- Andrea (2/5): Staff were uninterested in our requirements- too busy with private functions to worry about the hotel guests - Location General housekeeping - lots of dirty untidy areas we could see from our balcony. Dinner not provided even though that is what we booked - no facilities in the evening.

- Daria (7/5): Good stay next to the slopes - The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s right next to the ski lifts, which makes skiing very convenient. During the day the area feels lively and has a great atmosphere, perfect for a ski holiday. The sauna and wellness area were also a big highlight: very relaxing, well maintained, and extremely clean. In general, the hotel room itself was very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast and the breakfast service were excellent, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, and great waiter, even though our order was mixed up a few times. The hotel does not have staff available 24/7, which made things a bit uncomfortable when assistance was needed. As a couple, we expected a double bed, but instead there were two single beds pushed together with a noticeable gap in between, which was not very comfortable. The mattresses also felt quite old. The bedding setup was not ideal either, as there was no proper duvet cover — only an additional sheet was provided. In addition, our room was missing a curtain, and light from an outdoor screen brightly illuminated the room during the night, making sleep difficult.

- Yacov (9/5): overall the location is great - great location. you'll have to take the Telecabina Dolonne ski lift in order to get there, there is no parking in the site.
the staff are friendly. make sure you buy the ski pass that include the evening pass, we didn't know, and when we decided having dinner in town, we have to pay extra.
we didn't like so much the dinner in house, there are no other option near by

- Lynne (6/5): Quirky but very very expensive - Staff were lovely. Rooms were quirky, clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast quality was good but it wasn't buffet as advised - it's waiter-served and timings bringing food are quite disjointed - no quick breakfast if you want a full breakfast. And you have to pay extra for fresh orange juice if you'd like it. Location was good for skiers and there was ski rental next door. We had to get a cable car up to the resort so that was different and fun - Roberto met us at the cable car to help with getting luggage across the 150-200 yards of snow. In fact Roberto couldn't have been more helpful and listened to my constructive criticism, and passed it on to his bosses. We accepted that the hotel was a lively apres-ski club but were not expecting the exhorbitant prices to be charged to residents. 10 euro for a coke or water? The dining room seemed like an afterthought with 2 walls being plastic curtains. and consequently quite cold although there were gas heaters. The menu was very limiting and very expensive. We had 2 of the worst pizzas we've ever had and 3 beefburgers with a handful of over-cooked chips, 2 bottles of water - 190 euros. Admittedly the other evening restaurants in the resort had high prices - not as high as Super G - 206 Euros and 266 euros but they were far better value as we had 2-3 courses and alcoholic drinks. We refused to pay Super G prices so ate and drank elsewhere. During the day the prices at different mountain restaurants were more reasonable and acceptable. The building is quirky but with a maze of small corridors and nothing is where you'd expect it to be, and with the fire accident in Crans-Montana, a little worrying. The boot room was on the opposite side of the building to the lift, having to go through reception and childrens room. The music noise was acceptable during the day but it was still pumping away in the bar at night although the bar had closed and no-one was there - my daughter's room was directly above it and twice she had to go to find someone to turn the music off at 11pm. There was an 'executive lounge' where we could sit on the one larger sofa or around a large dining table to relax, but even as residents we were turned out of there as a VIP group was coming in so we went and sat outside the restaurant to play cards. I think the 'hotel' has been 'designed' with not a lot of thought and is really aimed at the club scene and not residents. So because of the prices, I certainly would not go back.
- Petrillo (9/5): Fun plan and will definitely come back. - Being on the slope already is great and more leisurely way of starting your ski day. The staff is exceptional. Shoutout to Roberto and Nico who went above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we needed.

- Ihsan (10/5): -
- Lylah (7/5): - Location, staff and room The loud music from early morning to late at night
- FABIO (8/5): - La camera era freddissima
- serena (10/5): Siamo stati accolti e coccolati al meglio da tutto il personale! Cibo ottimo, vista mozzafiato! - Modernità e pulizia Nulla

- Miriam Rosaria Miluccia (10/5): - Il TOP.
- Ua (8/5): Very good - Perfect location.
Very friendly staff, especially the waiter serving us during dinners.
The chef of the kitchen, he is good! Breakfast was lacking a bit.
- Christos (9/5): Amazing vibes next to the slopes - Superb location! Awesome facilities. Excellent breakfast by a chef! Very minor...A kettle in the room would be very welcome
- Zornitsa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Jo (8/5): Fantastic experience of staying up a mountain. In a ski in ski out hotel. - I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good. It looked like there was a good selection of hot and cold if you wanted it. Nothing
- Simone (7/5): Good - Hotel is as nice as advestised, hotel staff even better. Check in and services booking very smooth, no issues during our stay. Disco music at 08.00am during breakfast was a bit too much, but that's only personal opinion. Some lounge music until 10.00 at least would be more pleasant.
The real down side was 35€ for a beer and a mulled wine ah the hotel bar (no apres ski). I understand the apres ski, but hotel customers who just want a quiet drink after ski at the hotel bar (i repeat, not at the apres ski) should be looked after better.
- Melissa (8/5): Great fun ski in ski out hotel with serious Apres. - 2nd time to Super G. you cannot beat the location, ski in ski out right by the gondola. the rooms are really well designed, fresh with great facilities- book the sauna, it’s in a lovely relaxation area and really well designed.
if you like a crazy loud Apres Ski, this is the place for you - with a live DJ from 3pm. if you like a nap after skiing and don’t like a live DJ - this is not the place for you. personally I enjoy napping to the great music! the focus at Super G is on the lunch and Apres Ski. the hotel is great but you need to be very clear and plan your arrival/departure etc we’ll in advance with the reception, using what’s app
if you are driving - they need your car reg to book you into the car park - do this at the airport or you may have a delay when you arrive.
also worth noting is that the main cable car to and from Courmayeur now charges 11 euros each way after 5pm - so if you are going down for dinner your ski pass does not cover you.
- Yun Cheong (10/5): Courmayeur 2020 - If you are looking for a ski holiday in Courmayeur, I would recommend ski-in ski-out accommodation on Plan Checrouit itself. By staying on Plan Checrouit, you avoid having to queue for the gondola up and down Plan Checrouit, which can get quite busy at peak periods. With certain consecutive day ski passes, going up and down the gondola at night was covered and the gondolas were quite frequent. Super G was located right in-front of the main lifts and it was a luxury to just step out from breakfast and hit the slopes. Breakfast was simple but of high quality. The staff work very hard and were very responsive to requests. If you are driving to Courmayeur, I would advise that you take Super G's parking offer, which sounds expensive but is super useful. Super G's parking is located just below the gondola that you take up to Plan Checrouit. Free parking is difficult to find at Courmayeur especially at peak periods. I spent 90 minutes looking just a few days before the new year. The rooms are nicely kitted out and are comfortable. The music stops at around 5.30pm and it actually becomes rather quiet. If I return to Courmayeur, this would be where I would stay. Thank you, Francesca, Davide and Marvelo for a super stay!
- Lauren (8/5): Mountainside Stay - Nice property but for most of our stay we had no hot water despite telling reception about it.
Food was excellent though with one restaurant staff member in particular being friendly & providing great service,
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent but could be better - Beds not good enough and breakfast was hit and miss with items regularly missed off room service. However, location is amazing and hotel itself is nice. Front desk staff are great. You need to pay €10 each to get up to the hotel on your first stay if you don’t have a ski pass so factor that into the cost.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Carlotta - Amazing location, excellent breakfast and Carlotta is brilliant at front desk.
