As it is a long term stay hotel, it has surprising things like a kitchenette with a full size fridge and a big comfortable recliner. Everything was acceptable to nice and the staff were burley and friendly. Nothing, everything was fine.

• Michael (10/5): Pretty simple, basic fantastic pet policy free parking can’t beat it right location in Bend pretty safe area - This place is pretty basic. It has all of your essential needs not any of the bells and whistles, but that’s totally fine. It has a nice view from the parking lot of the mountains. The best part about this place is the parking is absolutely free which every hotel around the area you have to pay for parking which is so terrible so we like that in the staff is really nice. My wife was having some medical issues and the staff let her checked in like really early. I think maybe like before noon or something like that was real crazy but they were so nice to do that so my wife could be more comfortable until I could get home for work, but yeah if you’re looking for something really basic and not compromising too much on quality. This is your place and of course I really like their pet policy. It’s not like really outrageous to bring your pets so that’s another huge plus too so yeah I can’t say enough. Good things about my place. Just pretty simple and straightforward. I honestly really can’t think of anything

Rooms are spotless, cooking facilities in the room are just what you need. Ask at the front desk for all cooking/eating utensils. We brought some of our own and used their pots/pans. • ZmanJames (10/5): “Perfect setup for multi-day Bend trips” - I stayed here while in Bend for outdoor recreation and work, and it ended up being a great setup for a multi-day trip. The room had a full-size fridge, stovetop, and microwave, which made it easy to cook and reset between long days out. I also appreciated having a table and chair that actually worked as a workspace for editing and planning. On-site laundry and 24/7 coffee were a big plus, especially when staying for more than a night. The location was another highlight — right across from restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater, and there’s a scenic walkway along the river nearby that’s great for unwinding after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall experience made traveling through Bend easy and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable place to stay in Bend.

• Olivia (9/5): Would stay again. - Great location to Old Mill District—just a short walk away. Super clean and spacious room. The pillows were all really firm and overstuffed. We were given a room right next to a family with a toddler and baby who cried very late at night and early in the morning. While not the fault of the hotel, there weren’t that many guests so they could have spaced out the guest more.

• Cheryll (9/5): Great stay. - this has become my go-to hotel in Bend, for both affordability, convenience, and guest services. Having a kitchenette allows me to save money on eating out, and there's a convenient laundry room as well. The staff is the friendliest, most helpful staff I've found at any hotel. ethernet service hasn't been working on my last few visits. Wifi can be difficult to connect to, but that's no biggy, I think we could all use a break from it. The telephones in the room can be hit or miss as far as working or not.

Every time I walked into the lobby someone was cleaning the floors; way to stay on top of it! Neighborhood convenient. Loved having a bathtub for soaking. Tv with many channels. Sound from other rooms, especially upstairs, could be pretty loud and unfortunately, as many times as I've stayed here, I'm never able to procure a top floor room. Perhaps they could somehow adjust the doors into the rooms so that they don't slam shut so loudly. Would love if the weekly/monthly rates were lower.

• Cheryll (8/5): nice stay - Small lobby area with a coffee/tea station, and tv. 24 hr front desk is nice as well, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was more than I expected; comfortable, very clean, and a useful small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. I really liked that they had the extra thoughtful touch of supplying (if you ask) an ethernet cable if you don't use wifi. The location is good, within a super short walking distance to the Old Mill shopping area (across the street) and with a bit longer of a walk (maybe a mile) to the Box Factory shopping/dining and grocery store (market of choice); handy for stocking the kitchen. After recently visiting Japan, where for some reason they lock all stair access (thinking fire risk?), I appreciated that this hotel kept theirs open for use so that one can utilize that instead of the elevator if you'd like. Of course it doesn't have the 'frills' of free breakfast, gym, pool/hot tub, etc, but it was priced accordingly. The internet was difficult to access, kept cutting off and requiring one to try to get it rekindled. If you want a no-frills stay for a comfortable place in a good location, this is it.

It's close to lots of restaurants, parking is easy, wifi is fast, the room was clean, and the staff are friendly. I was especially impressed with Corey, who checked us in. He was very welcoming and personable. We had a room on the west side of the building with a great view of the mountains. The kitchens in the rooms don't have any plates, cups, etc. in them but you can ask for those items at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again. The mattress probably needs to be replaced. It dipped in the middle so I felt like I was sleeping on a slight slope.

• Cheryll (8/5): good stay - I stayed here recently and liked it enough to stay here again when I got back to town. It's convenient, very clean, staff is helpful, the room stays warm without the heater even in the winter, and it has a kitchen with stove to prepare meals. Tea in the lobby is a nice touch. The walls are pretty thin; didn't bother me on my last stay but the second time there were some pretty loud partiers. I'd love to see some herbal tea selections in the room and lobby.

We love the option to cook our own food in the room or to order goodies and forgotten necessities from the lobby store. There’s a full kitchen but no utensils, plates or cooking pots. Had to go out and buy these items so I could cook my own dinner in the room

• Philip (10/5): Love Bend and My Home made it a very nice stay. - The property was clean and well maintained. Coffee being fresh 24 hrs was a great addition. An exercise room might be nice but not a big deal.

Locals who grew up in Bend . The hotel was extremely clean , one of the tidiest we’ve visited . And that stands out today among other declining properties . Location is convenient walking distance to the River , shops , Hayden Homes , Deschutes Brewery and more

• Dan (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and great location for a longer stay - My wife and I stayed for three nights in late September for a fishing trip. The room was nice and quiet, very comfortable, and clean. Since they don't offer breakfast, it was great to have the full kitchen available. We brewed coffee and microwaved egg/sausage sandwiches every morning. We brought our own but if you request it, the hotel does offer to bring you something similar for $7.49 per person. The location is excellent, just about a mile from the main downtown Bend area and very close to the highway. Will definitely stay here again.
