• Ronwaldo (8/5): Good but Can Still be Better :) - Breakfast was ok. Staff were great. Especially the one during check-in. He was helpful. I think more chairs and tables could be added on breakfast dusring weekends due to more guests. I was eating on the couch at the lobby and it was not so comfortable. Also the bed on my room has a squeeking sound, I think because of the springs. Also, I found some water bottles on the grass with faded labels. I think they were there for a long time already. Do you have groundskeeping that takes care of the trash within the area. Also that time, there was a wind alert. Lots of tree branches were on the pathways, and nobody from the property was clearing them yet. I helped put them away for others' safety.

• Isis (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. - Close to where I needed to go. My daughters enjoyed the breakfast. Room smelt clean when I went into the room. Nice layout.Had a pool. Pool did not have a designated place to get in.

• Sasha (10/5): - I got one of the cheapest rooms I possibly could near the area I needed. I expected crap room and didn't care. I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed with how nice, clean and comfortable the room was. Very clean! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was soooo nice. The staff was very nice as well! I honestly have zero complaints.

• Laura (7/5): The hotel itself was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the absence of - I appreciated the good breakfast and the staff who stayed busy cleaning tables and restocking the food. There was no real restaurant within walking distance of the property.

There were only a couple handicap spaces in the front near office but none to the rooms on sides or back. Zero spaces. And pet friendly but $15 a night per pet. So paid extra $30 for my little tiny dog. Which brought the price up to not the best deal. Only 1 ice machine in office but it was out of order. Ice is big deal to me

And most best western are clean and enjoy being there. But this one was the worse and I recommend nobody to this one the location was good

• Junior Tigger (1/5): Wouldn't recommend only as a last resort - The room looked nice that's it and the price was okay A lot of homeless wandering around and the front entrance has a curve painted the same color as the roadway and I hit it did not damage my truck but enough to shake it also people that have big dogs do not respect the dog area and people were letting their dogs use the restroom behind my truck and when I reported it to the staff they basically told me "what do you want me to do about it"

• Bonita (3/5): Eye opening horror 😭 - Well on Wednesday night I incounted worms and it freaked me out,I recorded it and slept in my car,I will bring it to the manager attention in the morning, The fact that I didn't pay attention to the things that were moving around,it was that I was so tired when I got in from work I was tired 😩.

• april (1/5): Terrible - The staff was nice and understanding The bed was uncomfortable and the shower floor was slippery when wet. The room next door was loud and fighting all night and when I tried to call the phone didn’t work I ended up leaving because the loud people in the next rooms also the rooms were not clean or beds not made no clean towels. Trash all over area. The hours for breakfast was terrible. I always stayed at best western and my family also best western costumers. Very disappointed will not stay there because when I complain they did nothing to help me. So I lost my money for the second day

• Ruth (8/5): Good Stay in Sacramento - I enjoyed most of the property's features and amenities. It is located 3 to 5 minutes from Downtown and Midtown Sacramento. Plus, the location allows you easy access to the freeway for day trips. I loved the generous breakfast and spacious rooms. It is one of the cleanest hotel rooms (and bathrooms) I have stayed in for the price point. There are a lot of people in the breakfast room each morning. You may not find space to sit down. It takes staff time to replenish the food, and the availability of certain things can be low. Also, some of the breakfasts can be dirty, and there isn't enough staff to handle those details.
