Karina (9/5): Good ratio quality/price - The apartment itself was very well equipped, there was even baking paper in the kitchen, we didn't miss anything. There is an iron, hair dryer, cleaning tools. The wifi is good and the tv has a lot of channels. There are enough el splitters everywhere. The venue is a bit old, but functional. It is good for the value and the communication to the hosts is great. The location is very good if you are going for mountain walks or to the gondola. The pool was very cold at the beginning, then they have started the cleaning pumps and heating. It is not well maintained, there are broken tiles, my son literally cut his leg inside the pool.

Iryna Muliavko (9/5): - Very comfortable apartment, that has everything for both short and long stays. I liked the conversation with the hosts, they are very attentive. Everything worked fine. I enjoyed every breakfast and coffee breaks on the balcony. There is no AC, but the temperature was very comfortable during July. No complains at all! Unfortunately, the pool in this complex was not suitable for swimming when I was there. It is open, but there is small rubbish and dead insects in the water. Maybe it's better during the ski season. It takes 30min to get to the city centre on foot, and also to the only working big supermarket Billa, have to count that if you don't have a car.

Florentina (10/5): Exceptional - Mountain View App Resort, specific ap. B24. It was the perfect accommodation we could have in Bansko. The flat is big, 2 separate rooms, open plan kitchen, clean, big bathroom, all u need in the kitchen, balconies, washing machine.. swimming pool inside the hotel, warm and clean water.The owners...waw, perfect communication, quick response, very nice, very helpful.. I RECOMMEND THIS FLAT B24 with all my heart. Thank you very much to the owners.. we'll definitely keep in touch and get back on the next trip. 😘🤗❤️ Mhh.. the ski slope platform is across the street, 1 min walk...car park in front of the hotel free 😜!

The apartment itself is family friendly and has the essentials needed. It has quite good character to it and beautiful views of the mountain from living room windows and balcony. Kitchen needs a bit more attention.

Natasha (7/5): Good - Great location, was accommodating when asked for a later check out! We booked for 6 people but was only really set up for 4. The sofa bed in living room was for the extra 2, but not set up for us and old bedding but no pillow cases or duvet cover or sheets, also no extra pillows in other bedrooms and could do with more and bigger towels.

Selim (10/5): Fantastic apartment - The apartment is quite big, very well equipped and comfortable. What you need at home is there. It was really the same as described and shown in the photographs. There's also a sauna and a swimming pool at the complex, which you can use free. As a traveler family, we enjoyed and felt like we were at home. Being close to gondola and having direct access to the skiroad is a plus. Peter, the owner, was very polite and helpful. I can book again 100 % without hesitation.

Very kind staff, nice area. Everything is very nice. We were in studio B07, very good for the prize. I definitely recommend it.

Maxine (10/5): Super family apartments - Was more spacious than we expected. Boot room staff are friendly and thoughtful, helping with ski boots and equipment (rental and storage). Easy to grab a cab to the slopes to avoid the dreaded gondol queues. A nice walk into town (downhill) at night for food and it’s only 4 leva for a taxi back from town if you’re feeling lazy.
Mrs (10/5): - Had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment which was comfortable, warm and inviting with its homely feel. Very spacious, with ample storage space. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection of food. Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not in operation and seemed as if this would be the case for the season. Swimming pool was lovely, but quite deep for my daughter who was not proficient at swimming, so could not touch the bottom, which was unnerving for her. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family ski trip.
Verified traveler (8/5): Skiing in Bansko - The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was a very nice pool and sauna which we used several times. There were a couple of things in the room that needed attention, both the plugs in the kitchen and bathroom did not work properly and the water would drain from them. The shower leaked a little so there was always water on the floor. Also the heater control in the main room was broken and we did report this to the desk. Overall the room was OK and we were very happy the location which was close to the Ski slopes and local amenities.
Verified traveler (8/5): Good value for money - Good location just a short walk from the town and across from the bottom of the ski slops (to the gondola). The accommodation was clean, modern, of a good standard so is decent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful despite being a little over run particularly at breakfast time. The spa facility includes an indoor pool, sauna, and a room with a hot tub in, the hotel details indicate a fitness room but I was told this does not exist (despite the signs around the hotel). Treatments are available to book separately as well.
Jebbster (8/5): Nice apartment for a good price - I Had a very pleasant stay. The room was a decent size and comfortable. It is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the Gondola. The only problems I found was the shower leaked on the floor and you could hear people moving around the apartment above. But that didn’t ruin my stay. I think it was a Good room for a good price.
Marcel (8/5): Very modest hotel property in Bansko - We stayed at the Mountain View Inn during the middle of February 2017. Check in was super easy (too easy, as it turned out later). We arrived late and were immediately given our room key and shown up to our room by the desk clerk. We have a two bedroom apartment. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. One bedroom had a queen sized bed, the other had two twins. In both rooms, the mattresses were hard...like concrete. The maintenance of the twin bedroom room was a little disappointing. The only lamp in the bedroom was an overhead light with three bulbs, all of them burned out. It took almost 24 hours and repeated requests to have bulbs installed. Similarly, the both lights in the bathroom where burned out. The swimming pool was popular with the guests. We did not have an opportunity to try it, but we did use the jacuzzi which was a bit of a disappointment. It is found in the basement in a windowless room. It is not super hot, very shallow and we struggled to get completely immersed. At checkout, the desk clerk/security guard had a book showing that we hadn't yet paid. When I took out a credit card to settle our bill, he had no idea how to run it through the machine. I ended up doing to myself. This was our first experience at Mountain View after staying elsewhere for the past 3 years. There is easy access to the ski road through a small trail in the woods across the street, the hotel is a a bit far from the action in town.

Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, I think you had to ask for this service, a little odd being a hotel. The pillows were awful and when asking for another one each were told there was only one they could give us. This was small more like half a pillow, but was slightly better! For the price it wasn’t bad and would stay again, but be more persistent about cleaning and pillows!

Water pipes and shower in the bathroom did work, but the tap should be better attached to the sink. Very pleased with the stay (four adults and one child). Very close to the lower skiing area and ski centre.

Verified traveler (6/5): great located clean apartment hotel - Was an average place to stay, quite a few bug bares. Being WiFi slow and dropping in and out. Dodgy signal TV over satellite. Once you have a shower, the bathroom was waterlogged. Breakfast was awful. All for a fairly expensive price for the area. Fantastic location though, it was quiet too and friendly service staff. Good views from balcony to mountain was also great.

The good: very close to the ski gondola and hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street (Pirin St). The bad: internet access limited or nonexistent in room, hot tub/jacuzzi not functionasl on an adequate temperature, pool not on a temperature advertised of 31C, shower drain cloughed, double bed really uncomfortable an old. If you are thinking in staying here, just pay 20 more bucks and go somewhere else
Martin (8/5): Well specced and fairly and a quiet retreat. - Short stay, 2nd time in Bansko. The apartment was a good size, and very well fitted out. Pool was great. Staff super friendly and willing to help. Only minor point was size of the bed in the smallish bedroom. It was very small even for a double. Some great little restaurants next for, including a fantastic Greek that hopefully will be back next season.
