- mbat997 (2/5): Terrible Customer service - Broken door lock to room. Latch loose installed backwards for credit card entry. Informed management and they were not concerned. Met me at my room and told me to get out. Not the place for me. WOW! Highly recomment stay someplace else. These people just don't care. They did refund my money though.
- PlayfulPat (6/5): A Cinderella experience - To look at the outside one thinks that you are seeing Cinderella as fireplace tending house servant. But inside the rooms are clean, attractive and fresh smelling. One step above Motel 6. People are nice and readily available. One of my employees forgot her computer and they saved it for her. Comfortable beds and good towels. Though one of our staff had no towels the first night...
- M2997LGbobc (8/5): Large and clean rooms. - At Cinderella I had a clean non-smoking room with a refrigerator and microwave, good wifi. The manager was friendly and helpful. I only wish it had a coffee maker but that is no big deal. There were grocery and food options nearby.
- WandercatMiami (2/5): Don't even think about it - Truth up front: We did not stay at the Cinderella. We paid for the room (foolishly, before seeing it), but when we saw it we decided that we just could not stay there. On a positive note, our payment was refunded without a lot of questions, although not very cheerfully. Ours would have been the Cinderella room. The beds were sagging. A bare light bulb over each bed, surrounded by some sort of wire fixture; neither bulb worked. Old style fat TV in a beat up piece of furniture. A damaged straight chair. No coffee maker, no anything else. Perhaps it might be okay for someone desperate for a place to stay, if offered at a price low enough for what it was. The price was around $70 -- cheap, but not cheap enough for the tiny room with no amenities. Even the motel's sign was shabby -- only a couple of letters of "motel" on each side of the sign were lighted.
- betsym468 (4/5): It turned into a pumpkin - We needed a place to stay during a quick trip we took from the North Bay Area down Big Sur and then cutting across to Sequoia National Park. Wasco is about half way and since we figured we could possibly save some money and can stand just about anything for one night, we booked into the Cinderella. First the good points and the reason for the two stars: the people running the hotel are incredibly nice, just tops! The room was also really clean and unlike many motels, the shower was just perfect. Now, for the rest: There were no lamps, no phone (everytime we had a question for the desk we had to get dressed and walk over there OR make a long distance cell call to them), no alarm clock or radio, no written tv listing, no cups, no ice bucket, only one tiny hard chair, no coffee or container to heat up water if we could find some coffee. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows were HORRIBLE, like trying to sleep on rocks. We ended up getting up in the middle of the night and leaving. Well, at least we were early into Sequoia!
