Os banheiros precisam ser remodelados com urgência, o chuveiro quando posicionado fixo na parede jogava água fora do boxe e era necessário segurar o chuveirinho para tomar banho.

• Antoine (5/5): - Petit hôtel de charme très soigneusement décoré, nous avons adoré son style, le patio avec l'escalier central desservant les chambres tout autour du bâtiment ainsi que la décoration de la chambre. Le personnel était très sympathique et réactif pour répondre à nos demandes dont je parlerai plus bas. Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour, il était très bon et copieux. Également la proximité avec les palais de Sintra et la station balnéaire de Praia das Maçãs. Malheureusement dès l'entrée dans la chambre nous avons constaté de gros problèmes d'humidité : murs cloqués (peinture et enduit qui se décolle) + odeur de moisi très présente et désagréable. Souhaitant prendre une douche, nous avons constaté que l'eau était marron, nous avons prévenu la réception qui nous a indiqué qu'il fallait faire couler l'eau car la chambre n'avait pas été utilisée depuis longtemps. Effectivement au bout d'environ 30 minutes l'eau est revenue claire. L'état de propreté de la chambre était aussi très décevant, beaucoup de poussière et de peluches au sol. Ce manque d'entretien n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 3* et n'est pas en adéquation avec le prix payé pour cette nuit d'hôtel.

• Gil (1/5): Um péssimo sítio para dormir com uma mulher grávida - Do funcionário do hotel da Ericeira Tudo começou na primeira noite em que antes de sair de casa telefonei a informar a hora em que chegaria. O funcionário nesse dia disse que não iria estar presente mas iria deixar as instruções. No seguimento disto a meio do caminho voltei a contatar o hotel e atendeu o colega da Ericeira. A dizer que tinha sido o outro colega que tinha deixado tudo pronto. Chegamos ao hotel eu e a minha mulher (grávida, pois tinha informado o hotel que a minha mulher estava grávida) entramos o cartão estava em cima da mesa preta mas não abria o quarto 111 número do quarto escrito no cartão. Liguei prontamente ao número do hotel e atendeu novamente o funcionário da Ericeira, em que disse para voltar a tentar, tentamos voltamos a tentar e nenhuma porta se abriu. Ou seja iria ficar na rua com uma mulher grávida e o colega da Ericeira nada conseguiu fazer pois ninguém da própria empresa atendeu-lhe o telefone. No final tive de fazer mais 30 minutos de viagem. Digam lá se não foi uma ótima experiência??? Para melhorar a funcionaria do hotel disse que tinha falado com a chefia e que iria ser reembolsado que até ao momento támbem não aconteceu... Quando ouvirem falar desta cadeia fujam e não vão lá...

Um sossego para dormir, se você quer aproveitar os pontos de Sintra e ao final do dia ter tranquilidade para curtir, essa escolha certa. Cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho, tudo bastante limpo. O atendimento foi ótimo de todos os colaboradores, ponto alto para Ju que nos deu dicas super bacanas. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar!

• Gerhard (8/5): - Die WOTs sind eine Mischung aus Jugendherberge und Hotel. Die Atmosphäre ist locker, die Ausstattung einfacher. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht Englisch. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend abwechslungsreich und sollte für jeden etwas bereitstellen (Joghurt, Müsli, verschiedene Brote, Kuchen, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Schinken, Rührei, Säfte, Heißgetränke).

• Laura (8/5): - The rooms with balcony have a view over the beautiful garden. It is such a nice place where you can enjoy your coffee after breakfast in the sun (in March it was perfect, maybe in summer it's quickly too hot?) We came with two little children. On the photos on booking we saw a little children's corner in the common room with toys. When we arrived, it was not there. But when we asked the staff they set it up for us. Thanks so much! So if it is missing, make sure you ask for it! The rooms are quite small, but okay. The decoration is very nice but you can see that everything is a bit older already - squeaking wardrobe doors, plaster coming of the walls ar balcony rails, some spots at the shower need some reparations/deep clean. The choice of the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing - every day 100 % the same and only scrambled eggs (coming from a tetra pack).

• Catarina (4/5): Je recommanderais pas. - La salle de bain n’était pas en très bon état, mais sinon, c’était propre. Les rideaux n’étaient pas de bonne qualité : la lumière passait à travers et il n’y avait ni store ni volets. Concernant l’acceptation du chien, j’ai payé 15 euros, ce que j’ai trouvé assez cher. Le comble de l’ironie, c’est que j’avais écrit à l’établissement à ce sujet et ils m’avaient répondu que les animaux étaient toujours les bienvenus. Or, en réalité, ils sont simplement tolérés. À aucun moment ils ne m’ont informée que mon chien ne serait pas accepté au petit-déjeuner avec nous. Je ne serais jamais venue dans cet hôtel si j’avais su que j’aurais dû la laisser seule dans la chambre, surtout que c’est son premier voyage et qu’elle n’a que 5,5 mois. C’est un tout petit chien, qui n’aboie pas, et qui a même une cage de transport. Pourtant, même dans sa cage, elle a été refusée. Soi-disant, elle aurait pu déranger les autres clients, alors que, vu l’insonorisation, nous n’avons pas dormi après 7h à cause d’un bébé juste à côté qui pleurait, et des parents qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit en jouant avec lui. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

• Elena (10/5): Perfect getaway - We stayed at this cute hotel a few times and love it every time. Friendly staff, great breakfast and great location with easy access to the beaches and to Sintra.

Good location and available parking. Some of the staff were really nice and advised great places for us to have some dinner. Breakfast was really not great, especially for 12 euro per person. We had to drive somewhere else the second day to have breakfast. A lot of little things were falling apart: no power outlet cover in the bathroom (not very safe?), parts of the shower cabin were loose, rusty water was going from the shower for a while.
