- Marius (9/5): - It was very noisy at night from people talking loudly outside and banging from a nearby mechanic shop until after 10 pm on a week night. The noise from people talking, moving around, using bathrooms and babies crying in the other rooms was very audible. Otherwise a great spot, very clean and lovely staff.

Our room was smack against a car park. Richmond is odd. Close to the park but no charm at all. Would have preferred to stay in Nelson.

Great location and staff. - The location was perfect for our stay, nice and central with everything you need a short drive or walk away. The communal area was right outside our room and was a bit rowdy with people dining and drinking in the courtyard.

The property was impossible to find. It sets off the road and the parking lot is on a different street nest to a butcher shop and second-hand store. The place was not clean and I definitely would not stay there again.

I think this was the 5th time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back again next year. We got the breakfast for the first time this year, and it was great! Perfect for feeding us. Nothing. I've never had any issues staying here.

- Robyn & Euan (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location and room exceeded our expectations. Thank you - The location was perfect for our stay to explore the Richmond area. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. Parking behind the studies was great and made it easy to come and go during the day. Lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants in the street made life very easy for all meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property. For smokers, it would be good to have an ashtray or rubbish bin in the carpark - which is the only area available to smoke. But nowhere to dispose of waste.

- Goadby (10/5): A lovely little oasis in the middle of town with fabulous staff and really clean and comfy - Location was great with free parking. Tucked away and nice and quiet and especially liked the little courtyard right in the middle with the beautiful tree and birdlife. Only thing was the security light outside our room going on and off. Even though blackout curtains it was quite bright.
