• ANDREAS (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία, διπλά στο Βατικανό, κοντά στο μετρό, κοντά σε μαγαζιά και σε ωραία γωνίακα καφέ και εστιατόρια. Επίσης έχει, ακριβώς απέναντι, ένα συγκρότημα με μαγαζάκια, κάτι σαν λαϊκή, που μπορούσες να βρεις τα πάντα φρούτα, λαχανικά, κρέατα, αλλαντικά, streer food. Καθαριότητα, όλα ήταν ωραία και καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα. Μέγεθος δωματίου. Μείναμε στο ATHINA, μεγάλο ευρύχωρό δωμάτιο, ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεββάτι και ένα μόνο, ψυγείο, γραφειάκι και πάλι είχε χώρο ακόμα και να απλώσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας. Πολύ άνετο Πρωινό. Απλά δεν έχει πρωινό. Για να καταλάβετε είμασταν 3 άτομα, 2 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί, το πρωινό μας ήταν 4 φρυγανιές, 2 μαρμελάδες, 2 βούτυρα, 3 κάψουλες για espresso, 2 χαρτάκια nes, 2 σακουλάκια τσάι, 2 σακουλάκια χαμομήλι, και 3-4 ζάχαρες. ΟΛΑ αυτά για 2 μέρες, ναι σωστά διαβάσατε αυτό το πρωινό ανανεωνόταν ανά 2 ήμερο. Φόροι. Η Ρώμη έχει ένα φόρο διαμονής για τους τουρίστες 6€ ανά ήμερα ανά άτομο άνω τον 10 ετών για 10 μέρες. Παρόλο που τον booking έλεγε όλοι οι φόροι πληρωμένοι η οικοδέσποινα μας τα ζήτησε μετρητά και από την πρώτη μέρα, για να πω την αλήθεια μόνο τότε την είδαμε που ήρθε να μας ανοίξει και να πάρει τον φόρο. Ασφάλεια. Παρόλο που πότε δεν νιώσαμε απειλή αφού η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, ένιωθες μια ανησυχία όσο ανηφόρα την ασφάλεια του δωμάτιου. Για να μπεις στην πολυκατοικία απλά πάταγες ένα κουμπί χωρίς κλειδιά, για να μπεις στο διαμέρισμα ήθελες έναν κωδικό και η πόρτα του δωματίου μας ήταν μια εσωτερική συρόμενη με κλειδαριά συν ότι το χρηματοκιβώτιο ήταν κλειδωμένο, γυρνάγαμε την Ρώμη με ότι πολύτιμο είχαμε πάνω μας.

• KENICHI (3/5): 割に合わない、ストレスフルな宿泊先 - バチカン市国から近い 部屋は綺麗 チェックインやチェックアウト時の指示が不十分で部屋に入れなくて困りました。しかも返事も迅速ではなかったのでストレスでした。一階と言われましたが実際は2階だったり、間違いがあり混乱しました。ビルを出る時の指示も不十分で、どうやって出ていいのかわかりませんでした。 ホテルではなく民泊やairbnbと同じなので注意が必要です。 自分で場所を見つけたり、部屋を見つけてパスワードを入れたりしないと行けません。知らない場所なので色々わからないことが多いですが、さらに困った時には英語対応なので、日本語しか話せない人には全くおススメ出来ません。

• Anna (9/5): We loved the location and we had an excellent stay overall - Excellent location — very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay in Rome! It was wonderful to stay so close to St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museums. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently near a metro station. There’s no breakfast provided, but there is a shared kitchen where you can make coffee or tea. The bed was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was comfortable and we slept very well. I thought the kitchen would be fully equipped for preparing breakfast, but there was no stovetop — so it wasn’t possible to boil an egg, for example. That wasn’t a big issue for our short stay, though.

Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo blisko Watykanu dzięki czemu byliśmy w bazylice każdego dnia naszego pobytu, dosłownie 4-5 minut na nogach. Ogromny plus dla obiektu za klimatyzację w każdym pokoju którą można ustawić jak się chce za pomocą pilota. Obiekt mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić.

The location was perfect to visit vatican church and museum . The only thing I didnt like was the lift , which was very small . However , that shouldnt be a problem as the location is on 1st floor .

St. Peter's Relax is a great place to stay and we had a lovely generous size room. To be honest, we spent most of our time out and about. When we did get back to our apartment, it was nice to be able to relax and not worry about anything.

• Cecilia (8/5): A perfect location near the Vatican City - The location was very near Vatican City which was perfect for our planned itinerary. Checking in was a bit of an effort. It should have at least allowed for luggage storage if checking in is strictly at 3pm.

Before we left, the property tax had to be paid and left on the table along with the key. We then had to take a photo of money and key. Then text it as proof we completed what was expected.

• Paul (10/5): Convenient Roman Stay - This hotel was centrally located, within a 10 minute walk to Vatican City and a closer walk to the metro stop. The neighborhood around was also very pleasant and safe to walk around in the mornings and evenings. This is a smaller apartment-like accommodation. There are 3 (I believe) rooms available, with each room having its own private bathroom. There is a communal small dining room/kitchenette that is shared between all guests. We could hear our fellow guests coming in and out of the apartment, but other than that, you had your own privacy within your room. The place is located within a residential building so you will receive detailed instructions from staff on how to get the keys to enter the building, the code to enter the apartment itself which is up one flight of stairs (there is an elevator available!), and a separate key to enter your own private room. Special thanks to Cecilia for her helpfulness with our questions and her recommendations for Rome!

• Alon (10/5): Great spot near the Vatican City - Great spot a stone’s throw away from the Vatican, plenty of shops and restaurants, five minutes walks to the Ottaviano underground and a hidden gem of a local market opposite the front gate. We bought a lot of cheese and 1kg of prosciutto for €25. There is also a small fridge in the room where you can store the local delicacies if you get carried away and buy more than you can cope with in one sitting, and a communal kitchen (no-hob) where you can make coffee and heat up the pizzas. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. She made sure we had plenty instruction about how to find the property, self-check-in and get around Rome.

When we arrived in the room we had prosecco, some cookies and jam. The kitchen was at our use and we enjoyed a coffee evey morning. Very close to Vatican Museums, supermarket and restaurants nearby. • Ann (10/5): Wonderful stay near Saint Peter’s! - We were extremely happy we stayed near Saint Peter’s Basilica. We were able to walk to all the tourist sites, take an early jog around the Vatican areas and along the river in the morning. There is a large market directly across the street, open nine AM until noon. The accommodation was spotless!! Lulu went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and we appreciated her quick responses!! The shared kitchen was fully stocked and big! We loved our stay in Rome!!! Lulu also gave clear instructions on entry to the building (keypads, keys, etc.) and how to arrive from the train station. Thank you for our wonderful Rome accommodation!! Nothing!

Loved having a kitchen area available but only used it to make coffee. The AC was a little noisy on high, but quieted down on low.

• Rah90 (10/5): Great value for money, budget hotel but very clean and has all needed amenities - I recently stayed at St. Peter's Relax Hotel in Rome and it was a decent experience. The location is great, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica, which was a major plus. The staff were friendly and check-in was hassle-free. The room was comfy and had all the essentials I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and there were some quick bites waiting for me in the room which saved the night. The rooftop terrace was a highlight with an amazing city view, perfect for winding down.
