• Laurence (10/5): - Excellent accueil, le personnel est adorable, nous avons eu notre chambre dès notre arrivée, le petit déjeuner très complet avec un choix pour tous les goûts et le personnel aux petits soins, mention spéciale pour le Latte. Chambre au calme et bien équipée. Le bus nous déposait devant la porte de l'hôtel et pour aller vers le métro l'arrêt est en face, l'emplacement est donc impeccable, et vous situe à environ une heure de trajet de Piccadilly Circus. Rien à signaler...

The air-conditioning was very noisy in both rooms, would have been great if reception could provide ear plugs, had an issue with noisy extractor fan above the headboard, after multiple complaints as it was impossible to sleep with the noise the night staff relented and changed the room at 2.30am.

• Tomáš (8/5): Dobrý pomer cena/kvalita. - Postele boli pohodlné, personál bol nápomocný. V blízkosti je Lidl a autobusová zastávka. Pri prvom vstupe do izby bol na umývadle položený špinavý uterák a v skrini použité ponožky po predchádzajúcom ubytovanom.

L’hôtel est très bien desservi : la ligne de métro Elizabeth Line est à 12 minutes à pied et plusieurs lignes de bus se trouvent juste en bas. J’y étais pour visiter Londres pour la première fois et je ne regrette pas mon choix. Je ne trouve aucun point négatif 😊

• Wendy (9/5): Great location and worth the money we paid - We weren't looking forward to this stay but that changed upon arrival. The staff were exceedingly helpful, the room was well appointed and clean. We were facing the Street but the noise was minimal. Would definitely stay again Parking was difficult and had to park a ten minute walk away. However we did unload at the back of the hotel were 20mins was free
• Blazej (10/5): Great hotel with good transport links to central London - This was my second stay at this hotel, which is located in a busy area with plenty of shops and restaurants around, as well as good public transport links to central London. The nearest station (West Ealing) is only 10 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance. At check-in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff who made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was assigned a quiet room (as requested during booking). The room was spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable and bedding/towels, etc. appeared brand new. There was an iron/board in the room, together with a TV and electric kettle to make tea/coffee. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold produce and the coffee (very important!) tasted good. Wi-fi and air-con worked well. I will certainly stay here again when back in London.

• Susanna (9/5): Perfectly comfortable and handy stop over between Heathrow and central London. - Breakfast was nice with a mix of hot foods, breads, fresh fruits, cereals and yogurt on offer - so something for pretty much everyone. Shower hot with good pressure. Plugs handy around the room. Room a comfortable temperature. Mostly pretty quiet through the night. Heard the dustbin men early morning but I was already awake for what ever reason. Located within walking distance from West Ealing train station. Walked past the entrance though when I first arrived. A nice park nearby, Sainsbury’s right behind it. I found the internet extremely slow. Was faster to use my mobile internet (even though that was also slow!). Some of the doors are a tad difficult to get through with luggage (but appreciate they were probably heavy fire doors that need to be kept shut for safety reasons).

Facile pour aller au centre ville de Londres (train, bus, tube). Facile aussi pour en revenir même très tard (bus) et ça permet d’admirer la ville du haut du bus.

• Jaida (8/5): Lovely stay - Booked this hotel last minute for convenience as it was near the airport. The room was spotless, the shower pressure was good and even though I was initially facing the street and worried it would be noisy, that wasn’t the case. The staff were lovely and for the price it really didn’t disappoint at all. The breakfast added in was extra bonus and had decent options. No way to open windows, got quite stuffy.

Great value for money. - Free breakfast, 24/7 reception, bus stop and supermarket right in front of the hotel. Comfortable bed and TV in the room. Great staff. Breakfast could add a bit more variety, but considering its free for all stays, I can’t complain. Also the oven was broken during our stay so bacon and sausages werent available, however the staff replaced it with 2 kinds of ham. Rooms were a bit small, but there was everything you need.

The staff were not aware of that and changed the room directly to us.

• Tata Jami (1/5): Quelle horreur!!!! - Mon séjour a été une catastrophe. J'ai réservé il y a plus d'un mois une chambre double option 2 lits simples (sans annulation possible). C'est seulement après avoir payé que je reçois un mail stipulant que les deux lits simples seront fonction des disponibilités. Je reste confiante malgré tout et arrivées sur place, on me propose un lit double en me disant que ce sont les conditions de réservation. Or, je n'ai eu cette information qu'après avoir payé. Une dame et son fils arrivent juste après nous et eux, on pu avoir une chambre avec lits séparés. Mais quelle injustice!!!!!! Je propose donc qu'on me rembourse et que j'aille chercher un autres hôtel. Devinez quoi? Demande refusée car il s'agit d'une réservation non remboursable et j'ai déjà fait le check in. Mais mais? Une fois de plus, au check in, personne ne m'a dit que seules les chambres avec lit double sont disponibles. Ne parlons même pas des réceptionnistes. Ils ont été formé a répéter en boucle la phrase "ce sont les conditions et aucun chambre avec lits séparés n'est disponible". Ils font pour semblant de chercher une solution en vous faisant poiroter mais la seule chose que vous avez gagné, c'est une perte de temps. Finalement après avoir contacté Booking, ces derniers m'ont proposé de rester la première nuit et de quitter le lendemain et me faire rembourser les 2 nuits restantes. Évidemment que j'ai accepté. Pour info, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qui a remboursé mais bien Booking. Je remercie donc Booking pour la bonne gestion du problème et j'accuse Holiday Inn d'utiliser des méthodes peu éthique comme ne pas donner les informations importantes avant le paiement.

• Kristina (10/5): - Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert, sehr sauber, das Bett super bequem und von der Größe her passend für 2 Leute (habe schon viele Queen Size Betten in Großbritannien erlebt die zu klein für 2 Leute waren). Das Badezimmer war super ausgestattet, v.a. die Dusche war sehr angenehm und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich vielfältig und gut - vor allem die frischen warmen Croissants und das klassische britische Frühstück haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Mitarbeiter haben Frühstücksartikel schnell wieder aufgefüllt die aufgegessen worden waren, daher musste man auch nicht darauf achten früh am Frühstücksbuffet zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten in der Nacht nichts gehört und sehr ruhig geschlafen - ob das daran lag dass wir sehr ruhige Nachbarn hatten weiß ich nicht, aber definitiv auch ein großes Plus. Für mich bisher das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis das ich in einem Londoner Hotel erlebt habe. Ich hoffe das Hotel hält die hohen Standards aufrecht, würde definitiv in Zukunft wieder gern dort übernachten.

• Rivernight (8/5): Неплохой бюджетный вариант - Неплохой вариант бюджетного отеля в отдаленном от центра районе. Есть всё нужное - фен, утюг, чайник. Чисто. Приятный персонал. Мешающих спать звуков тоже не заметила. От метро идти минут 10. В номере не было кондиционера и вроде как не открывалось окно. Зато было огромное, очень тёплое пуховое одеяло, под которым без притока воздуха было жарковато.
