- Daniela (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich Am Anreisetag wollte man mir zusätzlich nochmals das Frühstück berechnen was ich allerdings vorab bereits über booking bezahlt hatte. Die Mitarbeiterin war erst sehr forsch wollte mir nicht glauben, erst als eine Kollegin hinzukam wurde dies nochmals überprüft und ich musste nicht nochmal zahlen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Man kommt um 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstück und es gibt keine Brötchen mehr, der Aufschnitt ist vergriffen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde alles aufgefüllt. Brötchen gab es aber keine mehr. Obwohl das Frühstück bis 10 Uhr möglich ist. Ich musste am Anreisetag erstmal unser WC reinigen, dies war unter der Klobrille mit Urin beschmiert. Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen. Und das in einem höherwertigen Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurden mir 2 zusätzliche Decken aufs Bett gelegt. Trotzdem konnte ich kaum schlafen vor Schmerzen. Man hatte mir angeboten wenn ein Zimmer frei wäre in ein Standardzimmer zu wechseln. Warum haben die Comforzimmer die auch deutlich teurer sind schlechtere Matratzen wie die Standardzimmer? Die Mitarbeiter haben ihr bestes gegeben aber der Besitzer sollte hier Abhilfe schaffen.

- Sonja (7/5): Für eine Nacht ok - Das Zimmer war grosszügig, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück gut. Alles war sauber. Die Lage ist direkt hinter dem Bahnhof, was von der Distanz her zum Zentrum sehr gut ist. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zu den Gleisen. Auch mit geschlossenem Fenster hörte man die Züge gut und vor allem die Gleisansagen versteht man im Zimmer! Und es sind nicht wenige... Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Spiegelkasten-Türli und eine Glühbirne war kaputt.

- Amy (8/5): I'll be back! - The property is adjacent to the Olten Hbf, so it is very convenient when I come to see my local customers. Amazingly, in spite of the fact that the windows overlook the train tracks, there is no noise problems. The breakfast is wonderful! If there was conditioner in the shower, along with the shampoo, the place would be heaven.

Sie haben nicht mal gefragt, ob alles ok war. Das Zimmer war sehr laut. Die Türe hat nicht richtig geschlossen. Beim Frühstück war das halbe Büffet schon leer, obschon es noch 2 Stunden Frühstück gab. Der Frühstückraum war dreckig, Tische wurden neu eingedeckt, ohne dass sie abgewischt wurden.

- Barbara (8/5): Perfekte Location und optimal für meinen Aufenthalt - Die Lage war für mich einfach perfekt, durch den Hinterausgang konnte ich mein Ziel (Agogis Schulungsräume) sogar noch schneller erreichen. Beim Check-In wurde ich extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen Durch die Lage ist der Lärm ein Thema. Mir war zu heiss und so öffnete ich das Fenster, was etwas Lärm verursachte (auf die hintere Seite). Ich hätte aber auch die Klimaanlage einstellen können. Man hört das Rauschen des Wassers in der Wand.

- Zoran (10/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt, alles sehr sauber und ein grosses, komfortables Bad. War alles top nur kleinigkheiten: mein Einzelzimmer keinen Kühlschrank, Föhn nicht verwendbar da deutsche Stecker und verdunkelungsvorhang zu wenig breit um vollständig zu verdunkeln. Zimmer gegen Bahnhof nicht ganz so ruhig.

- peter.6850 (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof Olten. - Der Empfang beim Einchecken war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und gross. Die Lage des Zimmer war von Bahnhof abgewandt und daher angenehm ruhig. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Die Frühstücksleistung war sehr gut. nichts

- Charles (9/5): Olten: Amaris Made it Great - Great quiet room right next to the train station. There are some great bars and restaurants nearby and the people were very friendly. I walked to the old town for a quick bite and then found beers at Galica where people were very friendly. The rain was pretty bad all day so having a hotel next to public transport options was perfect. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. It's an easy place to stay. Bed was not lux but I needed a night to sleep and I was able to get it. So no real complaints.

Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert und schön Designs designt, eher wie eine kleine Wohnung als ein Hotelzimmer, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso wie das gut unterhaltene Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Ein ungesichertes Wlan ist nicht 2026. Sonst war alles bestens!

- Coastal401980 (10/5): Great location, neat place to stay - Location is perfect, right next to the train station, less than 5 min walk. Do ask for room in the back side to avoid noise from the train. Quite clean and staff is friendly. This was my second time staying there, the first time, I had a room facing the train station, and the curtain did not even cover the whole window. Anyway, the advice is to select room facing the back side.
