Закуската беше разнообразна, предлагат се и безглутенови закуски при запитване. Водата в закрития басейн не беше много топла, а постоянното отваряне на вратата навяваше студен полъх. Може да се помисли за климатизиране и на съседното помещение, за да не е толкова фрапантно.

- Milazim (10/5): Good experience and perfect conditions for skiing - Location was good with decent facilities, breakfast was good with decent choices, staff were polite and helpful at all times, free shuttle to the gondola that was very handy ! The spa closed at 8pm which i thought was to early especially as the hot tub was small and always people waiting to get on it even though it wasn’t a peak season so i can imagine it’ll be quite difficult to get on it during busy periods!

- lukep_11 (10/5): Perfect family ski trip. - Perfect stay with family. Lovely clean decor, 5 minute walk from all of the best restaurants in town and 5 minute walk to the gondola. Our loft suite room was great and the kids especially loved having stairs in a hotel room. Plenty of space for adults and children (5 and 7 years old) to relax/play. After an action-packed day of skiing the spa was just what we needed. Good sized swimming pool, outdoor hot-tub, 3 saunas (one very large) + steam room - all complimentary. Breakfast buffet was also a highlight and a fantastic way to start each day/fuel skiing. In addition there was also a really nicely run kids club each day. I could honestly not fault this hotel. Happy hour 5-7pm allowed you to get two pints of local lager for 6 EUR total.

La disposition de la salle de bain : il fallait manœuvrer avec habilité pour accéder aux toilettes et fermer la porte. 😄 Une porte coulissante allait être plus approprié.

- Tataranu (10/5): Foarte frumos. - Totul este nou și frumos. Personalul amabil. Curățenie peste tot. Micul dejun foarte bun și variat. Structura hotelului deoarece trebuie să urci 2 scări și să cobori una ca să ajungi la camera unde am fost noi cazați. Valetul care era foarte insistent să îți ia bagajele.

- Iliana (7/5): Имахме много приятен престой. - Разположението на хотела е прекрасно, удобен както за лифта, така също и за разходка в града. Храната беше разнообразна и вкусна, стаята беше малка, но удобна и изцяло реновирана. Всичко беше чисто и поддържано. Бяхме много приятно изненадани с торта за рождения ми ден, както и с поднос с плодове в началото на престоя ни. Няма детски халати за басейна, басейна беше един и няма обособена детска част. Има едно джакузи, което е външно и е постоянно пълно с хора. Детският кът е за деца под 2 години, няма никакви атракции за по-големи дечица - 4-5 годинки. Няма аниматор през по-голяма част от времето и няма абсолютно никакви забавни игри за деца над 2 години. Спа центъра е с две сауни, от които едната не беше удобна за повече от 1 човек.

