- MANUEL (8/5): - Conveniente

- Abdulaiziz (8/5): Good hotel - Hotel it’s small but cozy everything it’s nice and clean maybe they can have AC on the common area but I really didn't used it , bed are a little too hard but that’s only because I’m used to softest mattress.
- Elizabeth (6/5): - The AC does not work half of the time and when it does it does not cool - i was sweating in my room and there are no windows so it feels suffocating. Other then that, the rooms are spacious and friendly staff. The locating is ok not ideal to walk out by yourself.
- Bruno (8/5): - Clean and austere property. Good for Expo visits, not much more to do around there. Neighborhood not great at night.
- Guadalupe (10/5): - Love this place very clean
- SHANE (8/5): - The hotel and staff are great. Very clean and friendly. Bathrooms need a fan for ventilation though. Not a walkable area outside, but you can easily take an Uber or get delivery.

- Alex (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable room.
- Diana (10/5): the hotel felt private and we experienced little to no noise, very good sleep - the property is located on a private road, little to no noise at night, very close to Expo Guadalajara, the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel is new, clean and peaceful. not too many rooms so the noise level is considerably low bathroom a bit too small

- Jesus Arturo (10/5): Great hotel for business travel. - Cristy checked me in and she was super friendly. She did a great job explaining the hotel and the areas to eat at within walking distance.
The room was big and the bed was large and comfortable. Great clean open room. Free parking and WIFI. Very safe and secure.
I will be returning for future business trips.
- Patricia (4/5): - I SIGHTED SHEETS AND TOWELS
Person in charge without COMMON sense.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Televisión de paga - Estaría bien tener televisión de paga, alguna aplicación para smart tv
- Edgar (10/5): Agradable estancia - Un buen lugar para quedarse y a un excelente precio.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel with updated rooms. Staff were very nice and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I made this reservation last minute due to travel changes. Very impressed with the hotel it is not a huge one, but quiet, clean and in a perfect location. All of the staff is very friendly and trustworthy. Despite despite having signs relinquishing responsibility for forgotten items I was able to retrieve my iPad which was accidentally left in the room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is quaint, clean, and it's located in a residential neighborhood. The staff was super helpful and explained things well from check-in to checking out. The only thing I didn't care for was my bed mattress was a bit hard for my taste, and not enough comfy blankets. The room was small but clean. For my one night stay, it was good enough.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very quiet location & easy access. Definitely recommend
- Luis (10/5): - Very friendly staff and nice rooms.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, quiet; staff respectful. Personalized service.
- rick (10/5): - 3 years old and still looks NEW VERY firm beds may not appeal to all was fine for us . 12 or 13 rooms great design state of the art building
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Hotel - Great service
- Danny (4/5): - Small hotel modern looks. However, the rooms are very small, the beds are horrible very hard might as well sleep on the floor, the television would turn off by it self due to no signal couple of times they cleaned the room but forgot to replace towels and other basic necessities
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Second time at this hotel, location is perfect for the Book Fair. We will keep staying here when we visit Guadalajara
- neela (8/5): Perfect - Our third stay there... we loved it
I would love to suggest bigger towels
- Ricardo (10/5): - Had a great stay, comfortable and pleasant
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. However, the continental breakfast was light and did not have many options. Also, rooms have no drawers, minimal storage space.
- Gary (8/5): - I would like refrigerator. Bathrooms small, but good counter space. Very modern, rooms a little small
- Donverch (8/5): - It’s pretty new and clean... friendly zone, safe zone.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was perfect , facility, costumer service, cleanliness it was a bit far from air port than expected, location looks a bit bad but it was perfect, calm and easy access..
- Joel (10/5): - Very secure hotel, friendly staff, family friendly and modern luxurious style.
- david (8/5): Perfect for a layover - Really nice and clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice people. Maybe best for layovers, a place to crash while waiting for your flight.
- Jorge (10/5): - Excelente Lugar, limpio, seguro, muy bien precio y atencion, el desayuno es sencillo. Pienso regresar.me gusto.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was incredibly helpful, it could be a little cleaner, but overall very confortable.
- John (10/5): Comfortable and Affordable Hotel in Guadalajara - This is a wonderful little hotel. It is run by locals, which is great. Excellent breakfast and charming lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast offerings include fresh fruit and excellent coffee. It also has very helpful staff who are all bilingual. It is within walking distance of several large hotels, so their lobby areas could potentially be used for meetings as well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean, the staff were very friendly.
