Das Personal aus der Küche sollte nicht in privater Freizeit-Kleidung durch den Gastraum herumlaufen. Das wirkt unseriös. Ich war der einzigste Gast im Hotel.

• Agnieszka (1/5): - W miarę wygodne łózko. Wysokie ceny do warunków. Łazienka wymaga remontu zwłaszcza kabina, bateria prysznicowa, toaleta. W restauracji ciemno, ponuro jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie paskudnie. Zepsuty arbuz, dramatyczna jakość produktów. Obsługa też dramat zero uśmiechu i życzliwości od pani sprzątającej po kelnerów. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem jak nie chcecie zepsuć sobie wyjazdu. Serio nigdy więcej 🤦‍♀️

• Edward (10/5): A good overnight stay in Kėtrzyn at this hotel. - Nice classic style hotel. Everything went well with our stay there. A good spot in Kętrzyn, quite close to the lake. Very convenient parking too. Nothing we did not like.
• Peter6803 (8/5): Prima verblijf, zeker voor deze prijs. - Ruime kamer en badkamer, bij de bouw is niet op een vierkante meter gekeken. Badkamer is vrij nieuw en zeer schoon, alleen de douchekop zat niet lekker vast en de waterdruk kan beter. Ontbijt is prima, maar niet heel uitbundig. Prima geslapen, maar dat doe ik altijd wel.

• Piotr (8/5): polecam jako baza wypadowa po atrakcjach regionu - smaczne śniadania, miła obsługa, czysto, dobra lokalizacja - blisko parku z jeziorem i molo. W pobliżu kilka restauracji. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy w tym Wilczego Szańca (kwatera wojenna Hitlera) oraz Mamerek z bunkrami Wermahtu.

• Jess Skjødt (8/5): Virkelig anbefalelsesværdig - Et godt og gedigent hotel i nærheden af Wolfsschanze. Meget venligt personale. Meget rent værelse. Hyggelig by Ketzryn.

• Cornelia (8/5): - Die Ausstattung war gut, Personal bemüht und freundlich, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, können also nichts bewerten. Es war schön, in diesem abgelegenen Ort überhaupt 1 Hotel zu finden. Vielleicht kann man deshalb 1 höheren Preis verlangen? Im Verhältnis zur Lage fanden wir den Preis zu hoch. Vorher in Danzig hatten wir 1 top modernes Hotel mitten drinnen und das war ca 20 Euro günstiger.

• McFaul (5/5): - Gutes Frühstück, gute Betten,schöner kleiner Garten Im Nebenzimmer wurde gearbeitet bis 24 Uhr, dann war Schluss da ich mich beim Handwerker beschwerte. Unsere Toilette roch am nächsten Tag extrem nach Urin. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Unter diesem Zimmer wurde dann von Abend 20 Uhr bis zum nächsten Morgen 8uhr das Zimmer / Bad erneuert. Ich hatte keine Lust mehr auf eine Beschwerde. Ich bin seit 30 Jahren in Europas Hotels unterwegs,aber das habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Vriendelijk, deels Engels, deels Duits sprekend personeel. Lift aanwezig. Ruim ontbijtbuffet. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Hitler's vml. hoofdkwartier de "Wolfsschanze". Hotel ligt langs drukke weg. Hotel is nogal donker van binnen. Sfeerloos restaurant (wel goed eten!).

• Gail (10/5): - This property was very quiet. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was spotless. It was easy to park. If you are visiting the nearby parkrun it is literally opposite that.

• Steve (8/5): The Best Hotel In Ketrzyn - This is an old fashioned but very comfortable hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The food is very good although the selection, for me, anyway was quite limited - I can't stand eggs, chicken or beetroot. However for a place in the middle of nowhere the wine selection was outstanding and very reasonably priced!
