The pool was lovely and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The Disney themed waffles and the breakfast English muffin I was able to make every day was lovely! The breakfast would welcome some chopped fruit options, rather than just whole fruit! Otherwise all was really good.

- Heidi (8/5): Great location, great pool, and our room was just good/fine. Great price though. - Breakfast was great, the pool is awesome, and location near Disney with shuttle were fantastic. They only send housekeeping every other day, not every day. Our shower leaked all over the floor whenever we used it, so we had to use extra towels to wipe up the floor, and had to get more towels despite their “only 4 sets of towels at a time” policy (we had three people). This was annoying but we made it work. Also: the bathroom sliding door didn’t close unless you locked it, so that needed repair.

When we arrived we found out we were "upgraded" without consulting us to a room with 2 queen beds, no bathtub and a fireworks view. Though we arrived after the fire works, had no need for a 2nd queen bed, and we really were looking forward to that bath together.

- Deborah (8/5): - Convenient to all parks, Disney Springs, Universal. Free breakfast. Had good choices. Restaurant at this location. Nice pool area. Comfortable beds. The staff were very polite and friendly at the front desk. We had a refrigerator that didn't work. Had to call to get maintenance. We did get a new refrigerator. The toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. And the ring around the shower head needs to be replaced, rusty. Also the shower curtain smells musty. Recommend checking your rooms.
- Cristina (5/5): Deshonestidad! - No mucho La Nintendo switch 2 de mi hijo se perdió cuando entró el personal del aseo a cambiar las toallas (porque fue lo único que hicieron), ese día salimos a parque y llegamos a las 11:00pm, a día siguiente fue que nos percatamos de que no estaba el aparato. Enseguida reporte y sugerimos que revisaran la habitación, efectivamente no estaba y su respuesta fue que la persona que había entrado era antigua y que al interrogarse había dicho que no tomó nada, lo que nos deja un sin sabor como huéspedes porque era nuestra palabra contra la suya. La única solución que nos dieron fue poner una denuncia policial, sin tener en cuenta que nosotros no vivimos en Estados Unidos para llevar el proceso.

Das Reinigungspersonal hat schon früh angefangen eine extremen Lärm auf dem Flur zu machen mit maximal lautem Klopfen und Schreien. Schlaf also trotz Ohrstöpseln Fehlanzeige. Zimmer schlecht isoliert und mit dem konstanten geschrei und geklopfe leider keine Erholung.

- Anna (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt für die Disney Parks - Die Lage zu den Parks ist super! Wir waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten dort. Gegenüber des Hotels ist eine Mall/Umgebung mit vielen Fast Food Restaurants. Das war super nach einem langen Tag im Park. Am Hotel hat man Parkplätze, die leider recht teuer sind. Dies scheint aber normal zu sein. Das Frühstück war gut. Natürlich typisch amerikanisch - viel Plastik und Pappteller. Aber es gab Obst und eine ausreichende Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und mit einem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Die Badezimmertüre war sehr durchlässig und ein Safe wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus direkt über dem Eingang zur Anlieferung von Waren. Da die Fenster recht durchlässig waren, wurde man dadurch leider wach.

No hacer limpieza diaria es un error, teniendo en cuenta que solemos ir con niños y se produce gran cantidad de basura. No hay información clara sobre si ofrecen traslado a los parques. Al preguntarlo en el chat me respondieron que no, y era totalmente falso. Hay que actualizar y prestar atención a la comunicación con el huésped.

Great/value time near the Disney parks is granted here! - In terms of: - Room: the provided room was clean enough, well equiped, the beds were really comfortable, all facilities are in place - Staff: we have received quality support from the reception, all of our needs are fulfilled, please give them appreciation for the great service! - Breakfast: price/value was ok - Location: bit out or range for the Disney parks but there were shops nearby ie Target, Wendy's etc. I really liked it. - Pool/Bar: It was a great experience. Warm water, kind bartender, I will have good memories on this. In terms of: - Room: the only strange item was the bathroom where to setup the warm water was a bit "interesting" and for our best try -unfortunately- we have always flooded the floor, something might wromg with the shower door - Breakfast: the level of quality/niveau just ok, not much wide selection, I have missed a bit more healthy foods ie fruit salade
