- Adam (10/5): - The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was hassle-free, we paid extra for breakfast and it was fantastic, vast choice of food. The Lobby Lounge bar was our favorite place, be it 11 AM or 11 PM. It's pretty cool they have Fernet Branca (well, they had, until we finished the bottle). Hopefully they will stock up on it and keep it on the menu! The rooftop bar (INGE'S Bar & Grill) was also very enjoyable, fantastic views under the open sky. Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, pretty much what you expect from Marriott. The location is not the best in my opinion. Although the view of the city is breathtaking, it feels removed from the "hotspot". But this might be a big plus for some people.

Very competent housekeeping and as solid Marriott as any when it comes to delivered brand benefit on that end. The lounge is different Story. The food is some of the sorriest and cost skimping affair I’ve seen at the Asian lounges, particularly the mains, almost laughable how they seemed to use day old leftover dishes from previous day’s dishes into some random, mystery dish. I know they can do better but obviously choose not to. If you stay here and expect an “elite” status lounge experience, you’ll be bonvoyed. Lots of decent restaurants close by though.

Staff was helpful and efficient. Pricing was pretty good as well. Some points to know: Lounge is excellent with very good food and services. Breakfast abundant choices, happy hour excellent as well. Some of the rooms in the Sky Tower have very large beams that partially cover the windows. Its a bit odd and not a big deal but if u want an unobstructed view, FYI The hotel is not in the new centre of the city (Taipei 101) and is a 20 minute taxi riden as opposed to Le Meridian, Hyatt, etc.

- Sophia (9/5): Comfortable and big space. - The room was big and the staff was very nice and try to give us a room when we checked in. The bed was comfy and the window was big. We had a big bathroom. The location is however, 8-10 mins walk from the mrt station. It’s not far but it felt a bit of walking. And if you are taking the uber there, tell the driver the name of the hotel. It seems like the address didn’t mark the hotel entrance. Two of the drivers were a bit confused about the address.

- Patti (9/5): - Well maintained. Great view from the Bar Inge’s and food at the teppanyaki was excellent. You need to have an easier online booking system for your restaurants for the same day. I had the concierge to help and even they couldn’t get a booking until the restaurant opens for dinner despite it being pretty empty.

- Yeh (7/5): 整體上不錯。飯店公設有高級感，也有很多餐廳，附近的忠泰樂生活還不錯（裡面有來自日本的Onibus咖啡喔） - 公設，健身房和游泳池很棒！ 1. 聲音：較淺眠者可能要戴耳塞。 （1）房間天花版有時候會有「嘎嘎」聲，不定時出現。 （2）沖馬桶後，馬桶會有很長一段時間的聲音；第一天住時，半夜起來上廁所，沖完馬桶被那個無法忽視的聲音困擾了一陣子才能再入眠🥲 2. 味道：住宿第二天怕冷把溫度調到25度，結果依稀開始聞到霉味。

- wei-syuan (9/5): - 雙床房與1大床的房型風景不同，雙床房會有結構遮擋。謝謝櫃檯協助調整房間，家人換房後很滿意景觀的部分。 健身房、泳池、烤箱的設施都很好，而且服務人員很貼心。會主動詢問是否要浴袍或拖鞋。 隔音有的問題，半夜還是有聽到隔壁的電視聲音。但持續時間不久。

Neat rooms and places (in and out of the hotel) will greet you everytime! The hotel also has good restaurants (including the Michelin Star rated Shen Yi) for you to choose from.

I had to take washing products from the shower to the bath in a cup! I hate your silly fixed products fittings! Terrible idea!!! Stop being cheap we pay 400 euros a night give clients bath products
