• Adriana (9/5): - The facilities are in good shape and with all amenities needed in the room. There aren’t very many places to eat nearby so if you don’t ride a motorbike it might be a bit far from town 20-30 min walk. Otherwise very peaceful location
• Victoria (6/5): Alright, good for money. - It was quiet, away from any noise and the air conditioning was nice and cold. Once we arrived, we were greeted by hundreds of ants in our room all over the walls, in our bed and all over the bathroom. Along with the ants we had a strange bug stuck to the side of our bed with pointy spikes. The power shut off for hours and the hotel did not answer any of my texts regarding when it would be back on. The hot water in our bathroom stopped working the last night we were there and was very finicky the entire time, it wouldn either be extremely cold or scolding hot. We were also very far from the town centre, around a 15-20min walk to the nearest 711 and a 25 minute walk to the walking street. The large hill up to the property was also very tiring and a long walk back at night.

• Dennis (10/5): Clean comfortable and modern - I liked how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff were professional and responsive. Everything worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with basic necessities like soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Lastly, the hotel and grounds were very quiet. Everything was great.

• Jenevieve (7/5): Beautiful place - The place was beautiful. Very unassuming before we turned into the compound. The staff who checked us in was very approachable. Place was clean. Hot water was not as hot as I would like for winter, but this is subjective. Could not find the buttons to get the ceiling fan to work. Aircon worked well though! Floor in the room can be quite slippery, especially right outside the bathroom. There's a karaoke place nearby and you can hear some singing, but stops at 11pm. The area has a few dogs that would bark at you, and run alongside or chases after the bike/scooter when you pass them.

• Rebecca (5/5): Passable - The staff here are very kind and friendly (one of the staff even drove me to the bus station at 6am when my taxi did not arrive). The rooms are large and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained. The property is too far away from Pai town and there are no shops close by. There walk is not far (20 minutes) however there are many aggressive dogs on the way which makes it scary to do at any time of the day or night. There are no on-sight facilitates at all. The price of the accommodation is very steep considering what is actually of offer here.

The beds were rock hard and there was no hot water. It looks like the bungalows are quite remote but there is a very busy road behind them. There is no comfy outdoor seating anywhere, all seating was wooden benches/chairs with no cushions. We had booked to stay 4 nights but left after 1 as it wasn’t comfortable enough for us. The staff were very kind and understanding and refunded us for the other 3 nights minus the commission they had to pay to booking.com

• Ryland (10/5): Adorable, clean, bright personal bungalows - Beautiful bungalows in nature. The rooms are very clean and have great light with lots of windows. Quick scooter ride to night market or a nice 15-20 minute walk. Bed is harder than I prefer but still slept well and is king sized.
