• Cristina (4/5): Super Lage, Preis-Leistung jedoch stimmt nicht. - Wir waren im Nebenhaus, mitten in der Fussgängerzone - top! Einzig die frühen Morgenstunden waren laut, wenn die Putzwagen kamen und lautstark Glas entsorgt wurde. Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt, bei Ankunft waren noch Haarbüschel von den Vorgängern in der Dusche! Eklig! Die mussten wir nach 2 Tagen selber beseitigen… Das Frühstücksbuffet war für italienische Verhältnisse ok, dennoch hätte ich mich nebst Kuchen und andere Süssspeisen über mehr Brot sehr gefreut.

• Natalie (10/5): Charming and central location - Perfect location, right in the center of everything. Local restaurants and shops surrounding were lovely as well. Easy to get in and out of the building and room with keycard. Building was very charming. The side tables were quite small, my things kept falling off. The sink was a rectangle shape which was a little difficult to wash your face in. The toilet was too close to the wall ,had to keep the toilet paper on the bidet instead of on the wall holder otherwise it was uncomfortable.

• Naciye Burcu (10/5): Good location, great breakfast but dusty - Great location and great staff and great breakfast. The room was so dusty. There is dust everywhere, even next to the bed on the table and it is flying everywhere.
• Necilene (8/5): Ótima! - O local onde fiquei é um anexo do hotel, muito bem localizado, 1 minuto da Piazza Navona, com vários restaurantes em torno e fácil para andar a pé. O quarto é bem limpo, as cortinas blackout funcionam, o chuveiro é bom. Bem em frente há dois restaurantes que servem ótimos café da manhã. Alguns andares tem dois lances de escada, não é um problema, mas é bom estar ciente se houver limitação.

• Vanessa (8/5): This is a fantastic hotel location for exploring the city with friendly staff and a great breakfast. - The location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness and breakfast at the Navona Theatre hotel were all excellent. The location is fantastic as everywhere is walkable, there is a fantastic piazza minutes away and lots of local quality eateries. Marco and his team couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was varied, healthy and tasty and our room was kept clean and tidy. The shower was great - lovely and hot and roomy. Unfortunately our room on the ground floor was adjacent to a tiny courtyard with no view and very little natural light. There was a range of internal lights so that was helpful. I also found the bed to be extremely firm which is not my preference.

Personal muy muy cálido y servicial, habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Hotel pequeño de 11 habitaciones en un solo piso. Debería aclararse que la recepción no funciona de 22 hs a 7.30. El desayuno es correcto, pero sería bueno tener más variedad.

• Stephen (10/5): - Location was perfect to see the sites of Rome, centrally located. Staff was amazingly helpful, from restaurant recommendations to coordinating transportation. Buffet breakfast was a perfect mix of American and European styles. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely book again for my next visit to Rome.

• Sandrine (8/5): Emplacement idéal et séjour globalement confortable. - L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre historique, ce qui permet de visiter Rome à pied. Le personnel de la réception a été arrangeant : nous avons pu laisser nos valises après le check-out afin de profiter de la journée avant notre vol. Les lits sont également confortables. L’insonorisation est insuffisante. On entend clairement les conversations des chambres voisines ainsi que les douches et WC.

• Emanuele (1/5): La struttura non ha la minima cura del cliente per questo la reputo di pessima qualità - Nulla Il fatto di ignorare le richieste del cliente nella ricerca di plausibili soluzioni. Per loro gestire un hotel è come gestire un supermercato. Il mio consiglio è di evitare questa struttura ed affidarsi ad altri operatori che hanno più a cuore la soddisfazione del proprio cliente.

Ce serait une chouette idée … 💡 Sinon j’ai tout aimé 🥰

• anne (10/5): Keskeisellä sijainnilla oleva hotelli. Aivan ihana ja hauska henkilökunta. - Majoituksemme sijaitsi päärakennuksessa, sänky oli erinomaisen hyvä nukkua. Suihkussa hyvä vedenpaine, aamiainen riittävän hyvä. Saimme huoneen jo kaksi tuntia ennen siisäänkirjausaikaa. Ja uloskirjauksen jälkeen matkalaukut saimme jättää useaksi tunniksi hotelliin. Keskeinen paikka, lyhyt matka kävellä esim Trastevereen. Hotellin lähellä paljon hyviä ravintoloita ja nähtävyyksiä. Tulipalon sattuessa huoneista ei ole mahdollisuutta poistua kuin hotellin käytävää pitkin, koska ikkunasta poistumisreitti ei ole mahdollista paksujen kaltereiden vuoksi. Nämä tuli olla avattavat!

• Reut (3/5): במחיר הזה בטוחה שיש מלונות עם תמורה טובה נותר - המיקום מעולה. בקבלה השירות לא כל כך נעים. ביקשו כרטיס אשראי לביטחון במידה וניקח משהו מהמיני בר- בשום מלון אחר לא ביקשו את זה מאיתנו וזה יצר תחושה לא נעימה כאילו חושבים שנעלם מבלי לשלם. החדר היה מסריח ממש מפיפי. לא היה כל כך נקי, הריצפה הייתה דביקה. כל מסדרונות המלון והדלתות צבועים בשחור ויש תחושה ממש לא נעימה.

• MBODOIRA (4/5): Para el olvido - Lo unico rescatable es la ubicación como otros cientos de hoteles de Roma. Por lo tanto no es nada destacable. Detallo: Personal: Muy mal predispuesto y malhumorado. Sobre todo el señor que atiende el desayuno. Servicio: Pesimoooo!!!!. No anduvo el wifi en toda la estadia. Cortaron el agua una mañana sin previo aviso lo que me encontro en medio de una ducha sin poder enjuagarme. No entregan mas de una tarjeta llave por habitacion (teniamos una hab familiar para 4). Luego de reclamar nos dieron otra pero nos pidieron " no digan nada para que no se entere el gerente". Desayuno: Basico y de regular calidad. Pan de supermercado, jugo de caja, fiambres de dudosa calidad y lo peor es que ponian muy poca cantidad y no reponen. El café hay que pedirselo al mozo que de muy mal modo contesta que hay que esperar porque esta lavando los platos. UNA VERGUENZA!!!!. Y lo mas grave que es que a la hora que finaliza el desayuno levantan todo aunque haya gente todavia desayunando, es decir te hechan. CONCLUSION: Un hotel para el olvido.
