- ronnelln2026 (2/5): Security Issues Unsafe - Business trip will never stay here again! Lack of professionalism, safety protocols and follow through by local and national management. A man made multiple attempts to enter my room called front desk for assistance. Dismissed my concern until I threatened to call the police. Front desk manger bolded stated no one was at my door. Terrified by the event almost to tears and she continued to dismiss my attempts for help. Made a complaint and they never responded to my questions. Marriott I’m surprised and disappointed.
- Amy (4/5): Worst experience ever and felt very disrespected. - Breakfast was okay. Not a good selection. Coffee came with breakfast and asked for it to be iced and they said it would cost more. Had a 3:00 check in and was told room wasn't ready it would be a few minutes. Three hours later the room still wasn't ready. Had my 82 year old disabled mother with me. Got in room after 6 and we were late to the start of our concert because traffic was terrible. Asked to speak with manager and man said there wasn't one. So hotel operating w/ no management. Nothing but excuses and never offered us anything while waiting. People were walking in and getting their rooms before us. Others had same problem we did. Girls were doing hair and makeup in the lobby for the concert because they couldn't get their rooms either.
- Bonique (8/5): - I liked everything mostly it’s very quite and low key for the location I stay here quite often as a getaway to myself and every time I come the water is always cold. I’ve never stayed here and had any hot water and the side door to enter and mainly where my rooms typically are located never works so it’s forced me to park on the side due to no parking in front and walk around front which is such an inconvenience especially if it’s raining or cold outside.

We had to turn on the air and I had to spray in order for us to enjoy the room for a second. Eventually, this smell subsided once showers were taken.

I was here because I'm waiting for my approval to move, on the 2nd of March so I'm paying out my own pocket. The 1st day I arrived my refrigerator didn't work, so they replaced it with one that was broken, I opened it and the screw came out when I opened it. My wife has sever asthma they started painting the 1st night we was here. My fife had to receive a breathing treatment because of it. The wifi never connected, the pool was down for 3 days without any notice,the manager didn't even k ow when i brung it to her attention, she told me it was closed because it was almost time to close the gym at 10pm, but this was 9pm. The gym is over flowing tonight but they still let u have access to it smh the carpet is completely soaked and wet. I DONT WANT NO MONEY BACK, BUT I WANT SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MATTER. This experience was terrible.

Poor customer service on Sundays no manager on duty if problems arise. However Blu at the bar gave excellent customer service. Very positive and up beat.
- Theo711 (4/5): Understaffed, and poorly managed. - My wife, son, and I checked into this hotel this past Friday evening for a soccer tournament this weekend. At the time we checked in, the lobby didn’t seem too busy, and the gentleman who checked in immediately before us did not have a reservation. He was able to easily get a room. The check-in process was quick and easy, I asked for an upgrade because of my status with Marriott Bonvoy. I was told the hotel was completely sold out and nothing was available. Our room was nice and large, very clean. The carpet and furniture was a little worn, but again, the room was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We slept well, got up the next morning to shower, and only two of the three bottles of shower products were on the wall in the shower: the conditioner bottle was not there. Although the body wash bottle was hanging on the wall, it was completely empty. I went to get my wife, some coffee, and stopped by the front desk. I asked the gentleman at the desk if they could refill the body wash bottle at some point today, and also change out our towels. We didn’t need any other service, and I know service is not available every day at this hotel. He assured me these two things would be taken care of that day. A little bit later as we left for the day, I confirmed with him that the body wash would be refilled and we would get a new set of towels. I thanked him and we left. When we returned later that evening, the hotel was indeed quite busy. Unfortunately, the body wash had not been refilled, nor had our towels been changed out. I went to the front desk with our old towels to trade them out for a new set. I was told that the hotel was booked to capacity and there were no towels available. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me one pool towel, a couple of washcloths, and a bath mat. She told me I could also check in the pool area to see if there were any more towels. There were none. She told me towels would not be washed until the housekeeping staff arrived the next morning.
We were staying at this hotel with other members of our team, and there were quite a few mixups with rooms. Many of them received the wrong room types. They had booked rooms with two queen size beds, and instead received rooms with a king size bed and a pullout full-size sofa bed. This situation was not able to be rectified.
I am now wondering if the gentleman in front of us when we first checked in did indeed get the last room, or if perhaps they were not actually booked to capacity? I also wonder if they were actually booked to capacity, why they did not staff the hotel better. There was only one person working the front desk at all times. This seems like poor management to not staff the hotel when it is completely booked. Again, the people I dealt with were very nice, but this was not a great experience.
I doubt we will ever be back in this area, but if we are, we will stay next door at the Residence Inn.

