Good air conditioning. The bed was really comfortable- better than mine at home. Would definitely come again. Love the little geckos around the property. Nothing to say here. All good.

• Anna (7/5): Love the place - just please provide comfortable pillows! - This is our 2nd time here. Such a charming place (especially the rooms looking into the pool). It’s in a quiet but convenient location. The pool was also lovely. The only complaint is the pillows - they are so thick that we couldn’t use them and had to swap for cushions. The only other (small) things are that the bathrooms could use some hooks and each room should have access to a drying rack.

• Scott (8/5): Located in a quiet area but close enough to the action - It's in a good location, quiet without the traffic congestion found in many parts of Kuta and Seminyak. It's just a 250m walk to Jl. Raya Basangkasa where all the restaurants are, and there is a convenience store also around 250m away. If you want to go to the beach you can get there easily using a ride share service for a few dollars. The bed was comfortable and the complex has a nice garden/pool vibe. The room had a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom and shower is quite large. The staff were very helpful and eager to please. The bedside lamp was broken and the lighting was a bit average. The water pressure and hot water temperature were somewhat variable. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi until I eventually stumbled upon the best Wi-Fi SSID (there were many to choose from).

• Samantha (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable - It was very clean and done up, very comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough for us and just overall comfortable. Location was good too, could walk anywhere from food to shops in walking distance. The place is a breeding ground for mozzies, but it was upkept twice a week. Though you can't control bugs, it made it difficult to enjoy the pool and lounge outside due to the mozzies.

Petites ruelles pour traverser, changer de rues principales, pour aller plage de Ku de ta.. ou ailleurs.J ai vraiment apprécié le coin. Proche de tout en fait. J y retournerai! Et très bon rapport qualité prix. J ai tout apprécié je crois. Surtout à ce niveau de prix!

• Elisabeth (8/5): Ich werde wieder kommen, trotz meiner gut gemeinten Kritik. - Es war mein 4. Aufenthalt im R&V. Ich schätze den kleinen aber feinen tropischen Garten und das sehr große Pool, dass sich zum schwimmen eignet. Das Pool war 2 Tage nicht benutzbar. Ich war vor 4 Jahren das letzte mal im Room& Vespa. In der Zwischenzeit wurde es ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Bad könnte man mit etwas Essig oder Entkalker wieder auffrischen. Auch der Schimmel in den Ecken lässt sich mit entsprechenden Reinigungsmittel entfernen. Das Wasser rinnt nicht ab, das sollte demjenigen der das Waschbecken putzt auffallen.
• NPH (8/5): Lovely, green and quiet stay with Bali Vibes - We loved, that this accommodation is showing the real Bali Vibe just as nothing much would have changed over the last 30 years. Room was spacious and clean, service nice and very friendly staff, who gave us tips about a festival nearby. We would come again, if we would look for a hotel in Seminyak The room was a bit smelly because of humidity the first day. After aircon was on for a night, this changed for the entire stay.

Nice to have a pool for the heat and some always at the desk. Staff were very friendly Property was hard to find when we were arriving at night as there was not much signage

• Simpson (8/5): - I've just wound up a very pleasant 3 night stay here in a standard double. Peaceful location in a backstreet. Lovely garden setting around a clean clear pool. The staff go about their business quietly. Unlike a lot of other places this one isn't overstaffed and all the better for it. Rooms are spacious and have interesting furnishings to give them a homey feel. Mine was a little tired in places and could do with a minor refresh. Great aircon and plentiful hot water. I'd stay here again. Too far to walk to the beach but countless shops and restos are just around the corner. Just a little TLC in the rooms and you have a perfect low key Seminyak abode really.

Alles - Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was auf den Fotos doch etwas anders rüberkommt.

• Jiayi (6/5): Pleasant - Staff are very helpful, friendly. The room was humid, and it has a smell. Staff was very helpful to offer different options, but still both rooms are very humid. Both drainage of the sink and shower were blocked and we had to ask staff to fix it. There are stains on the sofa, which makes you don’t want to sit on it. We also feel that the photos on the Booking do not reflect the real room.

We came quite late as we were travelling a while to get to the accomodation but the staff were very accomodating to our needs and waiting till late for us to check in. The accomodation itself was beautiful and had a really relaxing and great stay there for 2 nights. The pool was clean and great to swim in as well to cool off. Will definitely stay again if we are in Seminyak for a second time!

Everything was kept very clean and the staff was very supportive to give unlimited waterbottles. The pool was so nice too, with pool towels laid out in every bench, was perfect. Very worth the price, such a steal for 4 nights. Location is good for walking distance places, we walked to Nalu bowls - took like 10 min. Neighbourhood is nice too, very quiet..however the location did get a tiny bit far for places like seminyak flea market and canggu. However that was our choice, you pay a cheaper to stay a little bit farther from the main areas.

• Andre (9/5): We had a lovely stay with all the comfort we hoped for. - The room is spacious and decorated with great taste. The bed is very comfy and clean. The bathroom is very nice and well-decorated. The staff is friendly and the cleaning of the room in the morning is good. Were able to get around easily thanks to the central location. Not a big thing, but some of the light bulbs did not work and need replacing. One lampshade was missing. The fridge didn't cool. These are minor things really, it didn't make our stay less memorable.
