No whatsapp or proper platform bcz there is no receptionist. The location is very poor. Wifi is not working properly. Stayed 4 nights didn't changed the bed sheet once, nor the blanket. The value was low for this price.

I did not stay because it's unsafe for women given that the place is all filled with man and the property refuse to refund. Everything is bad. • Andrew (5/5): I would not stay here ever again, and will read reviews more carefully before booking future stays - The bed pods were kinda funky, and i did like that. But terrible air flow, that made it a once in a lifetime experience, no need to do again. I should have read the other reviews online before booking. As mentioned in other reviews the hostel is above a night club, that stays open until 4am. Even with my noise canceling earbuds, I could hear the bass, and feel my bed and surroundings shake from the bass. I could not get any proper sleep until the club closed at 4am. The checkin process was ridiculously inefficient. Immediately after booking, I received a threatening email from management stating they would cancel my booking, with no refund, if I did not participate in a 5 email back and forth sending copies of my passport, and filling out a form. I had prefered to do this in person, to protect my information from the internet, but that was not possible because there are ZERO staff present. You get emailed the door codes, etc, and you find your own way into your assigned bed.

• Muaz (5/5): Fair for the price - Clean capsule pod, comfort bed, pillow and mattress. Can sleep nicely. Locker with electronic lock provided. Wifi is good. The common area and around reception are not so clean. The location. No electrical socket, only usb hub is available in the capsule.
