- Fabian (9/5): Gerne wieder. - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sogar mit kleinem Balkon. Es gibt eine Fahrradgarage was ich als Radfahrer sehr zu schätzen weiß. Essen und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Außerdem gibt es einen tollen Saunabereich. Ideal nach einem anstrengenden Besuch.
- Karin und Klaus (9/5): Warum nach Südtirol,wenn das Schöne so nahe liegt? - Gut gefallen hat das Essen,der schöne 30 Grad warme Pool und vielen andere Sachen.Wer HP bucht,bekommt 5 Gänge Menü..Genügend Parkplätze,und für mich wichtig: Eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos. Die Umgebung hat Wandermöglichkeiten,werden aber oftmals durch Weidezäune ,vor dem Schutz der Akro-Rindviecher ,abgesperrt.Dann lieber mit dem Auto etwas weiter weg.

- Irena (8/5): Mostly great with room for improvement - This is an older hotel but mostly well renovated. It’s real strength is food. Both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinners were a delight. Portions reasonably small, but you can ask for second helpings. The hotel sells ski passes. Most staff in the restaurant do not speak English. Menu only in German. Heated outdoor pool opens from 4 pm only and is taken over by kids. if you want a bathrobe, ask reception, they are not placed in the rooms. The absence of own notes transport to the slopes is a pity as the breakfast starts at 7.30 (they let us come a bit earlier) so it is a rush to manage to get to, for example, Ladis car park on time as places fill up fast (certainly by 9). An earlier breakfast would be great, as well as a hotel minivan to the slopes.

Leckeres Frühstück Sehr nettes Personal Viele Parkplätze, sogar eine Elektroladestation fürs Auto. Schöner Barbereich. Etwas altmodisches Zimmer, was uns aber egal war. Die Duschbadewanne ist nichr geeignet für grosse Leute. Der Verdunklungsvorhang müsste grösser sein, damit es dunkel ist im Zimmer. Abendessen, a la Carte, war lecker aber sehr salzig. Frühstücksbuffet müsste besser beleuchtet sein. Mehr Hinweise, dass es im Saunabereich ruhig sein soll und Saunaregeln fehlen.

- hugh (9/5): Lovely stay in a lovely hotel in a great location for many ski resorts. Highly recommended. - Dinner each evening was a real highlight, as was the breakfast each morning. Staff were all excellent and really helpful and friendly. Towels in the room were simply-awful! Rough and quite small. Great for exfoliating dry skin! I would bring my own soft fluffy towel next time I stay here.

- Tim (8/5): Solide - Tolles Zimmer und Ambiente, Saunabereich auch sehr schön! Frühstück ist gut aber nicht besonders vielseitig. Leider gibt es bspw. keine Croissant, Sekt, Pancakes oder Omeletts. Das Hotel ist ein Paradies für auf den Fluren tobende Kinder was für Familien toll ist, für alleinstehende welche zur Ruhe kommen möchten allerdings weniger.

- Marine (10/5): Cosy, charming, historic Hotel with all amenities - Charming and traditional hotel, I loved the authenticity and the historic feeling of staying in that building. The staff were very friendly and dinners were super cosy. I recommend for a stay off season, it was cosy and had all amenities. Honestly, to find something to say, I would just suggest bigger or more strong kissen for the bed.

- Lara (10/5): Motorradurlaub mit Kurven, Genuss und Entspannung. - Es war ein ganz besonderer Urlaub und das jeden Tag. Morgens sind wir mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf den Pool und dem wunderschönen Garten aufgestanden, wir hatten ein tolles Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl und frischem Obst. Dazu gab es Tipps zum Wandern oder Motorrad fahren. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern vor Ort und konnten diese sicher in der hoteleigenen Motorrad- und Fahrradgarage unterstellen. Das ganze Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über einen tollen Saunabereich. Außerdem lohnt es sich jeden Tag in dem beheiztem Pool seine Bahnen zu ziehen. Und von dem 5-Gänge Menü schwärmen wir immer noch. <3 Ein großes Lob an den Koch, das Küchenpersonal und die Angestellten im Restaurant, denn jeder Abend war besonders. Auch ein großes Danke an die Reinigungskräfte, die unser Zimmer immer so liebevoll hergerichtet haben. Alles in allem war es ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben das erste Mal in unserem Leben direkt für nächstes Jahr reserviert. Wir freuen uns schon sehr. - gibt es nichts -

- Daniel (10/5): Super flot hotel - Super flot hotel i Prutz, med meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Flotte værelser med fin altan med flot udsigt til bjergene. Fin restaurant på hotellet med virkelig god morgenmadsbuffet. Vi fik rigtig god hjælp til aktiviteter i området og vi kunne bestille madpakker på hotellet som vi tog med på vandreturerne. Hotellet har en lækker pool og rigtig fint wellnessområde. Rigtig fine opholdssteder til både spil, hygge og afslapning.

