• Fabiana (8/5): A view without maintenance and aesthetics - The view of the large balcony is spectacular..The size of the flat is large, a mattress of good quality and great shower pressure. A small complete kitchen. The flat seems uncared for in its structure, it not only feels old as it has cracks on tiles in the bathroom and ceiling of the balcony. It does look like it has not received any upgrades, with floors and table from more than decades old..There was no couch in the living area. The front door feels fragile. It's a shame because the view and location is truly special.

• Gerald (10/5): We enjopyed ourself, and had a wonderful time. We both wish we could spend more time there. - The staff was kind. I do not speak Portuguese well. But my wife does. But they were kind and patient with me on my Portuguese. I wish there were more cookware and utensils.

• José Mairton (10/5): Ótima. - Muito bom. Bem localizado, vista muito boa para o mar, muito receptivo, desde o check in até o cheche on. Não dei excelência na faxina pois não trocaram as toalhas, o wi-fi praticamente não existe, não conseguir utilizar, conecta mas não dá para utilizar. A academia poderia ser grátis.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Na foto é uma coisa, pessoalmente outra . Não tem ar na sala, a cama de casal não é o tamanho que informa o site. Não tem tv no quarto. As toalhas velhas, sem contar que comunicação com o responsável e horrível , pra trocar as toalhas de 3 em 3 dias.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Uma estadia aceitável - Local bonito e em ótima localização. Vista da varanda espetacular. Todavia, a limpeza deixou a desejar, ainda que haja a visita da camareira diariamente itens de cozinha são gastos e sujos. A comunicação com o anfitrião é fácil e rápida mas diante de um problema no sinal da TV a solução sugerida nunca veio. No geral, um ótimo local, bem localizado, com espaço de sobra para 2 pessoas, mas com deficiências pontuais.

• Heliton (6/5): Abaixo do esperado. - Vista muito boa, mas não compensa. A estrutura precisa de reparos. A porta que dá saída para varanda não fechava o que nos deixou apreensivos por conta das crianças. Essa mesma porta tinha um vão que de madrugada fazia um barulho macabro. Não tem piscina para criança. Não tem reposição de toalhas e lençóis.

Descobri que a reserva que fiz no Hotéis .com não era para o hotel e sim particular. Alguns serviços não se aplicavam ao meu apto. Me senti enganado pela Hotéis .com....não ficou claro quando de minha reserva.

• Artur (6/5): Estadia OK - Quando chegamos o flat estava uma zona, mas depois que reclamamos a limpeza foi providenciada. O ar condicionado só atende o quarto, nos demais lugares (sala, cozinha e banheiro) o calor fica quase insuportável. A localização é ok, perto da mercado dos peixes e da feirinha. Tem supermercado pão de açucar próximo.

• MIMI (6/5): Amazing view, outdated hotel. - I spent two nights; it was a bit uncomfortable because the bed was old, but it was nice they had a kitchen. The view was amazing and worth the price or any other trouble. The location is great and safe from what I saw. I would go back, but would like another room if possible. They are renewing the bundling so I hope they update the rooms also. Hotel staff not very "smiley".
