Guest Reviews
- britten (2/5): Not the greatest - The house was in a great location, but did not make up for all that was wrong. The parking was tight even for a small car and we had to wait for someone to move their car before we could leave a couple of times. The front doors top deadbolt lock was broken which left only the door knob lock to prevent an intruder and we let the realtor know. She said they would fix it so I assume the fixed it after we left. The back door was a sliding glass door and it also was broken. The blinds in the bedroom were just leaning up in place and we had to hang a towel so nobody could see in. The bed was on wheels without locks and you had to be careful moving around. Also the washer and dryer were outside and being used consistently by the neighbor so we never were able to access that. Past that the house was decent and it was in a quiet area and in the right area just close enough yet far enough away from everything. If they could fix these issues we would stay again, but only if these issues were guaranteed fixed.
- John (2/5): Beware of cleaning fee...more than price of room. - Beware of cleaning fee. I reserved a room for one night for $96. The total bill came to $202. The cleaning fee of $105 was more than the price of the room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great Location, but... - Don't know if the neighbors next door are permanent or not but horribly LOUD during the night. 3 and 4 in the morning banging, yelling, etc.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff did a super job of providing a very nice place to stay following a little mix-up in the booking.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Beautiful Home in Burbank - Not such a beautiful home in Burbank. The house was not available for check in until 5:30 p.m. The cleaning job was not of the best quality. The floors were dirty. There was one bed and one futon. The futon bed was extremely uncomfortable. And, the location is questionable. Lots of apartments in the area and run down homes. I would not stay here again and would not recommend for anyone to stay here.
