- Michelle (9/5): Would revisit in my next work trip! - The room was very comfortable and I loved how the TV had Netflix! My room also came with a bath tub - so this made it easy to unwind after a long day of meetings and work. The hotel is also located closely to many food options and to Sinnonhyeon station which I used frequently for travel - so this was very convenient. Lobby also helped me to secure a taxi whenever I needed the extra help. Overall, a great stay! Only downside is that there are no international plugs and there is no safe to store your valuable items.

- SHIORI (6/5): 価格相応 - 3度目の利用です！とにかく江南エリアへのアクセスが抜群にいいのと、空港からのバスで行きやすいので利用してます。また韓国ホテルには珍しいウォシュレットつきです。 枕に汚れと大きなほこりがついていて、おそらく床に置かれてたのかな、、と思いました。またスリッパが使い捨てじゃないのですが破れてて滑りました。

One day we were late and went to front desk to tell them at noon and turns out no cleaning or changing towel when we back at night. - YAMAKI (6/5): 寝て泊まるだけであれば良し。 - 駅近のため、1人滞在の時に利用します。駅近だけを取るならここかなぁと思いますが、＋きれいさや丁寧さを求める方はここではないかと思います。今回最上階の部屋でしたが、残念ながらトイレはちょっとペーパーを流すと詰まりかける、3泊4日の滞在中に1度も部屋の掃除がありませんでした。前回はあったのに何故だろうと不思議でした。寝て起きるだけのため特にこだわりませんでしたが、やっぱり1度は掃除が入っても良いかと。

- Memi (6/5): - チェックイン、チェックアウト時に別々の方が対応してくれましたがどちらも日本語できる方で安心しました。 ホテルの内装も可愛く清潔感もあり良かったのですが、壁がとても薄く廊下のキャリーバッグ押してる音や声が丸聞こえで 部屋の中も上の階か横の部屋かわかりませんがトイレの流れる音が聞こえてきたり 騒音で2時間ほどしか寝れませんでした。 壁が薄いこと以外は立地も良いし、アメニティも部屋には綿棒コットンヘアゴムがセットになったものと石鹸、ボディスポンジがあり あとはフロント1階にある自販機に歯ブラシや髭剃り、今回クレンジングを忘れたのですがクレンジングもありとても助かりました。 新論峴3番出口エスカレーター上がって坂を登るのですがそれが少々きつい以外は快適でした。

- SEONGMI (8/5): - 立地がとても良くてコンビニも近くにあって良かったです。地下鉄の駅も近く、空港からのリムジンバスも近くまで来るのでとても便利です。 3人で行ったのでベッドが３つある部屋を予約しました、お風呂も広く浴槽もとても大きかったです。 シャワーは天井に備え付けの分と、手に持って使うシャワーの２種類がありました。 ハンドソープはなく石鹸でした。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープはあります。ガウンもクローゼットの中にありました。 毎日の清掃はなく、タオル交換も言わないとしてくれないので注意が必要です。チェックインの時に説明がなかったのでタオルがそのままで驚きましたが、言えばすぐに部屋にタオルを持ってきてくれました。コンセントの数がそこまで多くなくて１つだけ日本のコンセントが使えるのがささってたけど、やはり変換プラグは持参したほうが良いと思います。 フロントの方は忙しくてそこまで丁寧親切という感じではなかったですが、話すとちゃんと対応してくれるし空港バスの乗り方を聞くと時刻表と乗り場の地図を印刷してくれました。 総合的にとても気に入ったので、次からソウルに行く時はこのホテルにしようと思いました。

Room temperature setting was not controlled by the guest. Overall, facilities are old. Lifts are slow and need to wait for minutes. For me, not worth staying for the room charge. Photos on the internet seem much nicer than the reality is.

The bath was very big and deep, not suutable for children or elderly to climb in and out. There's also no non-slip mat in the bath to prevent slip and fall. We also got static electricity from the toilet bidet which is so dangerous. The hotel sent a maintenance personnel to check but there was still static electricity after that. The kids became very afraid to use the toilet. Lastly, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasamt smell of urine around the toilet.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 駅近で便利で綺麗なホテル - こちらのホテルはシンノヒョン駅3番出口 から近くエスカレーターもあり重たいスーツケースがあるのでとても便利でした。 何処へ行くにも駅近は最強‼️ 金浦空港から9号線一本で行けるのも良かったです。 部屋は白を基調としシンプルで綺麗でした。 お風呂はトイレと一緒でシャワーカーテンが付いていないので普通に使えば周りがビショビショになります。これが問題であとはとてもシンプルで良いホテルでした。

- Winston (7/5): Good - The room was great and the location was awesome. Very comfortable beds. Soundproofing can be a little bit better and the lift is really really slow so it takes really long to get up and down.

- sachiyo (4/5): 空調がきかないので暑苦しいホテル - 他の方の口コミ同様、お部屋の空調がきかないと言いますかエアコンの設定がそもそも出来ない状態でした。7月の旅行だった為蒸し暑く寝苦しかったです。女性2人の旅行でドライヤーするのが辛かったです。 そしてお風呂もどう工夫して入っても必ず水浸しになる設計でツルツル滑るので危ないです。 駅から近く立地は良かったですが、もぅ2度と泊まりたく無いと思いました。 オススメ致しません。
- Verified traveler (6/5): 新論峴駅から近く - 1人利用でした。ホテルと言うより、どちらかと言うとレジデンススタイルなホテルです。駅からは少し坂はありますが、近く地下鉄9号線・新論峴駅からすぐです。浴槽はあり良かったですが水回りは年季が入ってる感はだいぶありました。3泊しましたが、部屋の掃除はなかったです。1人で気軽に泊まるならばまた利用しても良いかなぁとは思います。上層階だったので、眺めは良かったと思います。
- keiko (8/5): - 困った点は、シャワーカーテンが無く床が水浸しになったことくらいです。スタッフの方も皆さん対応も良かったですし、困ったときは部屋まで訪問して下さりすごく助かりました☺︎✨
- SHINJI (6/5): - 私が行ったときは15:00になるまでチェックインできないようで小さいロビーで待ってたけど順番を整理してくれるわけではないのでちゃんと先にいる人をみてないと抜いたり抜かされたりするのでちょっと面倒でした それ以外は立地もよくて広さもあって便利でよかったけど2人以上の宿泊だとお風呂は最初の人がうまく使わないと洗面所自体が完全にビショビショになるような形状でした 金浦空港から来やすくて地下からの移動もバリアフリーなので1人でサクッと来る旅行ならまた利用したいです

- Miki (6/5): 便利な場所です。 - 駅から近いですが、坂だったので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。江南にも歩いて行けるし、周りに食べるところや買い物すると沢山あるので便利でした。特に金浦空港には、電車乗り換えなしで行けるのと急行を利用できるのでよかったです。 お部屋は、収納がないので不便でした。リモコンでエアコンや照明を使えるようになってますが、韓国語のみの表示で不親切です。説明もありません。他の方も書いている通り、コーキングの部分にかなり変色がありますが、あまり気になりませんでした。
- ABE (6/5): - 2024.５月に利用。 立地、交通、レストランは、困らない便利なところにあります。 部屋の仕様に数点問題がありました。 繁華街なので、周りは、多少うるさいのは我慢できます。 シャワー後、排水が出来なく、自然流れるのを待ちました。そのせいで、暑くなりエアコンをつけたのですが、一斉温度のようで、各々で、調整出来ないのは、困りました。 テレビのリモコンの 調整で、困りました。
