Nella descrizione dell'appartamento non erano presenti le foto non del bagno, nel quale illuminazione era molto scarsa, non funzionava la luce sopra il lavandino; anche l'erogazione dell'acqua dal lavandino aveva qualche problema. Purtroppo noi abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano, in una strada, che è risultata molto comoda dal punto di vista degli spostamenti perchè vicina al centro, al treno e alla metropolitana ma rumorosa poichè l'appartamento è sopra ad un negozio di delivery che lavora fino a tarda notte e un fast food.

Janice (3/5): - The apartment is close to the train station and within walking distance of tourist attractions. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby, making it a convenient place to stay in Brussels. We booked this apartment five months in advance and the payment was deducted immediately. The apartment has one bedroom and a living room with two double beds. Four of us stayed for four nights. The building doesn't have an elevator; we stayed on the third floor, which required climbing a four-story spiral staircase. The staircase is very narrow, making it easy to slip and fall with a 24-inch suitcase. Therefore, it's not suitable for women with large suitcases. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two people, but from the first day, we were woken up by bed bug bites. In the middle of the night, we caught six bed bugs of different sizes. The next day, we asked the landlord if there was a room available, but they didn't answer and instead accused us of bringing bed bugs. We asked them to come and deal with the bed bugs, but they made us wait in the apartment until we were about to leave for our event before finally saying they would handle it that night. In the end, they changed the sheets, pillows, and comforters at our request, but the change of bedding didn't help; instead, it caused more bites on our bodies. The next day, we again asked the landlord to clean up the bugs and provide insecticide, but the landlord replied that they didn't clean the room every day. We were covered in bites, and they said they couldn't even clean the room? On the last day, they sprayed insecticide, but it didn't get rid of the bed bugs; they continued to bite us. The sofa bed in the living room was infested with bugs and mosquitoes, so we couldn't sleep there. The only workout was that the four of us girls squeezed into a double bed in another room for two nights. Even after we checked out, the landlord never sent anyone to check on us or check on our bites. We went to a nearby pharmacy to buy medicine. The pharmacist examined us and confirmed it was flea bites, prescribing antibiotic ointment.

Iván (9/5): - Estuvimos muy bien nuestra estancia, la primera noche tuvimos un problemilla contacte con Miguel y nos lo soluciono muy rápido dando solución para que pudiéramos estar cómodos, la ubicación era a muy buena al lado del centro y a 5 minutos de la estación de tren, Miguel estuvo muy atento y nos ayudó en todo lo posible En general estaba todo bien
Neeltje (8/5): Comfortable and convenient, but not the nicest street. - Reasonably close to everything, bed was ok and it had a decent kitchen. Luckily it had decent sound proofing. We were 4 stories up. The street was not the nicest street to be on. Homeless directly across the road. The winding stairs would be interesting if you had suitcases. There was very little in regards to kitchen utensils. Had to get inventive when cooking.
Šárka....... (9/5): Perfect place - Skvělá poloha blízko vlakového nádraží a blízko do centra města, v okolí je k dispozici spousta obchodů, městská doprava je také blízko. Apartmány byly čisté a vybavené vším potřebným. Hostitelé velice příjemní a vstřícní, rádi nám se vším pomohli a poradili. Měli jsme možnost uložit si na recepci kufry, než jsme odjeli později na letiště. Ulice je v noci docela rušná.

Almudena (1/5): Un horror - La ubicación El olor de las escaleras es deplorable entre humedad y water y se cuela en el apartamento. Si dejas las ventanas abiertas se cuela el olor a fritanga de la calle. Los ruidos por la noche son insoportables, la calle está llena de borrachos y gentuza que se concentran en la puerta de un mini market que está abierto toda la noche. Todo el apartamento está viejo, hay que darle un buen repaso. En la cocina no hay prácticamente nada. Con niños o personas mayores es imposible subir por esas escaleras estrechas de caracol. No tiene ascensor. Dejan mata insectos porque hay arañas.