Was told , when I checked in, that I could pay cash at checkout and then they would remove hold of amt on my card. At checkout I was told I did not have option to pay cash! When I asked the clerk, Lucy, about why I was told I could pay cash by the 2 clerks who checked me in - she said the 2 clerks were new! When I asked their names she told me she didnt know who was on. I asked if they didnt work on a schedule , and how did she know they were new if she didnt know Who they were? She gave me a card with the mgrs name on it. Something is rotten in there. There were problems w/prepaid breakfast vouchers too! Just to be fair --the property is clean & nice. Beds are comfy.

- Carl (10/5): - After having traveled a bit over the past few months, this is the first booking that was AS PICTURED on the app. The rooms, the outdoor space, the pool area, everything looked the same as the pictures.
Check-in staff was very friendly and personable. Bar / restaurant staff the first night and was very friendly and helpful with our food choices. The breakfast staff (Rich or Rick) was great! These three people stood out as exemplary customer service representatives for the brand. All other staff was not rude or providing poor service, they just weren't as friendly and personable. They were doing their job as they were supposed to. I happen to prefer people who are more chatty.
The only thing to complain about was the indoor pool was cold. It was clean and well stocked but cold.

The above people are all responsible for one of the best visits I have ever had in my life. So professional. They went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met and added a personal flair to each interaction that went beyond basic customer service. The AGM Josh knows how to hire extensions of himself. Just exquisite. Daniel and Tydrae were outstanding. Rich & Jennifer were so engaging and delightful personalities at the Bistro. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my visit. It’s refreshing to see people who actually like talking to people, be in hospitality services. At least once a year I am coming to watch Jayden Daniels play, so I can have an excuse to stay at your hotel. The cleanliness of the establishment was top notch, but that’s just basic service to me. The people inside your hotel are creating such an inviting atmosphere that it was hard to simply leave. It was sublime. I hope corporate is taking notice of the outstanding job they’re doing at this location. They’re exceeding the standard.

The bed wasn't made. Trash bin was still full. I went down again and asked for another room. The room was basic and dated. I made a mistake of checking into a Courtyard rather than other Marriotts like the Residence Inn next to it—no free breakfast. Oh, and the bathroom has mold. No bidet. I feel like modern hotels should have bidets.

Some of the “clean” towels provided in the room were dirty. I needed the fridge for medical reasons and it didn’t work- they had someone come fix it and it only worked for a short time before it stopped working again. There was a weird smell in the room (like cleaning product and musty). We had to go to the desk several times to get the room card reactivated.

We stayed for 5 nights and never once got our room cleaned and were never told we would need to request it if that was the case. We had to ask for towels which the staff made us come down 3 floors to the front desk to get. We bought 2 sodas and 2 bags of chips from the market, which I paid for ($15) directly with my card. After I checked out and was hours away, I received a bill for over $32 for dining, which we never did. I called the front desk and she claimed if we bought from the market it could go on a room charge. I had already paid the $15. She said "I'll ask a manager about it and hung up." Also, the hotel was relatively empty and they put rooms of kids right next to us that left their room doors open like a dorm and were loud and rude in the hallway. Not one person asked us about our stay while we were there and we were in and out of the hotel for an event at the university. I have never had such awful service at a hotel that I believed would be perfect for what we needed. I will definitely not stay there again when we come back....and I would appreciate my money returned for charges I never accrued.
- Melinda (4/5): Disappointing - Location is great/staff was excellent The water pressure doesn't exist sink shower and toilets. I stayed in various rooms at different times yet it's the same issue. Considering at this point on finding another for these frequent visits.
