• Crystal (7/5): If needing just a bed for the night, good value for the price paid. - Easy to locate, great access to the rest of Saskatoon. Great owners. Clean bed and bedding. Haven’t slept in a real bed for months (lower back pain) but slept well in the bed. Access to off street parking (FCFS basis). Could use different blinds that cover the entire window unit. Only 1 kind of tea available and no shampoo/conditioner (may have been available but wasn’t informed if it were) or bath mat for showering (didn’t shower). Air freshener was a little too strong.

• Tanya Michelle (10/5): - The location is in a residential part of town, so it’s quiet at night. The owners are super nice and accommodating. The kitchen is clean, with a full fridge and stove, and the washroom is well-maintained, with a full tub and shower and plentiful towels. Bedrooms are also very clean, with comfortable beds. It was a relaxing little sanctuary to return to at the end of a tiring day.

• Katelyn (10/5): - Their is a shared bathroom and parking, along with free tea and Coffee in the shared kitchen I liked that their was extra pillows and a extra blanket, their is a tv along with free internet, and I payed way less then the other hotels In the Saskatoon area, I didn’t like the Distant smell of pee I could never pinpoint where the smell was coming from but besides that this place was a beautiful spot, the area was
• robert (8/5): - This isn't really a bed and breakfast-it's a Verbo, essentially. Two bedrooms, beds a little dated, no tech hookups. Kitchen and bathroom outside the door. No food provided although there is coffee makings. It was quiet, comfortable, close to the highway, so it worked well for us. And a very nice neighborhood.

The double bed was not comfortable, floor made a sound when you walked on it so it would wake order people. Pictures had a room with couch and tv, table with chairs outdoors but these were not accessible.

• Tony (10/5): - This is not comparable to a $200/night hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s guest room. You share a bathroom and kitchen area with 1 or 2 other guests. You get your own lockable bedroom and your own shelf in the fridge. There is coffee and tea available. It is tidy, the bed was flat and firm, and the hosts are lovely. If you’re looking for a simple, inexpensive place to get a good night’s rest, this is a good choice.

The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, arranging for an early check in and also lending me an umbrella for my walk in the rain. Shirley makes a mighty fine omelette breakfast as well and made me feel very cared for! Very easy to hear tv playing through the night in next room. Shared bathroom with other guest next door a bit awkward.

• Cheryl (4/5): - Booking was fast. It was a shared bathroom and I didn’t see that noted…it should be very obvious. Breakfast was so so and accommodations minimal.
• Gregory (8/5): Good for my purposes. - Clean facilities, comfortable enough bed and well located for my needs. There was pretty much a complete kitchen available so you could prepare your own food although I believe there were limited pots/pans and utensils. Separate entrance from the main house makes it easy to come and go as you please. A bit sparten. The essentials were there but it was Coffeemate for the coffee instead of some milk or cream and as I had to leave before the 8 am breakfast servicw time, I was provided 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 apples and bread and jam/peanut butter to make toast. This was all fine as I was only expecting a light breakfast, as advertised, but some margarine or butter for the toast would have been nice.
