- Juliet (9/5): Great place to stay- maybe higher floors have a balcony to sit rather than a Juliet style one on the first floor. Train - Right the middle of town. Big room with night windows, fridge and coffee maker. Absolutely spotless. Easy key code access to hotel and room. Make sure to pre book your trains to El Chorro A bit noisy , but ok when closed both sets of windows and shutters- maybe bring eat plugs

- patricia (9/5): Overall, a wonderful village hotel with helpful staff. - Great village hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable size rooms and bathroom equipped with a fridge. Nice closet with built in shelves and hanging rack for clothes. The chair in the room was very worn and stained. Pillows were just ok.

- Marc (8/5): Bonne étape pour une nuit ,très joli petit village mais ça grimpe il faut de bonnes jambes - Liliane a l aceuil à été très gentille elle nous a conseillé les restaurants du village et nous a aidé à trouver une entrée qu il nous manquait pour l entrée du caminito del rey hôtel très propre et bien équipé frigidaire et cafetière nespresso un plus pour un petit hôtel à recommander absolument Malgré la climatisation il faisait froid dans la chambre et dans la sdb Problème de stationnement (il faut se garer à l entrée du village mais on peut tout de même décharger les bagages avant ,dommage qu ils ne servent pas le pdj alors qu ils font bar…..

- Angela (8/5): Super - Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen.. ik had een kamer met uitzicht over het dorp en de bergen.. en ik had een zalig bed wel het allerbelangrijkste Jammer dat er geen ontbijt inbegrepen was.. en ik maar een cupje koffie had voor de dolce gusto. Ja en de douche blijft niet hangen, maar wat ik nu allemaal opnoem is geneuzel om niks😂

- Graham (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay in Don Pero and would definitely book in with them when in Álora next. - There was no breakfast or any food at all the reception had no English but we managed we did not find a lounge to rest in but the location was perfect A member of staff asking if we were ok would have helped we did come across a member of staff or owner who had some English who was able to answer our questions but not when we were booking in.

- Eva Maria (1/5): - NADA La habitación no tenía vistas, no funcionaba la Televisión, las toallas viejas y grises, las sábanas....sin planchas o sin limpiar...la cama ruidosa y olía todo a humedad, salí con ataque de asma y sin dormir porque a las cuatro de la mañana no paraban de entrar y salir otros huéspedes que discutieron y dieron portazos durante más de media hora, no tienen recepción ninadie que ponga orden a aquello,no lo recomiendo
- Sergio (9/5): Repetiría con la ducha mas limpia. - Todo estaba muy bien excepto la ducha, los azulejos con algo de moho y una vez dentro para ducharte y cerrabas la mampara estaba totalmente llena de moho y negra eso fue lo peor que vi en la habitación, a esa mampara le hace falta muuuuucha limpieza, la alcachofa para ducharte no tira bien el agua y está algo rota y la cisterna del bater muy muy dura, por lo demás todo bien. La ducha 🤢

- Ramon (10/5): Hotel perfecto para visitar Álora - Llevamos una niña de tres años que no estaba dentro de la estancia, la niña quiso quedarse porque somos sus abuelos y no nos aumentaron el precio. La comodidad de la cama y de la almohada. No necesitas llave para el acceso. Estaba muy limpio. La ubicación perfecta para comercios, bares, etc Francis y la compañera de recepción son muy amables. Dificultad para aparcar por estar en zona centro donde la calle es típica árabe y estrecha. Pero no muy lejos se puede aparcar.

- Graham (10/5): Two weeks in Alora - Room 501 top floor. Fantastic view from front terrace and very acceptable view from room terrace. Weather unusually warm. Excellent. Bar downstairs with tables and chairs outside and in adjoining restaurant style seating area. The waitress Lily was fantastic. She could not do enough for us. Earwigs. Non slow close toilet seat. Banging door when windy and lift motor noise.
- Richard (9/5): Good value, comfortable bedroom in the middle of the town. - Comfortable beds. Fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. Good shower. There were no staff in the premises, so at first we did not understand how we could stay at the hotel. However, while at the door in the street, I made a reservation on Booking.com, and soon after we were sent a key-code to enable access to the hotel. Once we entered, everything was okay. The room’s electric lighting was not good at night, although during the day the windows were large enough to make the room brighter.
