but knew our upstairs room was not handicapped accessible and did fine by being careful in the unique layout of the home.
• CEM (10/5): - My husband and I had the most wonderful Thanksgiving stay at the Village Inn in Yarmouth Port. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with every little detail to make our stay comfortable. The historic inn itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. And the breakfast—homemade and absolutely incredible—was a highlight of our trip. Jennifer is an exceptional host, as well as an amazing baker and chef. Truly an 11/10 experience. We will definitely be back!

Enorme giardino con amaca sedie, tavoli e poltrone in legno, erba ben curata, parcheggio spazioso. Camera da letto tripla piccola ma estremamente accogliente, bagno con grande doccia spazioso. Frigobar ben assortito e gratuito. In serata ci è stato offerto gratuitamente aperitivo con vari appetizer e vino rosso e bianco francese. Colazione di alta qualità La gestione è di alto livello e penso che raramente è necessario fare richieste specifiche. Tuttavia, io ho fatto delle richieste specifiche che non sono state soddisfatte: la prima mattina ho chiesto due fette di pane e alcuni biscottia colazione ma mi è stato risposto che le richieste specifiche devono essere fatte il giorno prima, allora ho chiesto due fette di pane in alcuni biscotti per la colazione del giorno successivo e tuttavia neanche il giorno successivo, mi sono state portate.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr stimmig ausgesucht. Alles edel und harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Eigentümerin Jennifer ist sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und lecker, aber mein Mann hat Eierspeisen vermisst.

• Robert (10/5): Wonderful experience! - We have stayed at many Inns throughout the Northeast over the years and this experience has to be one of the very best. Breakfast was outstanding. As were all the available complementary extras throughout the day: like coffee; cold drinks; candy; biscotti. Jennifer, and her family, were lovely hosts who have thought of everything. Route 6A is the prettiest road on Cape Cod and everyone will enjoy the experience. We really couldn't find anything that could be better!

• Kristine (10/5): The Village Inn offers a luxury experience with a lovely hostess. - The owner, Jennifer, was attentive, helpful, available, and thoughtful. She made a delicious breakfast each morning which was served outside in the gorgeous back patio and offered snacks and beverages for happy hour. The inn is very clean and beautifully decorated as were the rooms. Our beds, linens, and towels were top quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Can't think of anything that needed to be changed. Love the location as well!

• Randy (8/5): Lovely inn in a great location. - As of 6/23/2025, Robin and Claire are no longer the proprietors of this property. Robin and Claire were great hosts and were very kind to us. This location was close to accessing the rest of the cape. Breakfast was lovely and prepared by Claire. The inn was very cozy. The garden was lovely and filled with birds to listen to. Our bed in the Truro room was very worn and not comfortable to us as well as the sheets kept us very warm. The a/c at times couldn’t keep up with the heat and at night it would become stifling. There was no fridge in our room so no leftovers (just an FYI).

Even a bottle of fine wine and glasses were out when you first come in for the evening. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast she made was very nice not just a simple continental breakfast. Made with care and eye appeal. Thank you Claire for being so hospitable. We will return here in the future, if circumstances permit. The cozy atmosphere in the living room was very comfortable surrounded by original art, books. Well lit rooms, too. (It was also our 42 anniversary & we wanted it to be special and it was) Near by were an exceptional 1600’s restaurant & tavern, and a great cafe.