- Maja (10/5): Fantastisk! Kommer gerne igen! - Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på køretur gennem Østrig. Dejligt med gratis og let tilgængelig parkering selv med en kassebil. Hotellet har fantastisk service, meget venligt personale. Da vi havde checket ind fik vi en kort rundvisning og alle relevante informationer, hvilket var dejligt. Vi spiste a la carte i restauranten. Fair priser (ca 60 euro for to voksne og et barn) og også meget venlig service her. Maden var helt fin. Værelset var rent og pænt. Indretningen ikke så pæn eller hyggelig, men det handler kun om æstetik. Sengen og især puden var meget komfortabel. Morgenmaden var fin. Og så var vi i poolen efter morgenmad, hvor vi havde den helt for os selv. Vandets temperatur var perfekt, så man kunne bade selvom luften var kold. Dejligt med omklædning og bad tæt ved poolen. Fantastisk udsigt. Poolen var højdepunktet! Kommer helt sikkert gerne igen på dette dejlige hotel.

- Alexander (9/5): Fantastic family-oriented hotel in middle of some of the best ski ressorts in Austria - The hotel is perfect for a luxurious ski vacation at a reasonable price. From Prutz you drive 15 minutes to ski resort Fiss-Ladis. Staying there directly is more expensive. In return you get the charme and friendliness of a family-run hotel that has invested a lot to keep up with the design and comfort of five star ressorts. It is also great for families which does not mean that it is noisy. On the contrary. Nothing to complain about

Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well. Nothing, we like everything
- Lajos (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff welcomed me to the Hotel. The Kaunertal glacier is easily accessible. I liked the generous breakfast and the tasty dinner. I can only recommend it, even to those passing through.
- Paolo (9/5): very nice and relaxing stay! - Very nice pool, and impressive view. Very nice people at the reception. Good feeling and very clean. There were not so many people in the Hotel, but we could not easily choose a table for breakfast or dinner. For breakfast we could convince the lady to get a table with a bit more space on the window....I think it could be more flexible, if there are not so many people in the Hotel (internal/external guests). Limited possibilities to go for dinner in other restaurants in this small town.

- Paul (8/5): - We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are well equipped and maintained. The breakfast starting time of 7:30 is too late, especially when you want to catch the first ski bus.

- Gillian (10/5): The very best of old and new combined together, with a wonderful welcome and happy smiling staff. - This is a beautiful very old hotel, once in you can see all the up grades that they have done over the years there is the beauty of all the old special things they have kept and the newer and newer upgrades they have done with the lounge bar, sauna, the swimming pool and the outside garden. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable with comfy beds and very nice bathrooms and they have room sizes to suit all budgets and tastes. The breakfast is very nice and you can choose what you want to eat. The evening meal you choose from a daily menu, it has five courses. There is a nice outside balcony for drinks in the evening time or a beautiful new inside bar if the weather is cooler with a view over the garden and pool. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. If you like to ride they have a very large garage, which is very secure to put your motorbike or pedal bike in. They have 3 supermarkets Spar, Mpreis (Asda or Tesco) and Hofer(Aldi). The village has a lovely square, with some nice shops and a bank, a village swimming pool and they give you a whole list of places to visit. They also give you a summer cards and you get local free bus rides. The new underpass they are building at present to take the road noise away from the town as it has become a very popular place.

- Erick (6/5): Not good - they do the bare minimum - Breakfast is super fast and they only keep the minimum amount of food at the buffet. If you dont ask, you dont get even the basics like eggs and bacon.. Hotel looks impressive on the one photo, but what it does not show is the massive high way right behind it. Also the warm pool was mellow as they want to save on heating expenses.
