• Weaam (7/5): Good - The gentleman at the reception is brilliant, very hospitable, very polite, and professional The breakfast area and breakfast was nice The area is quiet and there is many parking spots around it The room needs a maintenance refresh, and a detailed cleaning -The bathroom door doesn't close -The bed squeaked with every movement - My wife needed to wrestle the curtains to close it - Broken tiles, cracks, and chipped paint around the bathroom The room is also on the smaller side, there was no place for our two luggage so I had to open one behind the door and one over the fridge
• Melis (9/5): Great value for money, great location - The hotel is in prime location, very close to Ilica Beach and there are also frequent busses leaving right in front of the bus to Alacati and Cesme, day and night. The hotel is comfortable and designed in a cute way, the air conditioner works well, and the daily cleaning of the room and the toilet & fresh towels were amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great.

• Nataliya (7/5): I advise this hotel for young people, you can have breakfast till 11, and do not sleep at nights as there is fun outside - Cosy, authentic small hotel, very friendly, helpful and supporting staff, breakfast was served carefully, tasty menemen. water, coffee, tea was made for us any time of the day. Guys speak English very well, always helped, also to carry luggage to the 2nd floor. Old furniture and bathroom equipment, not a single shelf, and no gas electricity generator , there are issues with electricity in the town, we faced them twice. No kettle and cups in the room, I brought in cups from the kitchen, but the cleaning person always took everything away every day. The building is in the noisy street, and the windows and walls are thin. Regarding breakfast I would like to have something else from time to time, not only eggs (with cheese and vegetables ) , there are lots of Turkish snacks and food which are very tasty

Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı kalan misafirlerin gece geç saatlerde koridorlarda yaptıkları gürültü oldu.

• Úrsula (1/5): Bad experience with our room - Breakfast was nice and the location is good, close to the beach I didn’t like this place at all. We paid for a “deluxe room” and it was disgusting. Everything was falling apart, there was not hot water for getting a shower, the bathroom sink and the toilet was falling apart and the bathroom door was not closing properly. The shower had mold an was very dirty. We told the people in the property to fix it and they didn’t do anything. We really don’t recommend this place at all. We wish we can have our money back

• Nina (8/5): It is a nice cozy place to stay for a couple of nights. - We really liked the location, the stuff and our room. It is 5 min to Ilıca beach but it’s not a touristic zone which is good! It is basically surrounded with nice private villas. It was big enough with a nice balcony with amazing sunset view. The Provence design was also cute. There’s no sound isolation in the room: you can hear everything, the street noise, your neighbors. There was no proper blanket, just a really thick sheet. The breakfast was not rich. There are paid options like eggs, omelette, etc. With additional paid options it was nice.

• David (10/5): A place to feel well. - Very cute family hotel. Perfect for families or couples. Amazing personal and the breakfast was also good. It is not a big chain hotel, but a vey beautiful and cute place to relax. The hotel is very nice, I as a owner just would fix some little things in the rooms. Like improve the shower that not so much water goes out.

• Angelina (8/5): - wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht. 2 waren ziemlich sauber das andere war leider sehr eklig (mit vielen flecken auf möbeln und auf dem Teppich). Haben aber freundlicherweise ein neues zimmer bekommen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die Lage war ruhig und alles war schnell zu erreichen. Das frühstück war auch gut. Im großen und ganzen kann ich das Otel weiterempfehlen und würde selber nochmal buchen.

Carpets stained, cupboards sagging, towels old and no chairs. Not like showing in pictures. Room was clean though and bed comfortable. Place needs update.

Very kind and attentive staff, and a home-made breakfast which was great! Some of the rooms feel dated—things might be broken/worn. Also the towels seemed old and worn.

It has a superb garden with beautiful vegetation, from bushes and flowers to banana trees. The breakfast is nothing less than opulent, with some 10 small plates full of mezes. The room was relatively small (but truth be said, there was a balcony) and lacked a water boiler. No toiletries in the bathroom or slippers. All this I wouldn't mention normally but would be required stuff in a room at the paid price. But I was told that this is Cesme, the most expensive resort on the Turkish coast ...

• Pinar (10/5): Fabulous - Absolutely loved Palas Ilıca! Initially booked 3 nights but it surely felt like home so we extended our stay to 6 nights. • Ümmühan (8/5): - Kaldığımız oda o kadar küçüktü ki balkona geçebilmek için yatakla duvar arasındaki 20 cm lik boşluktan duvara ve yatağa sürtünerek geçiyorsunuz. Ama sırf banyo ve tuvaletinin temizliği için bile güvenle kalınabilir. Bembeyaz ve pırıl pırıl bir banyo ile karşılaştık. Temizlik konusunda tam puan. Yalnız oda zeminindeki halı flex yerine başka bir çözüm bulmaları gerekiyor. O halılar ne kadar temizlensede bakteri üretmeye çok müsait ve hijyenik değil. Kahvaltıları normal kalitedeydi. Genel olarak odanın ve otelin fiyatı ödediğimiz ücretin çok çok altında olmalıydı ama pandemi ve bayram tatilini fırsat bilen tüm işletmeler fiyatlarını şişirdiler. Sırf banyosunun fotoğraflarını gördükten sonra en azından temiz diyerek 1 gece konakladık. Kısa konaklamalar için ideal ama uzun süreler için o fiyatları asla karşılamıyor.

• Neriman (8/5): Near-perfect - Palas Ilica is a lovely hotel not so far from the center. The hotel is very close to perhaps the most popular public beach in Cesme, Ilica. The rooms are well-equipped and ours came with a huge balcony. They serve a generous breakfast in the morning and you can enjoy sitting in the garden afterwards. The only problems we experienced are poor Wi-Fi connection and no sound insulation in our room.
