• Nina (7/5): - Mycket trevlig personal. Inte så många gäster när vi var där. God frukost, men ett litet urval. Rummet var rent och rymligt och hade ett litet fönster med nät så vi kunde få frisk luft. Fick intryck av att detta var ett vandrarhem och inte ett hotell. Rummet var inte lika fint som intrycket av bilderna, kuddarna var små. Badrummet var lite trångt och slitet. De heltäckande mattorna i korridorerna likaså. TV-utbudet var tråkigt med bara några få finsktalande kanaler och ingen möjlighet för att ändra språket i undertexterna.
• Univerzita Hradec (4/5): - Communication with the accommodation provider is very complicated. I have repeatedly requested an invoice, as this was a business trip and we require it. However, the provider has not responded to our requests to issue the invoice.
• Eino (6/5): Pettymys - Siistit huoneet, helppo löytää ja pysäköidä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen ei vastannut odotuksia lainkaan, vaan meille tarjottiin "omatoimiaamupala". Luvattiin sentäs täytetyt sämpylät ja illalla löysimmekin keittiön ja niitä näytti olevan runsaasti aamua varten. Aamulla kaikki sämpylät olivat kuitenkin kadonneet ja jatkoimme nälkäisinä matkaa.
• Asiye (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle und somit kann man zum Flughafen oder Levi aber auch nachb Rowaniemi fahren. Es liegt an der Straße aber ist trotzdem ruhig. Man kann in kittilä vom Hotel aus viel in die Natur laufen.

• Sophie (5/5): Für das Angebot überteuert! Wir würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Schade! - Das Zimmer war korrekt und sauber. Die Dusche war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Wasser lief ins Bad unter der Fassung der Duschtüren. Wir mussten uns das Frühstück selbst in einer Teeküche richten, mit belegten Brötchen, von denen wir nicht wussten, wie alt sie sind 🙈 den Kaffee kochen und vorab die Maschine vom Vortag ausspülen, kein Brot war sonst dabei, das Geschirr war alles aus Pappe oder Plastik.

Käytävillä haisi tunkkaiselle. Huoneeseen saavuttua, haju voimistui. Räppänän oli pakko pitää auki koko majoittumisen ajan, neljä päivää, jotta ilma vaihtui ja huoneessa pystyi olla. Huone oli likainen. Suihku erittäin likainen ja suihkukoppi hajoaa kasaan. Sängyt huonot. Aamupala oli suppea.

Basic hotel with friendly atmosphere For anyone basing themselves here, it's not too far from Levvi but keep in mind the additional costs of a round trip to Levvi, about 70 euros in a taxi, would be a bit cheaper with an uber which are available. There is a pizza shop and supermarket all within walking distance of hotel

• Tero (10/5): Huippupaikka! Place to be just before and after Levi🥰 - Ensinnäkin keittiöön terveiset! Hyvä ja täysin riittävä aamupala ja sitten tullaan Inarissa oppinsa saaneen kokin taidon näytteeseen eli varsinaiseen ”menu” listaan.. koko lista kokin tekemänä.. pastat 10/10..poronkäristys ja burger paahdetuilla perunoilla myös 10/10! Saunan lämmityksessä kuunneltiin asiakkaiden toiveita ja huippuhomma oli että Eskelisen Lapin liikenne vie pihasta Leville ja tuo takaisin hotellin pihaan! Mahtava paikka ja hieno ruoka sekä hyvä henkilökunta! Siisteys 5/5 ja HEI oma minikeittiö kerroksessa jos vetää budjettireissua tai lasten kanssa! Ainoa asia tämän uudelleen avatun hotellin kannalta mitä toivoisin että loihtisivat kunnon mainoskampanjan menusta ym Kittilän tien varteen, someen ym ym koska porukka ajaa muuten ohi uskomattoman hyvän paikan ja ruoan!!!

Auf unserer Etage gab es eine kleine ,,Küche“ wo ein Wasserkocher und zwei große Kühlschränke standen, super um etwas zwischenzulagern. Das Restaurant hatte Abends geöffnet und es war mega lecker. Es ist nur zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko war, das wir keinen Föhn auf dem Zimmer hatten, aber ich habe sowieso immer einen Reiseföhn dabei, von daher war es nicht allzu schlimm.

• Erich (4/5): - Very poor advice in English how to enter the hotel at the hotel. A terrible small outside spiral staircase to come to the 2nd floor. As the reception is almost always closed so it's impossible to use the inside stairs. The shower was leaking so the complete floor got flooded after 10 seconds. Unfortunately I lost one key and had to pay the unbelievebal amount of EURO 100,- for this kind of prehistoric key. First I thought the guy makes a joke, but it's thru.
• Ashley (7/5): A self service 2-3 star hotel. - Convenient location with the bus stop outside and supermarket a short walk away. This is very much a self service hotel, there is no interaction with staff. Self check-in with key left in box outside. Self check-out, just drop the key in the box beside reception. Reception is closed most of the time. In fact, there is no reception really. The hotel is comfortable and clean but not the high standard that I have come to expect in Finland. The included breakfast is pretty good. I think it is overpriced for the standard of hotel. There did not appear to be any option to adjust the heating in my room, although the temperature was comfortable. There was no soap holder in the shower.
