- Diana (2/5): - This Budget Inn is no longer a hotel. I made reservations in May for a 2 night stay for July 26 and 27. When I arrived I was met by a family living in it who told me it was being remodeled as studio apartments and no longer a hotel. I had to seek out another hotel.
- Sally (4/5): - It was a dive. The floor had new flooring, otherwise it was old and extremely outdated.

- Alan (2/5): Bad Plan - It had a bad odor, the curtains were bath towels, there was some kind of pipe that looked like some sort of unit going through the shower. I thought it was awl place. Not at all what the pictures show.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible but friendly staff - The comforter had something red and hard on it. The trash can was dirty with no bag. The refrigerator didnt work and was moldy. The microwave was old and dirty on the inside. The sheets were full of lint and hair.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible!! Dirty and disgusting! - I have stayed at many budget friendly places in several countries and this is by far the most uncleanly place I have ever seen!!! Some hairs and some stains on the linens are to be expected but this was unacceptable. Dirty & dusty. Lots of hair! Mold on the shower certain and in the heater/air conditioner. The place needs a major deep clean!
- Stephen (2/5): - Representative called us as we had not arrived at the property on the evening of our check in date. Explained we were running late due to snow storm which they insisted on getting an arrival time from us, which shouldn't matter as they advertise 24/7 front desk, (this is one of the reasons we booked here). I advised that we should arrive around 11pm, which the rep said if no one is there, call the number on the door. As we pull up a little after expected, we see 3 police officers interacting with occupants ultimately arresting one of them that looked like she was definitely on drugs. We also see the office is closed and call the number listed on the door which no one answered as well as called the number that the rep called from and also no answer. The following day I see that they charged me for no show which i called them again but no answer as well as reached out to Expedia who also reached out to them with no response as well so I ultimately disputed the charge (sorry Expedia if this hits you Expedia but I tried) They need to either update their front desk hours or make sure someone is there as stated so people don't arrive in the middle of the night and end up paying triple the amount for one night at another location as I did.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Motel was clean, but in need of updates in bathrom. A very good value for the money rather than the high priced chains. Supposed to have a free breakfast and at least coffee which were not available. Office was locked at 7:30 a.m. so no morning coffee.
- James (4/5): - The Orbitz ad clearly stated a breakfast was provided. I made my non-refundable payment...and there is no breakfast. Also Wifi doesn't work. And the front desk charged me a $50 incidental fee, to be refunded if there is no room damage; also another payment for the room charge. I will be watching my credit card charges.

- Brenda (2/5): Do not stay here so bad! - To start I didn’t expect the Radisson but did not expect just how bad it was. So frustrated we ended up packing the car back up within 5 minutes of being in the room. Was traveling with my daughter and three granddaughters on a girls trip and was checking in late and planning to check out early so just needed beds. To start the room reeked but then upon pulling the bedspreads back it got worse from there. One bedspread had a burn hole about the size of a quarter. The sheets literally looked like they had been slept in as they were not nicely tucked but instead quite messy. Then the granddaughters found a dead bug on the floor literally about 4 inches long. It was green but did not look like a grasshopper. That freaked them out. They instantly started crying scared to death. A towel over the window was the only window covering. Opened a drawer to find a spider crawling which also didn’t help. The shower ( no tub) had black along the bottom edges and I didn’t even want to know what that was. We only sat in the beds while we evaluated the situation and could tell they were so cheap and uncomfortable. Plus one bed had mis-matched bedding. One silk pillowcase and the other pillow a regular pillowcase. As a grandma, there was no way I could expect my granddaughters to sleep there as all we could think of was bed bugs, so we packed up and went down the street to the Best Western. Unfortunately I did not get photos as we just wanted out of there!

The shower was filthy and the curtain was an old disposable picnic table cloth held on to the rod by twisted wires. The staff was clueless and hard to reach and of no help. We left.

- Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay for - Very tired room - not updated at all. Minimal decor, no WiFi and tv didn’t work. Surprisingly hot and good shower pressure compared to what one would think because of the rest of the room.
- Kofi (2/5): A horrible experience. - This was a horrible experience. The shower drain got clogged and I told the staff about it in the morning. When I came back from work, they met me outside and told me that they couldn’t fix it until the following day. Then they asked me if I wanted to stay there and take my shower in a different room or if I wanted to move into a different room all. I didn’t want to move all my stuff into a dorm room and check out in the morning so I agreed to stay in the room for the night and take my shower somewhere else. But when I entered the room I was shocked. In the attempt to unclog it, it got worse: all the nasty water from underground came up into the restroom and it stank like gutter.I have never seen anything darker than that water. So, knowing that, they shouldn’t have asked me if I wanted to stay therein; they should have offered me another room right away. That was disrespectful on their part. So I went to the office and asked them to give me a different room, which they did. Later on I nearly threw up because of all that nasty stuff that Breathed in while taking my luggage out of the room. That was a very horrible experience. I wouldn’t wish that on anybody else.

There were mice scurrying accross the laminate floor fighting over food from a previous occupant. The property was gracious enough to refund me for the rest of the nights after i stopped staying there the first night.

- Renea (2/5): - Rooms not ready after check in time. Room not actually in motel, but a separate bldg behind it. No peep hole, no window to outside. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Someone was pounding on the door after midnight with no staff around to even answer the phone.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Skip the hassle - Our check-in experience was disappointing. Check in is between 3 pm and 10 pm. When we arrived at 4 pm nobody was at the front desk. I called their number and a lady eventually came to the desk. She said they were not quite ready to check us in yet. She asked us to return in 30 min. Having plans we left temporarily. We returned to town around 9:30 pm and called in advance to give them notice we would be checking in. Nobody answered the phone. I called multiple times. When we arrived nobody was at the front desk, yet again. I used the phone hanging outside the office and dialed the number listed for assistance. Nobody answered that either. Finally a man came out of one of the rooms and asked if we needed help. I explained the situation and he called a motel staff to help us. A woman eventually came to the front desk to check us in. She apologized for the inconvenience and waived our pet fees. When we got to the room we discovered no towels or habd soap in the bathroom. One of the two beds was only partially made and appeared slept in. Too tired to bother, we did not contact the front desk yet again. The rest of the stay was fine. We tried to go into the front office to ask for towels and soap, but it was locked despite the hours been advertised on the window as 10 am to 10 pm. I called and asked about towels. The second night of our stay our child was sick and she brought us clean linens. Checkout was me dropping the key in the box, as nobody was in the office, yet again.

Asked for king bed, got two queens, flies buzzing all night, no vacuuming- carpets were very worn and not clean. No continental breakfast- doors to lobby were still locked at 8 a.m.

The receptionist was a nice lady but high on drugs and could hardly string sentences together. To say the place was dirty and filthy is an understatements. From the smell of the room, to the filthy flooring to the disgusting bathroom, wallpaper peeling and clothes rack falling off the wall, I can't believe the city hasn't shut this place down. We ended up leaving after midnight after we called reception and no-one answered. Expedia refunded us after we moved to a different hotel. I've never seen such a dump for a hotel

- Verified traveler (4/5): Clean but not well maintained - This hotel was very clean and appearance however not very well maintained the light fixture was falling from the ceiling and hanging by two wires parts were in the bathtub and it didn't work at all there was no way to light the bathroom in order to use it there were no soaps available in the room and when I went to the office it was locked with only a drop box for key return.

- Paul (2/5): Run fast and don’t waist your time. - First off when I arrived at the location I was met by nobody for over 20 mins inside the stinky office area, this was approximately 11pm. Once the office personnel arrived they reached into a bucket of keys pulled out a key from about 30 keys and said your room is over there. The key they gave me did not work. Walked back to office again waited over 15 mins, could not find anyone again. I left the key on the counter and left and checked into another hotel down the road.

Had to ask for another room and the same thing except no back door unlocked ( was not one ), no microwave, bathroom was even worse than the last room, & he had me take a microwave from another room not him bring me one. Me and another coworker checkout a day ahead of our scheduled check out time. When we asked to get our refund for the one night & for not staying for the complete schedule reservation, he refused and told us that if we had paid in cash, he would refund us. Since we paid credit card, that it took away from someone else who could stay in those rooms instead of us ( meaning limited the motel’s vacancy ) I will never stay there again & would never recommend this place to anyone.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - We checked in very late address was wrong on Expedia. Staff that checked us in was friendly. Only thing good about this place! Room was not clean, bed was old. When the bathroom light was turned on the breaker popped. Towels were like sandpaper. Old used soap on the shower floor. We were so tired is the only reason we stayed the 5 hours we did.

