Place looks tired and dated. - Location Shower door broken, TV remote batteries flat, no surfaces to unpack onto, no surface to place suitcase on, to ease unpacking, cluttered room, patio area not cleaned for some time with rubbish visible. Rooms have no privacy as you share your neighbor’s patio.

- Maria (8/5): Bonito, limpio, delicioso y vistas muy lindas - El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, contratamos un paquete en el spa con masaje para 2 y una cena romántica, honestamente muy buena experiencia, sobre todo la cena, estaba deliciosa, incluyeron una botella de vino espumoso y decoraron el lugar con velas y pétalos. Las chicas que nos dieron el masaje no se presentaron y lo sentí un poco más invasivo de lo normal, deben ser más precavidas con la exposición del cuerpo de los clientes, el staff rota en los diferentes roles, lo que podría llevar a que no se especializan en una tarea.

Loved how it looks especially the bathroom side where you are able to see the balcony side while taking a bath. The food was great aswell, they are too generous The fact that they did not provide any guest gowns in the rooms, it was a turn off for me especially because the room is a premium suite and also there was no microwave.

- Zuma (8/5): Lovely weekend. - Very spacious and central. Great value for money. The TV setup. We don’t mind using our login details for streaming apps but the TV its self should be setup. We were required Samsung account sign ins mind you I’m an iPhone user. The blanket in our room was dirty and I had to request a clean one. The hand soap container was empty so I had to request hand soap. A thorough check before guests arrive should be mandatory with a checklist.

An einem Abend gab es eine Party am Hotelpool die leider ziemlich laut ausfiel und auch bis spät in die Nacht ging - da war an schlafen leider nicht zu denken.

Staff were helpful when we asked for something. The view at breakfast was overlooking the dam. My kids loved the pool. We were able to watch as they have deck chairs and an umbrella. Loved everything, I just wished I had booked for a longer stay.
