- Richard (6/5): Just slightly above average stay - The hotel room was of a good size and the location was great, really close to everything in the center of downtown Hualien. Apart from the room being a bit run down, everything in the room worked well for a few nights' stay. We found the daily cleaning of the room quite inconsistent, and had to inform the hotel reception a few times that used cups were not replaced with fresh ones daily, despite several reminders. The breakfast spread was acceptable but was definitely more on the basic scale. No netflix available in the hotel as well.

- Naoki (10/5): 温かい心遣いが嬉しい。 - 滞在予定の民宿が連絡取れず、急遽こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。 それにもかかわらず、とても気持ちよく迎えてくれました。 翻訳アプリを使っていろんなことを教えてくれたり、快適な滞在のためにご配慮いただきました。 これから花蓮に行ったら必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

- Victoria (8/5): - 優點：早餐媽媽煮得好好吃啊，肉燥不管配白飯、配粥都好下飯。飯店床頭沒有插座，手機沒辦法充電，熱水夠熱，地點很方便，飯店外面全部是車格非常方便停車，早餐免費。 缺點：床太硬太硬了，枕頭套都需要全部翻新才是，不要再重複清洗了。

- Verified traveler (2/5): 不好的經驗 - 本次訂房入住標準雙人房,訂房網頁上第一張照片為有窗房型,實際入住,櫃台人員表示,標準雙人房皆為無窗房型,如要入住有窗房型需要加價600多元,明顯與訂房網照片不相符,房間內部冷氣無法調整溫度,畢竟是30年老飯店,房內有明顯霉味,如果有窗戶,我們還能打開通風,但這房型沒有,房間隔音不是很好,能聽到隔壁房聊天即走動的聲音,至於早餐部分,餐廳只有6張桌子,是需要在外面等待的,且早餐的菜大多為冷菜,當然我知道此飯店房價相當優惠,我們也只是想要一個乾淨的環境,並無非常多的要求,所以對於本次入住體驗,不是很舒服...

- Verified traveler (8/5): 良い アットホームな感じで立地良好 - スタンダードダブルルームに4泊しました。 窓無しの部屋だったので、1泊後窓のある部屋へ変えてもらいましたが、窓が高い位置にあり、明り取り程度のものでした。ホテルサイトのスタンダードダブルルームの写真と同じと思われる部屋も空いていましたが、そこへは泊まれませんでした。でも、フロントの対応は感じ良かったです。 窓無しの部屋の方が、綺麗で高級感がある落ち着いた感じでしたので、好みは分かれるかと思われますが、わたしたちは、そんな窓でもある方が良かったです。 朝食は、品数は少ないですが、フルーツもあり美味しかったです。 食堂のおばさまが流暢な英語を話す人でした。 立地は、街の中心で便利でした。

- TSZ YING (6/5): Poor service - We, 6 person has reserved a shuttle picking us up from the hotel to the airport on our departure day at 7:30am. On that morning, we waited until 7:45am and there's no shuttle coming. We were so worried if we would miss the flight and we kept asking the receptionist. Yet, she paid no attention to us. Until 7:55am, the shuttle came, and the driver told us that his work hour start from 8:00am. We were so shocked that the receptionist didn't notify us the shuttle starts running at 8:00am but at the same time she confirmed our booking with 7:30am shuttle pickup. And she didn't even explain to us when we questioned the delay of shuttle on the departure day. The service of the receptionist is really bad.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient and Friendly staffs - Friendly frontdesk ladies greeted us without fail. They offered sightseeing and traveling advises. Cafe aunty bothered to heat up soybean milk every morning. On our last day, the hotel offers us 2 cabs to ferry us to train station free of charge since their transport driver was on leave. A good gesture to show they don't fail their guests. Thumb up!
