• anne (9/5): N'hésitez pas à prendre vos repas sur place - La possibilité d'avoir les repas sur place. Notre hôte était une excellente cuisinière. Tout était délicieux et copieux. Les plats végétariens avec beaucoup de légumes frais et variés et les autres plats étaient aussi préparés à base de produits frais. Un vrai café fait aussi plaisir. La télévision connectée. Notre hôte nous a également reconduits à la station de bus terminal 3 pour 180 baths. Les tentures ne sont pas opaques et ainsi, la chambre est claire dès les premiers rayons de soleil.

• Judith (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und die Inhaber, Barry und Nui, sind solche Herzensmenschen, dass ich das nächste mal unbedingt länger bleiben will. Wir haben sogar ein gemeinsames Abenteuer bestanden: mir war die Tasche mit dem Pass, Medikamenten, Smartphone, Kreditkarten und so weiter hinten vom Roller gefallen. Eine echte Katastrophe. Nui hat sofort mit mir den Weg abgefahren, ich konnte das Smartphone orten und habe alles wieder bekommen. Außerdem ist sie eine begnadete Köchin, so dass ich Essen in dem süßen Kaffee unbedingt empfehlen kann. Es ist ein bisschen außerhalb, aber man kann in der Unterkunft einen Roller leihen. Es war zu kurz :-)

• Nilakshi (10/5): - Nuy was a exceptional host, she's hard working and so kind. I felt right at home at the Donchai guesthouse. Make sure to take advantage of the cafe, Nuy runs and cooks it all herself and she's a great cook! The Tom Ka Gai was one of the best I've had in Thailand!! There is also a beautiful temple around the corner which is really peaceful with next to no tourists. All was great, I'd stay here again and see Nuy again :)

• Wandereral (10/5): Exceptional - The owners take great pride in running this lovely guesthouse . They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, cosy and comfortable . Bed is comfortable and shower is good as is the wifi . It's a local neighborhood so peaceful.
• Eddiechan1993 (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind owner - clean room and a nice hangout area downstairs. Water and other basic amenities provided. Owner stayed up a little late to welcome me. Quiet and calm area. One can argue location being far from centre, but you know where it is before booking.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay here. Big rooms, big comfortable bed and Nuy is the best host. If you need something, she can help you. She also runs a Cafe, where she serves the best Cappuccino in town and delicious food. We liked to stay a bit outside of the city since it is more quiet and the Appartement offers everything you need. We did lots of hiking and strolled through the city - everything is easy reachable with motorbike or grab.

If I were to return to Chiang Mai, I would stay there again. The location is a bit far from the center, but easy to reach by car or scooter.

• Galen (10/5): Best Host! - A small and peaceful guesthouse with the most caring host. Nuy will look after you. She will make sure you’re fed and have everything you need. I had a bit of a cough the one day and she offered me some medication. She also had some great suggestions for things to see and do. The room itself was wonderfully comfortable. You can rent a bike from the property for a good rate and it’s not far to get to places. I would absolutely stay there again! Nothing. Everything was great!
• Kristina (7/5): Good - The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and nice. The balcony and mini-bar are very good. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Rare traffic on the street. Probably not the hotel's fault, but if I did not have earplugs with me, I wouldn't have slept the night, because of a TV on in the next room for the whole night. I don't know if the walls are so thin, or the TV was just set on full volume, but the sound was not the one you can abstract your mind from.

• Anton (8/5): Heartful place - I really liked the owners, their sincere and warm attitude. Nuy is always ready to help or advise something. If you need to go to the store, she will give you her bicycle for free. If you need laundry, it is available for a nominal fee. It will be brought to your room afterwards, and should you wish, a cup of coffee as well. I was here during Christmas and New Year, so Nuy celebrated these holidays in the company of family and friends, and both times invited me to join. I happily joined and ended up having a good time and getting fed for free :) Here I felt something that I had probably never felt in a hotel - care and home comfort. 1) It’s not that it’s deadly, but it’s hard to call this place quiet, because roosters crow in the morning, and the road near the hotel can become busy for a couple of hours a day due to frequent bikers passing by. This wasn't a big issue, though. 2) Sometimes there were small ants in the bathroom, but where are they not in Thailand?
• Aleksandras (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great and memorable stay at this hotel. The owner is the nicest and most caring lady that I have ever met. She made sure that I got everything I needed for a great stay. Thanks to her, I felt at home. My room was spacious and newly renovated; it had a balcony, AC, and all the necessary amenities. The nights were quiet, so I slept really well. Hotel location is on the southern side, but city centre is easily reachable by grab or scooter, which you can rent on the property for a cheaper price! You can eat at the hotel cafe, or there is a 7/11 and food stalls within a 5-minute walk. You also can do laundry on the spot. I would recommend for short and longer stays as the price/quality ratio is 10 out of 10. I ended up extending my stay for a longer time. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back. Thank you.
• Igor (8/5): Very good - The owner of the hotel is an incredibly helpful person. The living conditions at the hotel are very good. The only minus is the dust from the road, which pollutes the balcony and the furniture on the balcony.

Arrange tours, arrange flights, Feed a hungry traveler in the middle of the night. Like staying with family. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And everything works. They helped an American get home who had broken his phone. He wasn't even staying at their hotel

• Amalia (4/5): Agréable, sur le court terme. - Les premiers jours furent fantastiques, au lieu de rester 2 jours, nous avons prolongé à 8 ! Car l'accueil et l'attention chaleureux nous a touché. Cependant au fil des jours nous avons constaté que derrière cette attention se cachait quelques failles : le ménage approximatif, la bouffe surgelée, et des tarifs au dessus de la moyenne pour la location de scooter. Nous avons regretté le changement d'attitude envers nous, après nos remarques qui étaient plus que respectueuses.
• Verified traveler (10/5): very clean and new rooms - The room was quite new, very clean with a comfortable kingsize bed, bathroom, balcony, smart TV. Also the meals tasted very fresh and good. We rented a motorbike for 250 Baht a day and it takes about 15min to get to the old city. There is 7/11 just a 5min walk away. The owners are really friendly, like to chat, help you to organize bustickets and also pick you up with their car from the busstation.