- Dale (2/5): - Got there and even tho we had a confirmation number for the reservation, the very rude women at the desk told us that it was not valid and that the hotel was full. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel

- Neal (4/5): - Two towels, two washcloths. No coffee. No continental breakfast. No hair dryer. No access to a toaster. No coffee maker available. Older motel in need of some upgrades. Electrical outlets not very accessible for CPAP use. Window A/C unit musty and noisy. I would opt for a different motel next time. Clean.
- Veronica (2/5): Uninhabitable Room! - Our room was disgusting!!! There was mold in the corner of the ceiling, chairs was so stained & discolored I wouldn’t even put my bag on it, let alone sit!! When we looked at the beds (smoke free room) there were cigarette burns in the bedding, large stains that were god knows what and the room smelled musty & moldy. Upon arriving we had set our stuff in the room and went to grab something eat. Unfortunately, when we returned is when we noticed all of these disturbances. When I called to ask for another room the receptionist was extremely rude and said she would give me half a refund as I didn’t call right away. Once I got to the office she informed me that I would not get any money back as I hadn’t told her that I had brought my other under age daughter with. And if wanted I could call back the next day as she would “talk to her manager.” When I called again she was extremely unpleasant and said “NO” I would get get any refund. Her manager said maybe I should go and read the reviews....
- Jordan (8/5): Simple and clean - Simple, but clean. 4 week stay for work, no issues. Nothing glitzy but it'll get the job done.
- Amy (2/5): DONT STAY HERE! - The room was filthy. The matresses were old and thin. The lamp was broken. The only thing that worked well was the air conditioner.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The rate was great. We only needed a clean place to sleep. The front desk person was off and had locked the door for 30 minutes. This happened to coincide with when I and another guest we trying to check in at about 6 pm. The snow in front of the rooms on one wing of the facility was plowed two foot high. This required us to walk around an icy patch just to get to an access point. Maybe this was an issue because they were booked full and these were overflow rooms.
- Thomas (4/5): Low budget no promised breakfast - Definitely a budget place. Placard in lobby said “Light Breakfast 7:00-9:30” but when I came in at 8:30 nothing was there. “Oh I had it out but nobody came so I out it away”, said the proprietor in here bare feet. Not acceptable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The word dirty is not enough when I describe the room, the front office attendant was rude and very unprofessional. If you’re on the road and need a place, pick somewhere well known instead of this horrific place!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - My bed sheets were stained (if not dirty) and there was a newspaper between the sheets. They had the sheets changed with a sheet with a hole the size of a plum. My daughter's need had what appeared to be a huge booger between her sheets. Hand towels were not provided, there was a trick to using the heater, i never did figure out how to turn on the fridge and I had to wait to check in due to a note on the door that said they'd be back on 15 minutes. After several minutes of waiting, we tried the door and a worker came out and apologized. Apparently she had forgotten to take down the sign and unlock the door, so we were waiting for nothing. Also the "light" breakfast was an absolute joke. Fail

We were tired, hungry, and very disappointed with our stay at this Budget Inn.The other reviews said it too. We wish we would of listened, but give most places the benefit of the doubt. YUCK! is all we can say. Sorry!

- Verified traveler (2/5): Find somewhere else to stay - Stayed here one night and was frankly disgusted by the state of the room... numerous stains on the carpet, stains on the box spring (I was afraid to look at the mattress itself) unpainted plaster repairs on the walls... etc. These are just the more egregious of the issues. On a positive note, the water and electricity worked.

- J (4/5): - Linens were worn/stained, bathroom sink leaks and looks like it's about to fall off of the wall, room is in general state of disrepair... Had everything we needed though. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Plugins did not work the fridge was not working. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I do not recommend this place at all. The one and only good part was checking in they were friendly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Overall it was a disappointing stay, the wifi did not work in my room, the room and lobby had a unique odour, and there was no breakfast as per the advertisement. Lastly, the advertised price outside the motel was less then online but they would move on the price.
