Guest Reviews
- Joe (10/5): Quick Stay - Was very clean and accommodating. Nothing actually, but if I was to change one thing I left at 4:30 a.m. snacks at the breakfast bar would have been nice. I do realize the kitchen isn't 24/7. I did fill my coffee cup and hit the road.

- Karen (10/5): Great place to stay - Everything
- Deanna (6/5): - Location
Staff was very prompt and friendly Walls are very thin. The couple in the next room were up most of the night just talking. They were not being loud at all. It kept us up. We got very little sleep.
- Izzo (7/5): -
- Pam (7/5): Nice overall - Clean room. Friendly desk clerk No elevator for 2nd floor. Hard to get suitcase up the stairs. Bed was a little too firm.
- Deanna (8/5): -
- Lisa (7/5): It did the job. Thank you -
- Charles (10/5): -
- Michael (5/5): it was a lower/ decent hotel, ok for a one night stay - price was decent, bed was comfy and clean walls had stains from water, leaking water in ceiling and near bathroom, old rooms and doors, needs to be updated badly!
- Joseph (9/5): -
- Andrea (7/5): -
- Jennings (7/5): As good as expected at an Economy inn except for cleaning service - room service cleaning, etc. was not as expected. Mostly ignored and did as little as possible

- josh (10/5): - it was hreat
- Joy (10/5): - Friendly and offered to open the pool earlier if we wanted. Fast check in and checkout. Nice riverwalk across the street from the hotel
- STEVEN (10/5): Fishing - Quick check-in, clean and comfortable room. Refrigerator and freezer were great!!
- Kevin (2/5): - The rooms were clean but the front desk help was extremely rude and not helpful. I would never stay again due to the extreme rudeness😢
- Steven (1/5): - Absolutely nothing The shower did not work the water would not drain from the tub. The bathroom light did not work and I tripped in the dark and hit my head on the toilet. The beds were hard and the cover sheet on one of the beds stunk and was dirty. I want my money back please I will never ever stay there again.
- Sharon (6/5): - The hotel itself isn’t in a very convenient area - no shopping or great dining options nearby. Parking is great - lots of spaces. When we walked in, we had to ring a bell for the front desk clerk. He seemed very rushed when he came to the desk and not very friendly. He quickly went over the breakfast area and time for breakfast and rushed us through the check in process. The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was really roomy and had plenty of clean towels. We found out it was because we were assigned a handicapped accessible room. Bed was comfy with extra pillows. The pool and pool area looked nice, although we didn’t use it. Just an average hotel, but this area of Oconto didn’t have a lot of hotel options. Be aware, there is a train that runs pretty close behind the hotel. Fingers crossed this isn’t annoying tonight.
- Gabriel (10/5): -
- Linda (6/5): Older motel - The motel is dated—big heavy furniture, dark. Pool area is worn with raggedy towels and a hot tub that isn’t very powerful. BUT our room was clean and the bed comfortable.
- Douglas (6/5): - Property is dated. Beds were very high and hard.
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Kathy (10/5): - Very clean and updated.
- Stacy (10/5): - Staff was very nice and accommodating.
- Katie (10/5): - It was a great location for the area! Easy access to restaurants.
- Shan (10/5): - The room was amazing. The pool and hot tub fantastic and the staff was great. A little dated but has that small town feel.
- ashish (9/5): - Everything is top notch The mattresses arent comfortable!!
- Neringa (8/5): -
- Arfi (9/5): It was fine - Did not eat breakfast Toilet paper holder was broken it was gine
- Summer (6/5): - It was okay for a stop over just to sleep.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Great beds and very clean. Much of the facility looks very new. Situated the clean linens and room amenities at a fair price. Nice pool.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the refrigerator was dripping water
- Kim (10/5): - Worked out for my intended visit. Staff was pleasant and accommodating
- Nancy (8/5): - A very good price especially compared to others in the area
- Melody (5/5): -
- Lon (6/5): -
- Gabriel (10/5): -
- Walter (7/5): Good -
- Lesley (8/5): - I was with a party of 5 adults and 2 children. 2 adults were elderly, handicapped. What is the purpose of putting beds in the rooms that even an average person can hardly get into bed, let alone the elderly and handicapped. I requested handicapped assemble, wheelchair just fit but you couldn't move it, but forward and backwards.
- Gina (9/5): Superb - Beds were conformable. Breakfast was the same as so many hotels.
- Sherrie (10/5): Exceptional -
- LISA (10/5): Very comfortable - This was a very comfortable room and close to dining!
- Amie (7/5): Good -
- Sandra (8/5): Nice motel to spend a rainy night in - Swimming pool, nearest to road, comfortable
- Cindy (8/5): Very good -
- Ronald (7/5): Had trouble with getting into our room. The key card lock on our door needs to be replaced. - Close to my sister, which is why we were there. Breakfast was okay, but small. Beds were high! Never made our beds and last day didn't come in to empty trash or give clean towels.
- William (10/5): - Everything was fine.
- Douglas (8/5): - Clean room, nicely firm but comfortable beds (I slept like a rock!) Well maintained, bathroom nicely remodeled. Pool area was clean and well kept (could use some loungers and maybe not have towels on every table so the tables could be used.) One downside was waking into the lobby to the STRONG smell of curry. It seemed to be better the next morning, but was overpowering in the evening. Need some exhaust fans, filters, air fresheners for when cooking is going on. The exterior door locks and door to the pool do need to be fixed...you didn't need to use your room keycard to unlock them. Overall a very pleasant stay.
