- Michael (8/5): Exactly what I expected, loved the front desk manager on check in. - I really appreciated the onsite staff. The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating to change my room from second floor to first floor. He was also very nice, we had a pleasant conversation about the location and the town of Granby. I don' remember his name but I checked in at about 5pm on Sunday November 2nd. He is the best thing about the property. Beds and pillows need work. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the pillows even less so. I know this is a budget oriented property, but I still think you should provide a comfortable bed.
- Nick (9/5): Great accommodation in an interesting town - Michael was a friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful host. As well as advising me about local eateries and hiking trails he also arranged for my laptop cable (accidentally left at a motel earlier in my road trip) to be picked up from the USPS PO Box. The 90 minute drive from Walden took much longer as I had to stop multiple times for photos! Beautiful autumn colours set against clear blue skies. I can recommend Mid Town Cafe for excellent breakfasts and Granby Garage for fish tacos. A fun town with a welcoming vibe, and the Littletree Inn was well situated to explore it, as well as the numerous hiking trails in the area.

- Doreen (4/5): Not good - Not a great experience . The lobby a small room was very cluttered and disorganized. The lady at the desk was so nervous as people started to come in to check in . A very nice man took over. The room was on second floor , smelled like smoke and “dirty even though it was a non smoking room . The bed sheets were itchy and I was just pretty grossed out really . Coffee pods in room but no cups or creamer sugar or anything. As the gateway to the Rocky Mountains the view was great . Too expensive for what we got . Sorry .
- Elias (7/5): Fan on the heating system was so loud - Location and friendly staff are great Easy to find and parking
- Tampey (8/5): -
- McKenzie (8/5): Met our expectations! - Nice spot to rest on a weekend trip through Colorado. Provided a cheaper option than bigger cities nearby. Older hotel but felt clean. Staff were very friendly at the front desk. Very close to a nearby rodeo that we went to on Saturday night.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Bed was so uncomfortable had deep divers from over use
- James (8/5): - Well maintained older property about 8 miles out of Granby
- Jessica (10/5): Enjoyable Visit - The beds were comfortable, and they didn't wiggle when you got in and out of bed. I'm a light sleeper, and some beds will wiggle every time my husband rolls over, and it wakes me up. Also, there was a small table and two chairs to sit and work at, eat, or play cards, plus a long countertop and another pull out table/desk to use. There is a large closet with shelves at the end, too. Excellent lighting, too! I can't think of anything.
- Nicole (5/5): Location great but hotel is nothing special. - Location to RM park Rooms were very small and dated.
- Amos (6/5): -
- Russell (8/5): - Extremely nice front desk person. Very comfortable. Good value for the money.

- Brenda (8/5): Nice place, friendly staff, would stay again. - The staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. I didn’t get to stay long enough to really experience much more than the room itself.
- Sloane (10/5): the bones of the earth shake with love - staying at Littletree Inn was a revelation.. think of all the stars in the sky, and all the grains of sand on the beach.. only then will you know in your heart how numerous our pleasures and delights were, in Littletree inn in Granby CO. My heart aches to return. One love.

- Becky (8/5): Very good - I'm glad there is a hotel in Granby. The cleaner only made it to our room once in 3 days. We had to go request towels.
- Matthew (4/5): - Room entrance door blocked by snow plow so no direct load-in access. The  button for air control (heat and AC) was missing/gone/empty. Staff and check in was very good. Room size and quality low average but ok for one night. Bed was ok. Daily rate seems high for the relative quality of the room. Outdated circa 70's.
- Lola (8/5): Very good - The property was acceptable, nothing over and above ... plain, but clean and adequate, and not over-priced.
- Heck (10/5): Exceptional -
- Swapna (8/5): - It was okay to stay for the night

- Pfau (7/5): Good -
- Sherri (7/5): Good - Good price. Close to things we wanted to do. Had refrigerator & microwave. The linens & towels left a lot to be desired. Towels had holes in them & the sheets looked shabby.
- Katy (8/5): - Easy and very friendly check-in, comfy bedding, excellent lighting, nice view of mts, basic amenities, good water pressure and temp, multiple plugs for electronics, several eating options. Staff patiently provided info about sites/restaurants in the area. Would recommend.

- Sara (10/5): Comfort during unexpected medical challenges - They are outstanding people who treated me with decency and understanding when I went through unexpected medical issues and were very helpful in making sure I was comfortable and could have what I needed. They are genuine, organized and homey. n/a
- Sara (10/5): Exactly what I needed - I appreciate very much the location is near town but not noisy and easily accessible for those of us who enjoy walking and hiking-trail is convenient, food and laundry not far. The staff is never abrupt even though I ask a few questions and they are kind and considerate and very customer oriented. I feel safe all hours of the day and will miss this motel. It is not every day that a person can have what they give, simple straightforward decency. There really is nothing that they could do better, they are on it.

- Donald (10/5): Littleton Inn a gem - It was a quaint but very comfortable inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. The fact they didn't allow pets was wonderful as both of us have allergies to pet dander.

- Jérémy (6/5): - Nice motel for a stop before the Rocky Mountain NP
- Carleen (8/5): Great clean motel within distance to Fraser and Granby - Great motel within good distance to both Fraser and Granby. Very clean. Very nice king sized bed!
