- Lisa (9/5): I could live there!! - The shuttle they provided was a lifeline to reaching the mountain, the town, and the grocery store. The laundry facilities were clean, bright, and open when I needed them. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa were a nice bonus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

- Conley (10/5): Vail Run is a perfect place to stay and very economical compared to other places. - We really feel like the value we got out of this facilities was great. It seemed a little dated on the outside but not bad
- Mareike (7/5): We had a great stay but would consider staying closer in town next time due to logistics. - The room was spacious. The kitchen was equipped well, nice assortment of dishes and utensils. Kids liked the pool area and game room! We liked the pizza place in the building. The shuttle drivers Juan and George were the best! So nice. The location was a bit difficult for us to manage with kids, shuttling back and forth to town for skiing and dinner. We sometimes spent long times waiting for the shuttle since it was not running frequently in the evening. But we could have used the other busses as well. Front desk person (male) was at times not very friendly.

- Dana (8/5): Kind of pricey but, this was Vail and there was easy access via handy shuttles to the ski area. - Hot Tub/Pool/Sauna and most common areas were very good. Shuttle service to Vail stops was excellent. The studio room was very comfortable: gas fireplace, bathroom, closet space, nicely equipped kitchen, couch and TV were all fine. There was a small but nice pizza place in the same building. The shuttle had complementary wine. The mattress was comfy and soft but a sagged in the middle.

There was a weird smell coming from the bedroom door area; might have been the carpet. The fireplace was working on and off, we weren’t able to figure it out.

- Rebecca (8/5): Wonderful, easy and always fantastic! - We love staying at Vail Run, we visit a couple of times a year! It has such a homey feel, it’s not high end/luxury so if that’s what you are looking for this isn’t for you, but It’s very comfortable, relaxing and has everything you need! We love the pool/hot tub year round, and the grills out by the pool are a great extra during the warmer months. In unit laundry would be a dream come true! But having it on site is nice!

- Annette (10/5): Just right for a sister ski trip - This is the third year in a row that my sister and I have stayed at Vail Run to ski a couple days. Everyone is so friendly from Terry at the front desk, to Carol who fulfilled a request I made before arrival, to Juan the shuttle driver. My sister enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The room was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked though we didn’t cook other than to make oatmeal or reheat food in the microwave. Hoping to continue this tradition next year.

- Rachel (7/5): - Location was good, pool and hot tub met expectations. It was nice having a pizza shop on the property. We always felt safe but I don't think the place is secured at night. Very clean. Small, rustic, ski condos, which we liked. The housekeeping was very responsive when we needed more towels. The first few days the shuttle was very unpredictable, the last couple of days when the bus driver changed to Juan it was much better. Sauna did not work. Had to pay extra to go in game room! It was very hot in our room, we asked someone to come look at the thermostat that we could not get to work, someone came, and I guess could not figure it out either. He said he would return, but never came back.

Place to stay for families - I like the fact that this unit was very spacious, could accomodate lots of individuals, everything was very clean, entertainment was compliant, we had access to multiple channels, the baloncy had an amazing view, shuttle services were great, front desk and customer service were friendly, hospitable, caring, informative. Will recommend staying.

Beds were uncomfortable to me, some kitcheware were teflon-covered and scratched which made it impossible to use, overall impression was much better from description / pictures than it was in reality.

- Yen Chun (10/5): Ski trip - Four of us booked a room with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed for our ski trip. It's fantastic! The kitchen and grocery shuttle really meet our needs for breakfast and dinner. The shuttle between the ski resort and the hotel makes our trip even easier. Plus, the staff are so friendly! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing.

- Lydia (9/5): Relaxed, comfortable, clean accommodation - great location for skiing in Vail. - A relaxed, quirky hotel - very homely! We stayed in 306 where we had a full kitchen, comfortable bed, lounge area with fireplace and full bathroom. All staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff and drivers were all brilliant and cheerful. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless and we saw cleaners in every inch of the building! In the lead up to Christmas lots of festive decorations were put up - something new appeared every day. Outdoor heated pool was lovely, as was jacuzzi. Easy to either use the free shuttle bus that Vail Run provides or the free bus stop outside the hotel to access Vail/Lionshead village - equally it is only a 15 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge which we mainly did in the evenings (would feel a lot longer in full ski gear!). There was a tax fee to use the "free" games room - we decided not to use it due to this cost which seemed silly. Unfortunately the sauna takes a long time to heat up - but not a big deal if you remember to turn it on 1 hour before you want to go! Slightly strange having a window next to the bed that faced into the atrium of the hotel fitted with only Venetian blinds - blackout would be much better as the lights were on inside the hotel at all hours.

Top things, outdoor grilling area with what appears large new grills and grilling accessories, we used a couple nights. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Regular shuttle to/from slopes was great. Multiple very nice sitting areas on the main floor. Nothing comes to mind

- joseph (1/5): Spend a little more get better every thing! - Nothing. You can here all the I-70 truck noise all night long even with 40 year old out dated windows closed. Unit has no AC! Gets Hot as Hell!! The building is way outdated!!! Dire need of remodeling and new windows that actually close and seal......shower head is rediculas!! Way to big. Just needs a regular one. Toilets have a hard time flushing and clogging. Just old ass toilets. Only parking is in a little area outside not covered and in need of repaving!

- Mindy (10/5): Vail Run for the win - I liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna. There's also a pizza place (on the basement level), hair salon, and game room(level 1). The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The staff was nice and let us have a late check out. It took a while for our room to cool down with the AC and I could not get the remote to work for one of the TV'S.

- Vikki (4/5): would not stay again, and can not imagine why some reviews were positive. building itself outdated! - no breakfast, that i knew of. i am sure there was none. unit itself was clean. it took a full day before i figured out how to turn lights on/off without unplugging them, and to find the switch for l as most, yikes! outdoor parking lot was extremely dark and unlit; not great returning at midnight, alone. did not feel safe at all, being unable to see anything. the door you entered the building through was automatic, but there was no button to press to activate it, and it was nearly impossible to pry it open.

It was a short drive to Vail Village or a nice walk to the vail village. The facility was nicely kept. Check-in was very easy and our condo was spacious with two televisions two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. There was nothing not to like about the property.

- Mackenzie (9/5): Clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! - Hotel was easy to locate. Room was much bigger than anticipated. It was great. The kitchen had all the kitchen gadgets/supplies one would need. Plenty of linens and extra blankets. Lots of windows/natural light. Big kitchen table. Window broke during stay, but staff was quick to clean it up, and then provided an air conditioning unit. Appreciate the luggage carts. Kids liked the pool. Parking lot is a little walk uphill from the hotel entrance. There are luggage carts, but they weren't by the main entrance so we didn't seem them until we had dragged everything inside. One of the doors was unlocked when we arrived to our room.
