• Andrew (7/5): Good but not perfect - Good location, Lack of crockery, only 2 mugs, only one saucepan and 1 frying pan so limited on self catering side. Grill pan was dirty so wouldn’t use it. Appeared previous occupants pinched batteries out of TV remote so had to purchase some. Sofa bed not very comfortable to sit on .

• Matt (6/5): Ok location if you don’t mind a walk, very noisy - Spacious, clean No noise insulation between apartments, the walls appeared to be made of cardboard. Could hear every noise from the corridors, doors and all the other apartments including very loud music.

Very friendly staff Kitchen could have been better equipped, we had no saucepans or oven trays for self catering and only the basic 3 of everything else cutlery and crockery

• JULIE (8/5): - Apartment was great, couldn't fault it it. Parking is very tight. Luckily we managed to park up but struggled.
• Diana (8/5): Overall it was a pleasant experience. - Unfortunately although I arrived during reception hours, the receptionist had left early and I didn't receive the email about self-check-in until the day after my arrival. Moreover, the studio I found myself in on the first night had used carpets with stains all over them and no hot water or heating...so I couldn't shower after a long trip....and the view of the rubbish bins and car park! However, I was well compensated by Angelica, who made sure to give me a lovely studio on the first floor the next day...and took off the first nights payment.....which I very much appreciated and I enjoyed my stay there from then on...the staff helped me as far as possible with taxi bookings and so forth...no complaints about that. The bed and the kitchen facilities and the view over the garden, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the manager and her assistant.

• SARAH (9/5): Excellent place to stay, especially for more than a night or two. - This property is amazing, clean, spacious, a TV in the lounge and bedroom, all you need in a full size kitchen including dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. There was some tea and coffee, and some milk sachets in the fridge. It was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, with sheets that fit the bed and dont pull out for being too small. Huge, fluffy towels in the bathroom and hooks on backs of doors for robes/towels. Also it was incredibly quiet. The hot water was not hot enough for me, I like it very hot, you wouldnt be able to run a bath and keep it hot, but it was ok for a ahower for my partner,

• Julie (10/5): Excellent Excellent on every level! I could have stayed there for a week! - It was an excellent apartment! Everything was perfect from the lovely friendly staff greeting us to entering a lovely clean and warm apartment. The lighting was brilliant for getting ready & there was everything you needed for a comfortable nights stay. The bed was very comfortable too. I absolutely loved it & will definitely be staying there again. 10 min walk into the centre. They also had a secure & safe car park within the building too for an overnight fee of just £15 . Would highly recommend Saco ! ! Nothing could be better about it!

• Mudiaga (8/5): - The heating works, some apartment have poor heating, we did travel with our just in case its one of those kind of apartments, but thankfully it wasn't. Thanks amazing The moment I stepped into the flat, I could actually perceive pee smell, not the host' fault there might have been previous guest who must have engaged in funny activities that may have left a mucky smell in the room that wasnt detectable at first

• Katie (10/5): Lovely place to stay, spacious accommodation and very helpful staff. - The property was very clean and spacious, close to the city centre and the Rock City venue. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. There was nothing we didn’t like. It’s a 20 minute uphill walk from the railway station but an uber was about 6 quid if you didn’t fancy the walk.

• McCann (9/5): A great bargain stay. - Whilst it was a good spacious bathroom. The shower over the bath was a little dated and the sealant around the bath was black with mould in places. The bathroom door needed oiling as it squeaked horrendously. Apart from above very little.
• Nigel (10/5): Great location for Rock City events with everything we needed, supported by great staff. - Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Room had everything we needed and more - there was even a washing machine! The accommodation was a short walk from the Rock City, which is where we were going. Much cheaper than the city centre hotels and had lounge, kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom was immaculate. Parking spaces were a little awkward as we were left with the hardest spaces to get into, but £15 per night in Nottingham is great value for a secure, on-site parking facility. This is a very minor point and still gets top marks from us.
• Alison (9/5): Excellent. - What's not to like? Excellently located in Nottingham - walking distance to the centre of town - the apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a livingroom and a fully equiped kitchen. The staff were very helpful and even took the trouble to alert us quickly to a forgotten suitcase. Thank you for that! Highly recommended.

