There has been alot of changes, starting with the restaurant and food. Its 100% improved. New Year's excellent food and event. Staff are always wonderful from when you walk in to when you leave. My only issue, the aircond thermostats still not working, but I'm sure it will be addressed as the management are improving everything. A lovely place to stay, good value for money, restaurant, entertainment, good facilities and lovely people. Will remain on my list of places to stay.

No handsoap at all except for the one in the bathroom but it was mostly water coming out of the dispenser (heavily watered down). No hand towels AT ALL for 3 sinks, we wanted to call reception but the phone in our room didn't work. On our second day we asked reception downstairs to have our room cleaned when we left around 11.30am, came back in the evening and the room wasn't cleaned. There was a big mouldy patch on the ceiling in the bathroom.

- imasar evans (8/5): Lovely shower - Staff are so friendly and helpful and they make us feel at home. Good size of room with a lovely shower. The hotel is clean, and the bed is comfy. Also, beautiful view of the city. We love to come back! For me, i would like to be able to walk outside, and It wasn't possible, especially since there is a mall nearby, but I have to get a taxi most of the time. Having hand towels in the room would also be nice.

Grab is also easily available. Breakfast was below average with a mix of western and local fare. The equipment in the gym was not working properly. Pool is small and not ideal for swimming. Smoking is allowed in the bar which made it unpleasant to be inside.

All staffs are kind and for long stay customers they provides many programs like trip in weekend, bar, and free breads / milks. For my room services, Melani and other staff are responsible and sometime I forgot to leave my laundry or wrongly turned on the [not to disturb] light, they would check with me through Whatsapp for my decisions. I think it is good to stay here.

- JoTravel1979 (10/5): The Best Ra Premiere Hospitality Offer for Guest.. - On 26-Jul-2025 Ra Premiere invited us guest for a day tour in Bogor Botanical Garden. It was a very nice opportunity to enjoy the nature in the heart of the city. Ra Premiere offered us a sumptuous buffet breakfast at Ra Suites. There are a lot of varieties of breakfast food to choose from and it was all delicious. After breakfast we had the opportunity to meet the guest from Ra Suites and they are all nice and friendly as well, then we headed to our destination and start the tour, the tour guide is informative and explained well the history as well as the plants available in the garden. It was at least an hour of walking which is very nice. We then proceed to take lunch which also arranged by our guest relation officer The lunch was great and I personally enjoyed it for sure all the guest enjoyed it as well. Overall the arranged tour for Ra Premiere guest is perfectly planned and organized by our very beautiful and accomodating Guest Relation Officers Ms. Jennifer Claudia and Ms. Lita Manna. Aside from the good arrangement we have received freebies as well such as shirt, pen water bottle and tote bag a very good souvenir to treasure from R Premiere. Ra Premiere Simatupang is highly recommended in case you will travel and stay in Jakarta.

The staff are very polite and are always genuinely ready to assist. Hospitality here is on another level especially the staff named "Rudy" he was very kind and accommodating.

The view of the restaurant is great the parking is very wide so motorcycle and car can park easy. All our favorite food is cook well and the drink is superb.