Easy to check in and get settled . I would definitely stay there again.
- Jaire (8/5): - Good Hotel, clean, spacious, but the walls are too thin and you can hear everything is happening next door. Beds are sooo hard.
- BR (8/5): - Room was very clean, hotel is small(ordered towels and got them fast) energy efficient building.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Intermoda 2019 - Business stay for 5 days, nice hotel, breakfast choices need to improve.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is an excellent value. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff is great. The tile floor was in need of better cleaning but not terrible. The included continental breakfast is basic but functional.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Next to expo and close to luxury hotels and at half the price. Close to everything, entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Loved the e onomical price. Walls are a lttle this. But would stay here in a heartbeat again
- Rabei (10/5): - Nothing But family , and also is Ideal for who’s looking for , peace and security
- Rosa M (8/5): - Very thin walls
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place. Aceptable interior a bit noisy so you will hear whatever the neighbors do. No fridge or ice machine
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice hotel with excellent service and just a few steps from the expo
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice hotel, only thing missing would be a mini fridge
- Robert (6/5): Great staff, to far from downtown - Daniela is wondeful.
Clean quiet in a deserted street.
40 mns drive to downtown with no traffic! Too far to come back for a nap.arriving at nite, no restaurant around to get food. Hotehotel provides a phone number of a restaurant delivering to hotel but 30 mns wait.we sownd one nite and relicTes ri get something downtown!
- Patty (10/5): - Hotel is very clean and quite.. Area is good close to many restuarants on the the Street Las Rosas or Guadalupe..
The only thing beds where a little hard..
You are really getting a good deal for the price
- Rick (8/5): Nice, new and modern, spacious, REALLY HARD BEDS - The hotel is new and modern, clean. The rooms are quite nice and very spacious. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Secure parking for 4-5 cars. The hotel staff was nice, but bare bones. The breakfast is fine (not great, but good). But, my one reservation, the beds are super hard (like the hardest I've ever experienced in a hotel). They were like lying on boards. While I understand a firm mattress, these weren't firm, they were hard! We both woke up super sore and not well rested at all. Also, no option to open the windows even a little bit, so you're stuck with stale air-conditioned air which is semi noisy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfy large beds and large room,
The sink took a bit to drain and breakfast was only until 10 am, a bit too early for my preference. Nevertheless, very comfy hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The beds are spacious but very hard
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - We recommend this hotel, excellent Staff, service and location. I will stay in this hotel any time I visit Guadalajara. Super close to Expo, Restaurants, Market, we loved it !
- Verified traveler (8/5): cute little hidden spot - loved it.
- Carole (10/5): Highly recommend! - This is a great small hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spotless..the service is excellent.
- kelly (10/5): Unbelievable quality for price! - This hotel is an excellent value for the money. I was a little suspicious when booking on Expedia, as the price was too good to be true with such high ratings. But it blew my expectations away. It's a very small hotel, just behind the Hilton and Westin hotels. It is walking distance to the Expo, which is why I booked it. The rooms are large, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was strong, and the whole place was quiet. The supply nice toiletries and 2 bottles of water, which are replenished daily. Continental breakfast was good, and bonus points for the fancy coffee machine! The area felt safe, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
I have absolutely no complaints, and would recommend this lovely hotel to business and tourist travelers alike.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location for accessing Guadalajara Expo - Was presently surprised by the quality of the hotel, the low cost, and easily located by Uber transport.
- sel (10/5): cute boutique hotel - Cute boutique hotel in a hidden street called lechuga . Good food around the corner and a good mariscos place near by . Front desk alway friendly
- Verified traveler (10/5): Small but great hotel. - Hotel is next to other big hotels like Hilton. It's in a small street next to homes but the hotel and it's service is good enough. Breakfast was basic, fruit. Yogurt and toasted bread basically. Room is big and clean. We used the garage to keep our car safe street parking also seems available. I would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Business hotel! - Excellent! If you are traveling for business, this is the right hotel. Everyone there go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Small hotel with a 5 star customer service. COFFEE AND TEA ALL DAY!!!! is a big plus!!