Smrad po kanalizaciji po celem stopnišču in tudi delno v stanovanju.Ozke in zelo strme stopnice do apartmajev,ni variante,da kak starejši ali otrok biva tam.Umazano stanovanje,nič opreme v kuhinji.Premalo brisač in wc papirja.Tanka tla,hrup po celem tudi ponoči.Slab vodni pritisk.Okolica trgovine za odrasle z nazorno vsebino.Brezdomci spijo v bližini in se derejo ponoči.Smo zelo skromni popotniki,ampak to ni vredno svojega denarja in ocene.Lep pozdrav iz Ruš!

Anca (2/5): Dezastruos pentru noi , o vacanță în care nu poți să te odihnești este groaznică - Din păcate nu mi a plăcut nimic Cameră cu mobilier învechit, geamurile de foarte prosta calitate prin care se aud oamenii de pe stradă și dacă vorbesc normal deci a fost foarte mult zgomot de afară , nu ne am odihnit deloc, țevile de căldură de aud ca și cum este o bormașină în camera alăturată , plita nu am reușit să o pornim să ne gătim ceva , patul inconfortabil , mic pentru un cuplu curățenia cred ca se face doar cu clor pentru ca era în toată încăperea miros înțepător de clor , am stat la etajul 3 și a fost destul de greu de cărat bagajele pe scările înguste.

İbrahim (8/5): Çalışanların yardımseverliği ve güleryüzü için çok teşekkürler - Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlğ ve yardımseverlerdi. Her ihtiyacımızda yardım etmek için hazırlardı. Konum çok merkezi heryere yakındı. Dairenin temizliği de çok iyiydi. Merdivenlerde kötü koku vardı ama stüdyonun içinde hiç yoktu. Konum merkezi bu yüzden de biraz gürültülü. Özellikle gece geç saate kadar gençlerin bağrışmaları vardı hep

Grande cuisine et grand frigo. La rue, non adaptée pour des jeunes enfants (sexshops) Du matériel nécessiterait d'être remplacé comme le sèche serviette, le support papier toilette et le meuble de salle de bain.
DIDIER (8/5): Pas mal, quelques améliorations à faire - L'emplacement est idéal. Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas porte pour la chambre et l'impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre du fait que l'armoire soit placée devant. La salle de bain est très sombre avec une seule lumière jaune.

Phil (8/5): A great base to explore Brussels, with city centre life and transport routes on your doorstep. - The location for the city centre, and the access to the metro were excellent. The property was clean. The location on a busy thoroughfare brings some noise. However, the irritation was from the apartment above. It seemed like work was being done, meaning there was some early morning and late night sleep disturbance.

Aase (10/5): Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte og beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre for oss. - Vi bodde her i 6 netter. Leiligheten var stille og hadde alt vi trengte. Beliggenheten og prisen var det avgjørende for at vi valgte å bo her. Verten var svært imøtekommende og hjelpsom, og er lett å få tak i om det skulle være noe man lurer på. Svært fornøyd med oppholdet! Hvis det skulle være noe så må det være at sengene og putene kunne vært bedre, men jeg er svært bortskjemt når det gjelder nettopp dette.

Monica (2/5): I felt very uncomfortable in this environment not cleaned well. - The apartment has a large space dedicated to the living room, good for working and relaxing. The position is perfect to reach the center but also the station (Gare du Nord) and the Airport. The apartment was very dirty; the linens, the towels, and the bathroom were not clean. They changed the linens, but they were wet, not well dry. The sugar was not fresh. The apartment is close to the sex shop, so it is not suitable for a family with little children. For me, no problem, but if a family will stay, it could be a problem.

Proprietari super gentili, disponibili per qualsiasi aiuto e ottima comunicazione per l'arrivo in struttura. Non centra la struttura ma sconsiglio di girare la sera in città. È l'esatto opposto di Amsterdam, girano solo vagabondi.

Catherine (9/5): Appart brussels - L'emplacement est idéal, proche de tous les commerces et a1km environ de la grand place et différents musées. L'accueil est sympathique et les gérants très arrangeants. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le bruit dans la rue donnant dur les fenêtres de l'appartement, bruit de moto petaradante et sirène de police, mais peut-être était-ce une exception.
