There were some items that are not functional - The location was good, but there were lots of homeless people outside, which made it a little scary to walk at night Some of the receptionists were not very attentive and pleasant.

The inside pool was a plus. I didn’t like the fact the rooms don’t have a microwave. You have to go downstairs to warm up food. I also didn’t like I had to pay for parking. I feel like parking shouldn’t be an extra or separate charge when booking.

Should work on there valet personnel, we had a young valet person to check us in. Short tempered and was rushing everything didn’t like the attitude or side remarks at all. I understand when they are busy and need to rush 100% get it but when we arrived only one more car arrived and had a rushing attitude for no reason.

The carpet looked like it was filthy, the window seals were rotted in places where a rain had come in there and they just painted over it. The elevators were dirty and you can tell the rooms were half cleaned. Was a little nervous to sleep on the bed. The escalator was broken so you had to take the elevator just to go one floor.

The location is perfect; with so much to see and do within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. A special shoutout to the valet team for their exceptional service — they were prompt, professional, and made everything so easy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! Clearer entrance signs with better visibility would make a big difference in the overall arrival experience.
- Karen (10/5): Extraordinaire - Breakfast was amazing, the waitress on staff that morning was so pleasant and helpful made it very enjoyable every single person I dealt with at the hotel was friendly. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the Dallas area. I guess it’s hard to say, but you can’t improve perfection. We also checked out the exercise room did not use at this time because both of us had been sick, but it was well equipped and quality merchandise, which is hard to find.

- James (8/5): Local was great, staff were amazing but the room let it down. - Location and staff where great Had to complete a side quest using my phones light every time I entered the room to turn on each and every individual lap around the room just so I could kind of see. Even with them all on it was still very dim and I’d have to resort to working at the desk in the bathroom as that’s the only room with actual light fixtures.

- Stephanie (10/5): - The view was amazing! My room was huge, I wasn't expecting so much space. Trying to figure out the parking situation. My maps kept taking to the back of the building. It took a good 20 minutes to figure out how to navigate the one way streets to get to the front.

- Marco (9/5): Super staff! Great rooms and great value. - Rooms were excellent and very clean. Even in one of the upper floors, rather noisy from outside. Not the hotels fault, just a busy area.
