Llegamos temprano por la mañana y nos dieron la habitación sin problema, aunque era temprano para el check-in y pudimos dejar las maletas durante el día de salida hasta la tarde. Hay restaurantes cerca. No es que no nos gustara, pero si a tomar en cuenta para personas con problemas de movilidad. La escalera a las plantas de arriba es un tanto estrecha y empinada. Para nosotros no fue problema, pero quizá si para pueda serlo para cargar equipaje o simplemente subir. Hay habitaciones en la planta de entrada…

- Martin (9/5): Fabulous hotel and location - Location was spectacular. Of course parking is tricky but that's the price you pay for being so close to the Chateau and it's boardwalk. I am not sure what this box means by breakfast as I did now kow there was a breakfast. I had room number 8 which is nice and spacious. The bed was huge and compfortable. The rock wall is very charming. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained and the bonus kitchenette is quite nice. The only thing is that room #8 has no view at all as it looks out to the back of the building and to the back of all the other buildings. Other than the view the hotel was great.

Charming older building, a bit shabby but clean. Great view of Chateau Frontenac and river from our 2 rooms. Very small but manageable bathrooms. My friend’s bed was uncomfortable.

Les gens qui s'occupent de Booking.ca sont très efficaces et répondent aux questions demandées. Important: demandez le code pour la porte avant votre arrivée. Je recommande fortement cet endroit qui est à proximité de tout! Les responsables du Manoir Ste-Geneviève sont peu sympathiques. Heureusement, on n'a pas affaire avec eux outre le fait qu'ils nous donnent les clés.

The mattress is damaged with abuse and age. Springs were poking out in my ribs. The room floor is uneven, putting the head of the bed 2" lower than the feet.

L’air climatisé coule, les serviette de bain très petites, difficulté à fermer les différentes portes. L’air climatisé ne se rend pas dans la chambre lorsque la porte est fermé.

I had the budget room, which I did feel was on the small size and a little campy, but great value overall. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Larger towels for showering would have been nice.

Comfortable bed: good firm mattress but not too hard. Cute little breakfast nook in bay window, with a view of the famous Terrasse Dufferin. Good small fridge, coffeemaker, bathroom with shower. Room was very clean. We could replenish our own coffee and towels from a central closet, and use a microwave in the lobby. No help offered or given with getting suitcases up to third floor. They don't clean the room during your stay (we got it cleaned once in 6 days by special request) so a bit of dish soap for the mugs and glassware would have come in handy. There's a nightstand on one side of the bed only: could use a few drawers for clothing, maybe in the closet?

The hotel itself is quaint, historical, and a stone's throw away from some of the most historically significant places in Canadian history. The staff were friendly and accommodating; definitely a location i would book at again. I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like. Any inconveniences I could write here aren't a product of the service provided, but are compromises made when you stay somewhere that is centuries old- i spent more time.being amazed that a building that old could have the modern conveniences we take for granted

Il était impossible de monter la t'empêcher du calorifère ou d'utiliser le système de ventilation/chauffage de la chambre car il y avait un plastique tout autour de la manette, rendant son utilisation impossible. La chambre était froide, un peu trop pour une nuit d'hiver. Une fois emmitouflée dans les couvertures du lit, c'était confortable, mais les clients devraient pouvoir régler la température de la chambre pour laquelle ils paient selon leur préférence.

- Leon Alfred (9/5): Very Kind Host and Close to Quebec’s Main Highlights - The place offers complimentary coffee, which is a nice touch, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. He took the time to explain what we should know about the area and gave us several useful tips that made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The location is excellent, you can reach the main attractions of Quebec City easily on foot, and you even get a view of the Château Frontenac, which is a great bonus. Overall, it is a very good place to stay at a reasonable price, especially considering the location and the hospitality. Room a bit cold, the heating could be stronger during the winter months...

- Asuncion (1/5): Hotel poco confortable y que no cumplica con el standar de calidad y confot mimimo requerido en un h - Ubicación Limpieza, mucho polvo/ácaros en la habitación, falta de ventilación, Limpieza del baño, lavabo atascado de pelos y cama muy incómoda. Habitación en general nada confortable.

- LINDA (7/5): - Simplicité du chek-in et chek-out. Très tranquille aussi. La Chambre du sous-sol: Manque un pôle à serviette dans la salle de bain. Une veilleuse serait appréciée aussi dans la salle de bain. La seule fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas et il fesait très chaud. Inquiétant aussi en cas d'incendie, car il n'y a pas de sortie de secours.