• Cathyrn (2/5): Would not recommend. - It was spacious. Staff were friendly on greeting. Difficult to find, sat nav did not take us to the location. Room key was activated against another room, when I went downstairs to raise this issue the staff had already left for the evening (6pm). There was supposed to be 24 hour telephone support but when we called the number it rang inside the locked office and no one picked up. There was only one other room on our floor so we tried the key and it worked on the other apartment and people were clearly staying in there. We had to search through our emails to find a number to help us - this was not listed on the information at the locked reception. When we got into our apartment the fittings and fixtures felt very cheap and not fit for purpose. When we tried to open the sofa bed the back fell off and the mattress were of very low quality so we shared a bed with our children to avoid using it. The issues getting into the apartment made us late for the event we had travelled to Nottingham to see.

• Ryan (9/5): - Property was exactly expected, clean and comfortable. Location was utterly fantastic for our purpose whilst giving us towns of options for exploration in our downtime. Bedroom was a bit cold even with the heating on and turned up. Rest of the house was unaffected but ultimately it didn't disturb our stay.
• Anya (9/5): Lovely apartment - The whole vibe of the apartment was modern and we loved the open plan lounge/kitchen diner. Thoughtful touches and soft furnishings. We didn't use the sofa bed but it was so comfy to sit on. Very easy walk to city centre, about 7-10 minutes and even walked to Motorpoint which is only 20 minute walk away. Being so central means not having to use car or public transport. Great value for money, for a very central location £106 per night is amazing for what you get. Lovely bathroom and bath, luxury wash and soap provided. Kitchen fully equipment with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle. Very nicely decorated. My only critique would be, this is more a personal request, is during colder months it would be nice for a fleece blanket to be provided in each room. I slept well/didn't wake up through night, but the mattress was firmer than my personal preference. As said this won't be an issue for everyone, we all have different preferences.

Aklso liked how quiet and warm the apartment was, especially in the freezing wind at this time of year. Found the lift to be dodgy, slow, and the call button did not seem to work half the time. The communal bathroom with a shower was cramped, with barely enough room between the toilet and the shower entrance, and the shower had a drainage issue.

• Alina (6/5): Clean and good location, but old bathroom! - Property was clean and location was great as close to the Christmas market. The bathroom was very outdated, nothing like the pictures seen when booking this. The flat was on lower ground floor so it feels like you are basically in the basement, it is cold and I had to keep the blinds down constantly. I feel like the pictures should reflect how the property is.

Short walk to city centre and sites. Nothing much. One blind was not working properly. Entrance to the car park is narrow but do-able.

For some reason there was a (locked) door between the living rooms which let a lot of noise through, we could hear spoken conversations and their TV clearly into the night.

• Amy (10/5): Great weekend stay - Really nice apartment with lots of space for chilling out after wandering around Nottingham. The kitchen was nice, we only stayed 2 nights so we didn't use it much, but it had everything we needed. The bed was big and comfy and the staff were very friendly. We arrived late on the Friday after check in hours but managed to get into our apartment with no problems 😊

The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in, nice and big The only thing I would suggest that needs improving is the sofa bed, my brother slept on it and he said the pole in the middle sticks up a bit so it wasn’t the comfiest. • David (6/5): Overall it was good. But we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. - Good location - close to the middle of town and where we needed to be in Nottingham. The welcome by reception was great and were really apologetic about not having a parking in the building - I didn’t mind. Really. One really annoying thing is the noise. Like a pump or a bathroom fan constantly buzzing all the time. It stopped me from sleeping. Bring some ear plugs and you’ll be OK. We were there in a biblical storm, but even so, the windows need to be maintained and or replaced in the room we stayed in.

Staff extremely polite and very communicative Only issue I have is the shower in Apt 22 was very poor hot water pressure and when I tried to adjust it went freezing cold.