- Keith (7/5): Good -
- Paul (9/5): Excellent stay. - Nice, clean, friendly staff, nice pool.
- David (4/5): - The workers up front were sleeping when I went to check out. I felt like an inconvenience.
- Paul (8/5): - Nice hotel in a nice small town.
- Evan (10/5): Exceptional - Parking is great. Traveled with a boat and this made things way easier. Key card kept acting up. We had to go to the desk a few times to get t fixed.
- Scott (10/5): - Great location and staff
- V (8/5): Very good -
- Risnes (4/5): Served a purpose but won’t stay again. - The location is nice. Except for the funeral home and crematorium right behind. Really in need of major updating!! The shower head was seriously plugged.
- Deanna (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient Towels had thin wear spots and brown stains.
Bathroom needs updating. Bed creaked every time you moved.
- Amanda (2/5): - This hotel had many homeless people staying in rooms near us. While we believe it's a nice service during cold weather, these people were banging on the wall, yelling and slamming doors all night. When we complained, it just got worse. We were afraid to sleep.
- Deanna (7/5): Good - Very noisy. Could hear the conversation of the people a couple of rooms down the hall.
- Tiffany (10/5): - It was very quite and the pool was awsome
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Fair price, good water pressure, quiet. Dated, very firm bed, smaller shower towels
- Laurel (10/5): - A group of people stayed at this hotel for a seminar in Lena, WI. The rooms were clean & front desk was friendly & helpful. Definitely would stay again.
- Donny (6/5): - It’s like a scam the vending machines don’t work so you have to buy from the front desk but the front desk only takes cash and most people don’t carry cash on them so they send you to the ATM they have and it changes you $3 to take cash out to give them cash to buy product from them .
So $3 ATM fee to them
Then $ for a few drinks because they don’t take credit cards and if your bank charges you a non bank ATM fees so $6 in fees and $7 for drinks because they only take cash
So bring cash just incase you need something to drink
- Richard (6/5): - I work in oconto and live a half hour away I didn't want to drive in the snow storm so I stayed my room was nice and clean the breakfast was good but the area was messy and dirty
- Monique (6/5): - Definitely haunted in the pool area
- Christina (7/5): Good -
- Abbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (8/5): Very good -
- Casey (5/5): Its Oconto... - It's a small hotel in Oconto Wi, the furniture and beds are out of date. If you don't want to drive from Green Bay or Marinette its your only option. I have family there, so I deal with it. Bedding needs some work as a whole, 3 queen pillows on a king bed makes no sense. Bed has a hole in one side. Blankets are paper thin, winter is a "thing in NE Wisconsin" around December.
Very consistent, I've had the same room multiple times over 5 or 6 years - nothing changes!
- Laura (6/5): - Needed some upgrades - USB ports, a little extra cleaning, full vending machines.
- Nevaeh (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (9/5): Just a quick overnight before going to the Greenbay airport - N/A /A
- Roxanne (8/5): Very good -
- Carmelo (2/5): - Had booked 2 nights to stay but left after 1 night. Kids running around all night long. Being loud. Did not get any sleep. The beds are rock hard as well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): I've stayed at better and at worse. - Hotel was fairly clean except for there was mold on the table cloths in the pool area, pool could have been cleaner, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, no smoking facility but drunk people were drinking and vaping in the pool area. Staff was always away from front desk, but was around and available if something was needed
- Deanna (7/5): Good - Very clean and friendly staff. Beds and pillows were very hard. We did not sleep well at all.
Also when we checked in the front desk said the Continental breakfast would be available from 5:30 am-9 am. It was not available until 7:30 am when we were checking out.
- Tingting (9/5): Superb -
- Gregory (10/5): Exceptional - Location, price, staff, clean were all excellent. Everything was great!
- Jo (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean Small bathroom
- Kim (8/5): - Nice, clean hotel. Could use a few upgrades. I had a room close to the pool. There was a strong chlorine smell in my room.
- BILLIEJO (10/5): - The whole town of Onconto was the nicest and friendliest. I will definitely stay again.
- Matt (10/5): - A little old
- Mark J. (6/5): - To noisy
- Marlene (10/5): - Very clean renovated hotel. Loved the shower and fixtures, but the water is hard. Also, we stayed on first floor, and people above us were walking around very loudly almost stomping. Otherwise, nice hotel.
- Parker (10/5): Exceptional - the location was great and rooms were very clean.
- Parker (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeremy (8/5): - It was just a two night stay for a no-reason getaway. We were looking forward to a pool, hot tub and Hallmark- which we had all three at this place! Also, had breakfast…. Not a full blown Buffett- but enough that we didn’t need to leave the premises each morning. A bit noisy (but aren’t most hotels that house many families?), and the floor on the first floor seemed like they put carpet right over the dirt…. It was humorous to us (but not sure it would be funny if we had a wheelchair user in the family). Beds were pretty comfortable, no evidence of bugs or bedbugs.
- Hayden (10/5): - Location was great
- Frank (10/5): - close to boat ramp on green bay for fishing
- Susan (6/5): No frills hotel - The hotel was fine. Small room - kind of cramped. Breakfast was minimal. Room was clean. Nothing that was exceptional, but no major complaints either.