- Erhan (8/5): Beklediğim gibi ama otel mimarisi bizi çok zorladı. - Konumu çok merkezi, temiz, odalar bakımlı. Mimari çok kötü. Resepsiyondan veya lobiden, parktan odanıza asansör ile göremiyorsunuz. Labirent gibi ve valizleriniz ile merdivenleri, koridorları geçmeniz gerekiyor ve gerçekten çok zor. Kesinlikle çocuklu ailelere ve valizi çok olanlara tavsiye etmem.
- TARIK (10/5): - Otel genel olarak yeni ve konforlu. Personel çok sıcak kanlı. Otelin konumu rahatlığı temizliği gayet iyi. Otelin lobisinde 3. Bir şirket ski pass satıyor, bu satışı yaparken bizden alırsanız fast track olur deniyor. 2 yetişkin bir de çocuk için normalden daha yüksek bir bedel ödeyerek 3 günlük ski pass aldım. Sonrasında ski pass kullanma kısmına gelince duvarda yönlendirme olmasına rağmen ski pass güvenliği asla biz oradan geçirmedi hatta 10 yaşındaki oğlumu itip kaktı. Kötü bir muamele gördük şikayet ettik sonuç alamadık. Biletleri aldığımız ofise söyledik ondan da yüksek ses tonunda geri dönüş aldık. Hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar paramız boşa gitti. Otel resepsiyona ilettik bizden bağımsız bir şirket mail atın dediler. Yorumu da bu mesajı okuyan insanlara bırakıyorum. Otel içinden ski pass i almadan önce iyi sorun soruşturun.
- Гери Я. (8/5): - Хотелът е разположен на супер удобно място. Персоналът е страхотен - мил, внимателен, с грижа към гостите. Въпреки, че повечето са чужденци, не сме имали никакви затруднения - говорят приличен английски и се разбирахме. Беше топло и чисто, а възможността да си намалиш отоплението в стаята я намирам за сериозен плюс. Ние бяхме със закуска и вечеря - и двете бяха на блок маса. Храната беше вкусна, но изборът - ограничен. 3 основни, три салати, десертен бар. Моето семейство не е от претенциозните и си намирахме какво да хапнем, но сравнено с други хотели от този клас, наистина изборът беше доста скромен. Много ни допадна СПА центърът - чистичко, не твърде голямо, но поддържано. Водата в басейна е около 30 градуса - за нас и децата ни беше чудесна за плуване и ни беше хубаво. В стаите всеки ден се зарежда бутилирана вода, което също оценяваме като приятен комплимент. Хотелът е pets friendly, като се заплаща такса още с настаняването. Това е практика и в други хотели от този клас, така че не сме били изненадани. Персоналът беше супер мил с нашето куче и много й се радваха. Отбелязвам като плюс и факта, че до спалнята, над двете нощни шкафчета, имаше освен контакти, изведени и USB ports. В стаята има и кафе машина с капсули, както и кана за гореща вода, които са комплимент от хотела и се зареждат както кафе капсули, така и различни видове чай. Хотелът е един своеобразен лабиринт от полу-нива, между които къде има асансьор, къде няма - резултатът е, че всяко излизане от стаята е свързано с минаване по тонове стълби. Нашите деца са по-големи и не ни пречеше особено, но е уморително и досадно. Ние бяхме на 3ти етаж и си беше кардио на всяко излизане и прибиране. Отделно до нашето ниво асансьор не стига - добре, че служител на хотела ни помогна с багажа. Не мисля, че ще е особено удобно за хора с малки деца и детски колички. Ние бяхме в мезонетна стая - стълбището до горното ниво, където е спалнята, е кошмар. Стръмно, с хлъзгави стъпала, които ми докарваха сърцебиене всеки път, когато децата се качваха и слизаха. Да слезеш до тоалетна през нощта, сънен, е искрено предизвикателство. Аз лично на втората вечер се подхлъзнах и паднах по стъпалата, и си обелих много лошо лакътя. Информирах на рецепция и като изключим едно сухо " Ами съжалявам", друго внимание или отношение нямаше. Спалнята, освен това, е на отвореното горно ниво и уединение няма. Все едно всички сме в едно общо помещение, просто на две нива. Ако долу е включен телевизор, например, горе не може да се гледа друго - просто много се чува. Имахме счупени парчета на пода на терасата - не създаваха опасност, но правеха лошо впечатление за хотел с претенции за 4 звезди. В банята при душа няма рафтче или стелаж за собствена козметика. За първи път ми се случва - за хора като мен, които са принудени по здравословни причини да ползват специфична козметика, това никак не е удобно. Реално моите неща стояха на пода на душ кабината. Дивана в долната част на помещението беше другата неприятна изненада. Той беше направен на легло за децата. За съжаление, явно от ползване, едната част между лежанката и изтеглената част бяха силно отдалечени, образувайки дупка, поради което беше супер неудобно за сън. Аз натъпках няколко хавлии, за да я уплътня, но не мисля, че това оправдава класа хотел.

- Mihai (8/5): - Am primit o camera cu vedere superba la munte, hotelul este aerisit si aproape de zonele de interes, personalul de la restaurant foarte atent la orice detaliu. Chiar daca mancarea la cina nu a fost foarte variata, gustul a fost foarte bun la fiecare preparat. Informatiile pentru shuttle bus au fost inexistente la check-in, a trebuit sa ne intoarcem la hotel pe jos imbracati cu echipamentul de schi, dupa 40 de minute de asteptat, deoarece nu am stiu ca microbuzull ne va prelua din alta parte iar baiatul de la receptie nu a stiut suficienta engleza sa ne ofere telefonic informatiile corecte. Avand in vedere costul parcarii, ma asteptam ca macar bariera sa fie functionala daca post de paza nu exista special pentru parcare.
- Natalia (9/5): - The location is super great! Litteraly a few minutes from Bansko main street and the Ski lift station. The food, especially the super, is on a next level, congratulations to the Chef and his Team. Unfortunately, the pillows were too high and uncomfortable to me.
