- Marco Valerio (8/5): Ringrazio ancora quel ragazzo di cui non ricordo il nome per averci comunque sistemato al meglio - Pulizia posizione e disponibilità dello staff Direi che il caso ha voluto che era giorno festivo e si è rotto l’ascensore Fortunatamente lo staff ci ha messo a disposizione una camera al primo piano oltre la prenotata che era al 4 piano così che mi moglie che ha problemi di mobilità ha potuto raggiungere la stanza al 1 piano il tutto senza costi aggiuntivi

- Elaine (8/5): - The hotel is very central and easy to get to. Manuel does a great job and is very helpful. It's basic but clean & very secure.

La hora de salida es a las 12:00 y desde las 10:30–11:00 ya estaban llamando a la puerta de forma insistente, una y otra vez, sin respetar en absoluto la intimidad ni el descanso. Literalmente no te dejan tranquilo en tu propia habitación. Es muy desagradable sentir que te están echando antes de tiempo cuando has pagado hasta una hora concreta. Entiendo que tengan que limpiar, pero esto es una falta de profesionalidad y de respeto total hacia el cliente. La presión fue constante hasta el punto de hacer la estancia incómoda en sus últimas horas. Desde luego, no volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

- Rafael (2/5): Como dormir en la calle. - La habitación no tiene cafetera/tetera como indica la publicidad, el mando de la tv no funcionaba, la ventana no cierra y pasamos mucho frio porque el aire acondicionaba estaba topado a 20º y hacia mucho ruido y a las 18h. no hay nadie en el hotel para que te pueda solucionar el problema que tenia la habitación. No pudimos dormir por el frio que pasamos y el ruido.

- Marjet (8/5): Zeer tevreden. - Hotel La Mareno is bijzonder schoon. Ook zeer gastvrij voor klanten met een hond. Interieur is weliswaar wat gedateerd maar in goede conditie, goede bedden, airconditioning… Kortom van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Personeel zeer hulpvaardig. Op de website staat dat je er tegen betaling kan ontbijten en eventueel andere maaltijden kan gebruiken. Die mogelijkheden zijn er niet (meer). Gelukkig zijn er in de buurt voldoende horecagelegenheden waar je wel kan eten en drinken.

- Michelle (8/5): Short break in Fuengirola - The owner was incredibly polite & helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. The venue is ideal for short walks to the front or restaurants. The booking.com advert says coffee and tea making facilities. This was not available in the room. Also the cafe attached to the hotel was closed. It would have been great if this had been open as the pictures of it on Instagram look beautiful.

- Bernard (1/5): Bad - The room was down as a Deluxe room The bath water was just warm. No soundproofing, The noise from anyone taking a shower was very loud someone had a TV on till 3am approx. The bed was narrow and short, I'm 1.98m so my legs were out of the bed. There was no duvet, just a sheet and two blankets which had seen better days. In all our years of booking.com this is the only time we have complained to this level

There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. The blind (persienne) did not work. The former cafe was under renovation and there was quite a lot of noise from time to time. The entrance and reception area of the hotel are a little scary. Beds and bed linen are poor.

- Marcel (8/5): Cool place if you want to be in the center and close to the beach - in the center of Fuengirola, very close to the beach, very good if you don't have a car, everything is around the hotel, fantastic restaurants, bars that it saying on booking platform that parking is available but it cost extra quite a lot and the discount available from the hotel is not really useable as a tourist doesn't know the license plate to register on an special app which also hard to read. Clearly it should say how much car parking costs, I was looking for a hotel with free parking, then I was searching for 30 minutes for a parking place before going into underground parking for which I paid 20 euro for 14 hours
- Aarron (10/5): A perfect couples retreat in Fuengirola which we will certainly repeat. - The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of thing to choose from. The staff were very friendly, helpfull, and quick to fix any issues that we had. The central location was perfectly close to everything you would want to do in Fuengirola and the beds were very comfortable. We were unfortunately woken up very early due to loud construction works outside our window, but this wasn't any fault of the Hotel.
